Amazing immediate response upon submitting my request to 'Gain' some weight. Markshane was and is very professional yet friendly, courteous along with respectful. I chose to meet with him one on one and although he was busy with his current schedule and clients, made time to meet with me. Very impressed with his knowledge and approach toward me as a potential client. Although I was and am financially strapped he presented a workable option as,a,solution for my current status and provided the assistance and guidance to steer me toward a path of doing what I needed to. Lana is a truly outstanding personal trainer. I have been working with her for over 5 years. She is knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest info & trends in the fitness space, continually adding to her repertoire. In addition to strength training (with weights), core work and aqua running / water fitness, we've started working with TRX (she's TRX certified too). Lana incorporates a scientific, yet fun approach and we train with heart rate monitors (optional), so we have a measure of fitness and strength progression and I am seeing definite results. She works around my injuries so that I am able to continue training consistently. She has developed a very personalized training plan for me, which she adjusts on an ongoing basis, as I progress. No cookie cutter programs here!!! AND, I am now fitter, stronger and more flexible than I have ever been. Lana walks the walk and is an amazing athlete herself. She is dedicated to my health & fitness and while she is always warm and encouraging, she is also firm & focused - always keeping me on track.

Mark is a great trainer!! He is different from other trainers. He can relate to his clients and makes you feel he's on the journey with you. I've never felt intimidated with him like I have with past trainers. He has made me feel better about myself. I'm feeling more energized,healthy and confident about myself. Oh and the food he cooks are so good and healthy so it has all helped me out tremendously on my journey to staying healthy and fit. If you want a trainer who can be a mentor and a friend not just some stone cold trainer then Mark is the guy for you!!
I have been working with Lauren for 8 weeks now, and have lost 15 pounds. She has guided me on my marcos (carbs, fats and proteins) and also provided some guidance on my conditioning. She also guided me specifically on my macro intake on lifting days. All this while my strength has been increasing, as I have progressively been able to lift heavier weights. I would highly recommend her!!

I've been doing personal training since 2010 through many different trainers, my all time favorite was with Brittany. I went through a phase where I wasn't conditioned to training, had gained weight and wasn't use to lifting weights. The first time we trained together, I thought it was really weird but she made it of importance about my breathing and posture and didn't just get right back into lifting like I use to. A couple sessions later, I really actually felt a difference because she made it important to recondition myself and make sure that I breathe properly while I train! She not only made me feel physically fit, she was a great person to talk to, and made me feel great while I worked out and constantly pushed me to be a better person. I wouldn't ever want another trainer, and when I'm done with my break from training, Brittany and I are going to be back out there hitting those new PR's!
Tom has been been my coach for a little over a year now. During that time I have gone from a lounging couch potato to challenging myself daily whether it be weight lifting, sports, or just my limits. I have been training with Johanna Godinez now for almost 3 years and I can honestly say I am WAYY better shape than I have ever been in my life. I've never worked out in a gym; I'm more of a group class person. Back in September, I transitioned from Pilates to weight training and have really enjoyed working with Zack. In this short time, I feel much stronger than I ever have and can see results, both of which motivate me to continue my workouts. Being a D1 collegiate athlete and having to train over the summer to get ready for the upcoming season, I joined Jon Sanchez Fitness with a goal to improve my running form/endurance and weight training. Through Jon Sanchez Fitness, I have received one on one training where I have been able to improve in all areas. He has also trained me on the turf working on agility drills and sprints, and I have noticed a tremendous difference in my endurance and fitness capability. I previously worked alongside Anthony at a facility in Southern California. His work ethic and attention to detail are second to none. I've watched him help clients of all ages and situations reach their goals and surpass them. Anthony has worked excellently with youth athletes, special populations such as Cerebral Palsy, weight loss, and elite athletes/military. He will push you appropriately past what you thought you could do but he communicates in a way that shows he has your best interests at heart. There is not another Kinesiologist, to my knowledge, that I would rather work beside or be trained by myself.

I am so happy to have found a personal trainer who is extremely knowledgeable about the field and very patient with someone who is just getting into fitness.
