I used Jose and his staff for our daughters 15th birthday party. We had a bit over 100 guests with the party lasting about 5 hours. I can't say enough about how good the food and service were. Jose and his staff were quick and efficient and super professional and friendly. Jose bailed me out with a few items i had forgotten (ice and dessert plates). I would and have recommend Jose's service to anyone looking to have a catered event.
I contacted Busy Bee Cook for Me to cater my Dad's 90th birthday party for about 40 people in our senior complex. She came and checked out the venue and made some recommendations for the food and service that were right on the mark for what I was looking for. On the day of the party, she and her crew showed up right on time, and both the food and service were totally amazing. People who were there have been saying that it was the party against which all other parties they ever attend will always be measured. And Dad enjoyed himself immensely. Thanks so much to Lilian and her crew for helping make the party for my Dad such a great success!.
I have nothing but great things to say about the service, quality, and overall delivery of Best Mobile Chef. From beginning to end, Shawna was very attentive and professional. As a bride, I can honestly say that planning a wedding is one of the most stressful experiences in your life; however, Shawna did an amazing job at making sure I was not stressed or worried when it came to the catering, bartending, and cake. She made sure that each and every need was met, and she even offered her assistance with cutting our cake even though that was out of her services. We sat down and went over every detail, and Shawna made sure to keep in touch throughout the way to maintain things and to make sure that we were on track with everything. Finally on the day of, the food and setup was more than what was expected. Our family and friends spoke so highly of the food and service. Shawna and her team was absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I would definitely book Shawna and her team again for a large dinner, and even desserts. We are both forever thankful and grateful!

I have to qualify this review first by saying I have worked as a professional cook and have owned a catering business. So I have an eye for and know what works and what doesn't, what can be prepped beforehand without sacrificing quality, and what can be done on sight and off-site with the aim of making sure everything is properly expedited and comes out on time. When I arrived the table was set up nicely set up and decorated. However, we had previously informed Chef that we were going to be 13 and we would like two tables, as some people are uncomfortable with sitting at a table of 13 people. So we had to ask Chef to please separate the two tables. When Bridgette came the day before, my wife mentioned she wanted a table of 6 and one of 7, not two tables pushed together to make 13. There were also no cloth napkins, but paper napkins. I guess assuming that a request for "linens" did not include cloth napkins, only tablecloths. But I digress. Even though this was done in our home where we are well equipped, I still expect anyone coming to prepare food to come fully equipped to meet their needs without having to use the home equipment. This was not the case, as Chef used our Kitchenaid, tongs, and other items. As well, they did not have a serving platter for one of the hors'd'oeuvres. Furthermore, they had to use some of our silverware because they did not bring everything needed (spoons, forks). There were steak knives on the table when we were eating fish, and no other knives. I had no problem with this because, of course, I wanted the event to go smoothly. But other clients might not have been as flexible. Finally, they used all my kitchen towels and had them all wet, from I don't know what- but it's easy enough to bring your own hand towels. As well, because we used the plates on the table for hors'd'ouevres, they had to wash and prepare again for salad plates, as they had expected the hors'd'oeuvres to simply be finger food. Nonetheless, the hors'd'oeuvres-asparagus with prosciutto and chicken bites, or whatever they might have been-still require plates. This delayed serving. More forethought should have been given to how this was all going to go down. Personally, I would have brought the salad all prepped. Because it wasn't prepped, it meant a longer serving delay. The server didn't know the difference between wine and water glasses-some basic protocol needed. The food was excellent and I had several very positive compliments from the guests, this is where they shined, and it was served hot and fresh like it should be. We had a delicious shaved fennel salad with parmesan, and a main course of Blackened Sea Bass with a succotash and roasted potatoes. That is the beauty of preparing on-site. I say this with the caveat, as mentioned earlier, that a few things could have been prepped beforehand without sacrificing quality. This would have allowed the service to flow more quickly and not have such long delays between dishes. As Chef prepared the chocolate mousse on site, some people had to leave before dessert since it took well over 45 minutes between our main course and dessert. While we had agreed that I would supply the chocolate, it I had known it was going to take chef so long to prepare it, I would have suggested it be made beforehand. If I had done this lunch, I would have brought the mousse pre-made. They used up my whole bag of ice too-I would have brought ice. Finally, food left over was taken away and not left with us. I asked the server I f she was going to leave the food to me as she was walking out and she laughed uncomfortably and said no. My assumption is that the client paid for the food, they should get any leftovers. I give Kudos to the Chef for excellent food, but the service was uncomfortably slow and everyone noticed. Finally, the server was inexperienced. Overall, organization and attention to details were lacking. To end on a positive note, they did an excellent job leaving the kitchen just as the found it and were friendly and professional despite the hiccups mentioned. I didn't have to worry about anything. If you are looking for good food, Chef Mumsie does a great job. But please ask that they send you experienced servers, and make sure to point out every possible detail that you can think of, because in my experience, they did not have a checklist or form to check off what you do or don't need for an event.
I contacted Sage Bleu based on the reviews I saw here. Although there were other caterers with more reviews, I was looking for a talented caterer, not jaded by decades in the business, who would go the extra mile to deliver superlative food and service. The reviews I saw here painted a picture of incredible food and personalized, unobtrusive, caring service, so I called Sage Bleu. When I spoke with Lavonne, I casually mentioned a few dishes that only the most savvy food aficionado would know. She subtly let me know that she not only knew what those dishes were, but knew how to prepare them. SOLD! I had Sage Bleu cater a casual neighborhood get together as well as a white tablecloth dinner for a dozen finicky business associates. The food selections were appropriate for both crowds. The food, wine pairings and presentation were impeccable. Service began exactly at the appointed time and clean-up was to the highest white glove standard. I cannot recommend Sage Bleu highly enough!
I'm Italian so I'm really picky about Italian food. I hired Francesco and Cucina Migrante for the opening party of my new company, so for me was a big deal: a lot of potential clients were invited. Everything was perfect, from the food to the service. For a moment I though to be back in Italy. Thanks to the chef and the staff! Ps: I totally recommend to book Cucina Migrante for your events!
On Sunday November 29th 2015 I had the distinct fortune to have Chef Leslie Merle cater a special event for my food and wine organization. Leslie and her staff hit a Home run!! The food and service were outstanding and I can't wait for another opportunity to work with her again. So if you need to use a caterer that you can trust I would highly recommend Chef Leslie. I have been to two different dinner parties and I am so impressed with the fabulous top-quality food prepared and served by Christine! Everything was amazing including the organic baby herb lettuce with confetti cabbage that was served with a roasted chicken salad. My friends and I are still talking about the delicious Panaang Coconut Curry with shrimp. Truly the best I've ever had! And the amazing dessert -a flourless chocolate cake and vanilla bean ice cream. Looking forward to the next time.
Amazing experience with his catering. My husband and I threw a party and he catered the whole thing and all of our guests were in love with the food, the siracha and yellow tail fusion was amazing. Would highly recommend for any party you are throwing.
Stephani was hired to run the food boutique for Purchase Dance Company's annual run of The Nutcracker. Stephani prepared beautiful organic baked goods, snacks and beverages - all seasonally wrapped and displayed. Approximately 2500 guests were served over the course of five performances. The goodies she prepared were delicious and the boutique was managed to perfection. I highly recommend Stephani.
I hired Diane to cook a multi-course meal in the comfort of our home in order to surprise my husband for Valentines Day. We agreed upon a menu, a time, a price and we were good to go. On the day of we corresponded a bit and she offered some of her personal items to help decorate for the special night which was above and beyond. I didn't need them but I did appreciate the offer. Diane is friendly, responsive and the food she made was DIVINE! Part of our meal included cream corn and French onion soup, both my husbands favorites. He loved both items. We were so full, we couldn't even eat the dessert we had planned for the evening. My husband said one more bite and he would have exploded. Diane was efficient in the kitchen, we were able to see the flambé for the steak from the dining room where we were enjoying our salad. She served the meal and cleaned up as each course went along. It was a new experience for both of us and it ended up being a very special evening.

