John W. says, "We had a complicated email issue which emerged after transferring a website from one hosting service to another. Punit was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly. Resolving it was more complicated since the new host wanted us to verify things through email which was still being directed to the previous hosting site. This meant the email was non-functional and we were stuck in a catch-22. Punit was able to finally get it resolved and stayed with the issue until he could verify everything worked as planned, Would definitely use them again should another issue arise."See more

Christopher got back to us almost immediately and called on the phone to discuss our need’s. Christopher was quite thoughtful throughout our conversation and sent out one of his reps the very next day on a Saturday Our IT rep name was Justin and he was very nice and quite knowledgeable. My husband and I are in Customer Service and probably talked Justin‘s ear off, but we all enjoyed the friendly conversation while he continued to work to get us up and running. I would not hesitate to reach out to Christopher @ Virtual AV for assistance in your home and or your workplace."See more
