Chef Julius did a fantastic job preparing a meal for our 45 guests at a training event in Palm Springs. He delivered a delicious meal, on time with the best, most courteous attitude, and his sous-chef was super professional and kind! Great job, Chef!

Chef Julius catered for a celebration of life for me. The food was outstanding, beautifully displayed and everything was fabulous. The homemade sauces, breads and desserts were out of this world. Highly recommend him for your catering.

Chef Julius is amazing! He catered a fully vegan and GF dinner at my bach party for a group of 26. The food was amazing, and he and is his assistant (dapper Dan) were professional while also being a fun vibe. Highly recommend!

Chef Julius was attentive, professional and above all created and executed a beautiful menu customized to our food desires for our wedding. Everything that was served was delicious and perfectly plated. From appetizers to late night snacks Chef Julius did not disappoint. 10/10 would hire him again and I look forward to it!

Chef Julius has prepared banquets for us for large corporate parties a number of times. He is meticulous about his preparation and provides selections that accommodate the tastes and dietary restrictions of everyone in attendance. Chef Julius' attention to detail is extraordinary as is the cuisine he serves. Our guests have always been impressed with the culinary experience he delivers, and we highly recommend him without any reservation.
