Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.
Michael was not my first personal trainer, it did not take me long to figure out that the others did not take me seriously! If you have a goal in mind, then Michael is the one for you, I went on thumbtack to find a personal trainer, I was desperate, I had to pass a PAT test to secure my job at the State, and i can say WITHOUT Michael I couldn't of passed! I gave him the information to pass with the time limits. This is where i saw what separates the Professional Trainer from the ordinary, Michael knew exactly what to target and he knew approx. how long it would take. I was skeptical at first but he was right-on! If you are willing to work, Michael will be there with you every step of the way, his pricing is reasonable, I had no problem paying because of the results I was seeing!! You might find "Cheaper" but remember "you get what you pay for". I have been with Michael for 7 months, I am doing things I didn't think i could do, he got this 52 year old lady motivated to live a healthier lifestyle. I intend to stay with him, and set new goals for myself. Michael also helped with the Nutritional side, (that was doable)!! I just can't say enough positive thing about my experience. I know this one thing, with my determination and Michael expertise I was able to secure the job at the State!!
I've been wanting to tone up my body and get abs for a long time. When Luke started to train he was super focused on the form of each exercise as to maximize results. This is awesome as I don't want to get injured. He knows how far to push me to go a little beyond my limits without killing me. He's also very knowledgeable on nutrition and made the best suggestions as to what to eat, when to eat, and what to take with supplements to fill in the gaps. Overall I'm extremely happy. He's an experienced personal trainer and I love my abs!!!
If you're looking for a personal trainer, Vanesa is the way to go! She is dedicated to getting you to reach your fitness goals; whether thats shedding pounds, gaining muscle, or having the strength to do other activities (I can say this because these were all my goals). I've never had an unanswered question (about workouts, food, pain, etc ) or a missed session. She has been super accommodating to my schedule and previous injury. Anytime I would feel pain somewhere in my body she would give me advice on what to do, which has always fixed the problem. She has a positive adittude and will push you when you want to give up or are tired; she gets you to the place you want to be. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. In the 3 months I've been with her, I have gotten compliments left and right, my energy levels have increased significantly, and most importantly I feel confident in my own skin again. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. #teamsuazo
