On December 23, 2015 approximately 40 Earlimart Seniors participated in its annual Christmas Dinner. Chef Albert and his sous chef prepared a delicious and nutricious meal. The seniors were very pleased with the meal as many "mmm's" and "this is gooood" were heard from the people seated at the tables. Chef Albert prepared a very tender roastbeef, so tender it melted in your mouth.He also introduced our seniors to eating kale. Rounding out the meal was a crisp green salad with cranberries and walnuts, mashed potatoes and dessert. The chefs were very gracious with the seniors - talking and mingling with them and even taking pictures. Everyone left with a smile on their face and a delicious meal in their tummy! We are looking forward to our next meal with Chef Albert- who is innovative and still provides a very satisfying meal. Kudos Chef !

I was looking for a personal chef for my wife for her birthday. Tim was quick to respond and after looking at his reviews I was comfortable deciding to use his services. Tim is a magician in the kitchen. He provided a menu a few days before and answered any questions I had about the dishes he recommended. The food he puts together is amazing and he's very personable as well. I'd recommend Tim to anyone looking for this type of service. If/when I need a personal chef again, I'll be reaching out to him for sure!

I requested for a pastry chef to make cookies and cupcakes for the Super Bowl- Keri sent me a quote and made amazing goodies! I wanted them to be Seahawks themed and she hand decorated all of the cookies with their logo. Everyone loved them and the cookies were way bigger than expected. Thanks again!

I couldn't be happier with Francesca and her amazing food! From the minute Francesca arrived she was professional, yet friendly and easygoing. She prepared the meal while my family continually commented on the mouthwatering aromas. Every dish was absolutely delectable. The caprese was so fresh, the lasagna with handmade noodles was indulgent, the osso buco was deeply flavorful, and the cheesecake and panna cotta were rich and satisfying. My entire family enthusiastically agreed that we would hire Francesca again the next time we wanted a personal chef. P.S. The leftovers were just as good the next day!

It is my pleasure to offer a review of Sylvia's catering, culinary expertise and work ethic. I have enjoyed years of her cooking as she and I were coworkers. In addtion she has catered a couple parties for our family. Sylvia is classically trained so she may provide any food item or method requested. She is also of course very proficient in kitchen safety, equipment, hygiene, prep, timing and temperature requirements. Now for food! Sylvia has a special sense for pairing and encorporating big flavors and complimentary textures. Whether is is fried chicken and mashed potatoes you are after or exotic flavors of the Far East and Carribean Islands, she can provide. Personally I prefer the latter and the spices and flavors Sylvia creates are completely delicious. Some examples include her Chana Alu (curry chick pea and potato), chilie spiced salsas and chutneys, and tangy tomato marinaras. Our family perferes the Caribbean flavors and a recent menu included jerk spiced chicken (and tofu), coconut prawn, chana alu, spicy mango chutney, yougart/ dill chutney, green salad and cilantro/ lime rice. Sylvia graces any atmoshere with exuberance, style, positivity and professionalism. Highly recommened!

    I must admit that I was a bit skeptical about raw foods, BUT Chef Tena *truly* changed my mind (and body). She has an innate talent, not only with recipe creation, and food preparation, but also with making food *beautiful.* I didn't have any real favorites, since they were ALL over-the-top delicious! Her foods make by body SING and feel ALIVE!

    Mark was a hit! Everyone at the party loved his service, he was fun and the drinks were really good. He showed up earlier and only left when our last guest was gone. Before the party he gave us a list of all the stuff we were going to need and even gave us the option to do the shopping for us. He is a professional.

      The chefs at More Love Catering are great. They made great food for my wedding reception, traviled to us, and work within out bugget to the best of there ability. Even tho the price was a little higher then expected, you certinly get what you pay for. We have already booked them for our 1st anaversery dinner.
