Christian is a wonderful personal trainer! I have been seeing him now for 3 months and have seen great results! He is very friendly, professional and easy to get along with. He genuinely cares about all his clients. He is capable of motivation without being the "drill sargent" type! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Maddison is a great personal trainer! The workouts that she plans for each day are challenging and fun. She is very friendly and attentive. She is encouraging with each person in class - in both a small or large group setting. She will offer assistance, suggest a modification if needed, but also challenge you when you need it. She teaches a wide range of exercises from weight-lifting, TRX, Kickboxing, HIIT, Tabata. She has really pushed me in my fitness journey and I feel stronger because of it!! She makes herself available after class to answer any questions. I reached out to her with a nutrition question and she gave me some pointers during our 6-week challenge. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she enjoys what she is doing. I always look forward to Maddison's classes each week - they are fun and high-energy and I know I'm going to get a good workout in for the day!
Bennett is one of the best personal trainers I know. He has the biggest heart for his clients. His passion is to helping people be healthy and reaching the goals that they set together as a team. I have seen time and time again, Bennett pulls that drive and passion out of those he helps, and that gets them the results they are looking for. Bennett is a personal Trainner that actually cares if you slack off or not. He knows the only way you will see/get results is if you put the work in so he will call you out if you slack off. Nick Hanson Personal Trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. He motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. He also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client's improvements in physical fitness. He may also educate his clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise including general health and nutrition guidelines.
Vincent has been my trainer for a year and a half. He is committed and reliable! Under Vincent's training, I have lost weight, gain strength, and become more confident in my body. Sam is an amazing trainer! It's always been very difficult for me to get motivated and stay consistent with my workouts due to my ever-changing schedule. Every workout we do has been challenging and fun at the same time, which is difficult to achieve, at least for me. I would recommended him to everyone. I don't like the conventional gym atmosphere, so by working outside and with different equipment makes it unique and entertaining, all while getting my lazy butt into shape.