Just finished devouring another amazing meal from chef Steven. I've been using the service for a few weeks now and it's seriously changed my life! I used to spent a ton of money going out to eat 3 times a day, eating food that was more expensive and not as good. I've tried other services but most of their food is comparable to a cafeteria lunch. Some barely edible. But chef Steven's food tastes like it was prepared at a 5 star restaurant. For the quality and convenience, he can't be beat!

The Royal Food Services Team exceeded our expectations and made our Mother's Day Brunch an enjoyable experience. Michael was very professional and easy to work with. The moment we selected this service, they immediately reached out to discuss details for our event, and provided excellent suggestions that we had not thought of. As we approached the event, Michael scheduled an onsite visit to go through a dry run of the event and ensure no detail was overlooked. We discussed the menu, expectations and any additional special requests. The day of the event went without a hitch. Set up was quick and easy, the team was very professional, friendly and catered the guests every request. When they were ready to wrap up, they closed everything down, cleaned up, did all dishes and cleaned the floor and made sure everything was the way they had found it. I cannot express how pleased we were with this service, they enjoyed supporting our event and it is apparent they take pride in their service. I will absolutely use Royal Food Service again without hesitation, and without considering another provider. Thank you Michael and Travis for making out Mother's Day Celebration a great one to remember!!!

Everything was great from the food to decor , I will definitely be working with the Expreience events again. They were so patient and welcoming. My baby shower was amazing and the food was even better. Great communication as well, seeing as though my plans were last minute because my original planner cancelled a week before they still worked with me and gave me a great experience at nearly half the price, the balloons were beautiful, cake was delicious, and everything was crafted to perfection. I Highly recommend .
April was fantastic. She put together a delicious array of food for my 94 year old Father receiving The Quilt of Valor for his service in WW11. She was timely. She was organized. The food was great. Thanks again.
