Latest Review: I worked with Baron for 3 months to jumpstart my weight loss goals. Prior to working with Baron I lacked the motivation to reach my fitness goals. Baron took away the stress of trying to do this on my own and always made me feel very supported. He would check in on our off days and encouraged me to do cardio and meet my weekly goals. He came prepared with workouts and equipment to target problem areas. Baron was open to feedback and adjusted the plan to work around my limitations. I learned useful techniques to continue my fitness goals. The at-home service was very convenient for my schedule. What could have been improved with my experience was that unfortunately due to traffic Baron was arriving 10-15 minutes late to our sessions. I spoke to Baron about the recurring issue and he corrected it and arrived on time for the remainder of our sessions.

Latest Review: I have been training with Dima for about 3 months. My goals were fat loss and muscle gain. Before we began, Dima took time to go over the plan and explain how I should approach both the goals. He is very patient and I love that he explains how each exercise works and the correct way to do it. He keeps a record of your progress and that's a great motivator to be on track. In the past I somehow found ways to avoid going to the gym, but now look forward to a workout. I am definitely stronger than before and also see fat loss along the way. Eager to see how I progress over long term!!

Latest Review: Working out with Joe has changed my life. I am down nearly 40 pounds in 4 months but, more importantly, I am stronger and more fit person today thanks to Joe’s workouts. I have been motivated by his own stories of weight struggle and the desire to live a healthier lifestyle. Joe has been in my shoes. He understands my struggles with eating and exercise. And he’s crafted a lifestyle change plan for me to help me get over my hurdles and stay on track to meet my fitness goals. He has tailored the workouts to my needs, changing it up to keep it fresh, balancing strength training with cardio exercise to maximize my results.. He has pushed me when I needed pushing and scaled back when he would see me struggle - not to the point where I was giving up but rather reducing the intensity of my workout so that I could finish it and not feel defeated. He’s has motivated me and, despite my resistance and my hate of running, has turned me into a runner - first 1 mile, then 1-1/2, then 2. Today, I am running more than 3 miles on my own several times a week and plan to run in a 5K next month. ME... of all people. I highly recommend Joe as a personal trainer. I am on my second 20-session plan with him and plan to sign up for at least one more to get me through the end of the year and closer to my long-term goal. Beyond that, I plan to start attending his boot camp sessions soon as a way of maintaining my weight once I reach my weight loss goals. "

Latest Review: Ron is an awesome trainer and great guy! He challenges you without being intimidating and is actually interested in getting to know you and your needs, then adapting his training plan very specifically to you. He was consistently switching up my workouts to give me variety, as that was one of my main reasons for deciding to invest in personal training. Ron also made it a point to fit me into his schedule, even coming in on his days off to make sure I was able to get my workouts in. He genuinely cares about your well-being and wants to make you better. I also appreciated his always positive attitude and clear motivation for a healthy, active lifestyle. Highly recommended for any health and fitness needs!

Latest Review: You will get a great workout with this trainer!  He has tons of experience as a professional athlete, coach and personal trainer so he can accurately assess your abilities, help you determine your goals and tailor workouts to help you achieve these goals.   Though many clients seek Sean out for his basketball workouts and triathlon training, I was looking for an experienced trainer that wasn't going to give me the same old boring workouts with weights and machines.  In our sessions after a cardio warm up we would do an assortment of exercises - some of which included Bosu ball burpees, pull ups and push ups with the TRX, the ropes, dogsled running, tire flips, jump rope, ladder drills, high kicks over hurdles, sprints, mountain climbers, leg lifts, shoulder weights, box jumps and sprints... there are many many more in the mix but you should try a session with him to see for yourself. I was training with Sean for over a year before I got pregnant; he helped keep me healthy throughout the nine months by adjusting my workout to fit my needs and then kept me motivated and disciplined with our workouts to a point where I felt even more fit post pregnancy.  On top of all that he's hilarious and will have you laughing in between sets.  I would still be working out with him now if he hadn't moved to CA!

Latest Review: Man, where do I begin. Since day one Dante has always followed through on his promises. His words were, "in two weeks you will feel it, it four weeks you will see it, and in six weeks you will hear it!" When I heard someone tell me that I'd lost weight, that's when u knew I had invested in myself! I've been working out for years on my own, since I played football in high school actually. I know a lot, but Dante showed me a new world of fitness, and a whole new way of life in the gym. His workouts never repeat, and his exercises are his own. He's definitely a coach and a motivator. He pushes you! That's exactly what I needed. A push! I would never push myself the way he pushes me. I highly recommend him as you're coach.

Latest Review: I came to Barroga Fit round, stubborn, and out of shape. It took a lot of courage for somebody like me -- out of shape and cocky -- to admit I needed help getting to where I wanted and needed to be. Ana was exactly what I needed to get myself back on track and on my way to feeling fit. As a post-partum mama, she understood the new limitations I had with my body, and was able to modify and tailor every part of a workout to adapt to my range of motion. She also knew just what kinds of exercises I needed to do to shrink places I wanted to shrink and bulk up places I wanted to grow. With a sensible eating program and regular workouts with Ana, I'm on my way to a pre-baby weight, and beyond. Try a session with her - she's positive, encouraging, and totally not the type of trainer who will scream in your face, but she will push you to defy your own limitations and make amazing change.
