Harold is an outstanding trainer. I've been working with him for a couple of months now and I'm seeing steady improvement. He really takes the time to personalize your workouts, always keeping things fresh and making sure to advance the workout at a pace that is appropriate for you. I always feel that I worked out hard, but not too hard. He is very positive and encouraging, as well as supportive. I've never really liked exercise, but now I actually find myself looking forward to our sessions.
By my 42nd birthday I was dealing with high blood pressure, thyroid issues, and a host of other medical issues. The father of four boys ranging in age from 24 to 2 years old. I had a difficult time climbing stairs or even keeping up with my 2 year old son. Thirty years of my life spent in wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts and I would get winded cutting my grass. When my 2 year old was born I decided I wanted to make a change. I gave up red meat, cigarettes, and alcohol. I kept telling myself I was going to start working out and never really did. At this point I had hit my heaviest weight ever at 294 and was grossly out of shape. I had known Coach Hashim for years and knew him to be a talented educator, a positive example for others, and great motivator. I also knew Coach Hashim to just be a good human being that took his personal health seriously. I never knew him to be judgmental or a person to push his personal beliefs on others. So when I saw him post a beach-body challenge online I thought that if anyone could help guide me back to where I wanted to be in life he could. The average person I talk to about the changes I have made thinks that a plant-based lifestyle is eating tofu cubes and salad everyday and that just isn't true. After going through this challenge and changing my diet my thyroid issues are gone. After blood work and another ultra-sound my doctor cannot find anything. I have gone from taking 3 blood pressure pills a day to taking one. In three months my weight is now 255 and I am working out 3-4 days a week. I went from wearing a 3XL to XL and from a 42 pant to a 38. I don’t want to go back to my old diet. I went from barbecuing every week and frying turkey on thanksgiving to having no interest in going back to eating meat. I like the way I feel now and I like what I eat. The process isn’t easy but in my life nothing that is worth having ever has been.
Started working out with John 4 months ago because I needed help training for an iron race. One word for him AWESOME! We talked about what my goals were and he put together different workouts every session to target those areas. He mixed it up with strength, flexibility, balance, & endurance a little bit of everything that i needed :) He's also super knowledgable about nutrition and gave me suggestions on supplements, what foods to eat, hydration, and preparing myself for the big day. I felt like I was in the best shape I'd ever been in! Funny, I thought I was just going to train with him to get ready for the race, but loved his workouts & the results so much that I decided to continue on!
My personal training experience with Jason Fox consists of three-days a week of a mixture of strength and cardio exercises. Jason is very flexible and communicates in advance regarding any schedule conflictions or need to re-schedule a training session. Thus far, I have lost a total of 8 pounds since working with Jason the first week of January until now, and have received much counsel to help support my weight loss outside of session (eg: Food choices, suggested water intake, vitamin supplements, etc.) . In addition, Jason is a very charismatic trainer and pushes me to be a healthier version of myself without over exhausting my limitations (eg: asthma, weak wrists, etc.). I am comfortable in knowing that I will be pushed each week to exceed my performance of the week, and am constantly encouraged throughout my sessions when I want to give up on a workout component. Overall, I am very pleased with my personal training with Jason Fox and would recommend him to anyone looking to be mentally and physically supported in your journey to become a healthier version of yourself.
private training with all the equipment you need and no waiting for the equipment like at the big gyms (the sweaty and funky equipment at those gyms!). personal attention to develop a workout routine for my particular health goals. thanks to a stronger core i now no longer suffer from lower back pain! in just 1-hour i have a cardio & weight session that is challenging, keeps me interested and brings results. yay!

I have been working with Tony as my personal running coach for over a year. He is a great trainer. With his coaching I have been improving my running and form greatly. I was able to overcome injuries that would normally cause me to not be able to run. I also increased my pace from 10 second miles to an average of 8 second miles and it keeps going down. Just listen to what he says and follow the exercises. It works, he is awesome.
I have been working with Mel for 9 months now, and the results are very apparent, both physically and mentally. I started working out with him at age 51 and I can safely say I was not in the best of shape. Mel showed me the proper way to transition carefully and efficiently into a regular workout routine that has had extremely positive results. The results have been very effective not only physically, but mentally as well. I feel energized in the morning when I start my day and the increased energy has provided a great boost to my busy professional schedule. He has a keen sense of individual needs as well as personal abilities and has helped me set goals that I am reaching every week. Geoff Quares has been training my family for the past several months and I couldn't be happier with the results. My wife and son are avid Muay Thai and jiu jitsu fighters and are very impressed with the quality of training Geoff provides. I started training 1-on-1 with Dario about a year ago and he has done wonders for me. Dario's intuitive sense for the body combined with his training make him extremely effective at finding just the right exercises to push you in the right direction.
