Shilpa P. says, "I wanted to replace my faucet for a reasonable price. The tech came out on time (actually ahead and was waiting). I asked him for an estimate and he said he needs to look at it first. After about 5-10 mins, I saw him getting something to cut a pipe. I stopped and asked him what the estimate would be. He quoted some $350 or so. Since I would be remodeling, I asked him to stop the work and put things back. He then mentioned there is a diagnosis fee of $100. I said that’s not true, it says $0 site visit fee. He said oh ok and after a min said fine, I won’t charge. He also fixed a small pipe cap that was broken and said that was the cause of water leak. Unfortunately the diagnosis was wrong and leak is from an entirely different area and the faucet started dripping water ever since he tried to put things back :-("See more

He explained clearly (1) the problem with our shower [no water coming out at all], and the low water pressure in the two other showers; and (2) the proposed solution to these problems. We hired them to fix our main problem which was the lack of water in the main shower and they delivered! They fixed the problem, and cleaned the work area thoroughly when they were done. It took them longer than they expected but only because they needed to do a quick visit to the local hardware store to get additional materials -however, they maintained us informed as to why it was taking them longer. They were professional, communicative, and did a fantastic job. Thank you both!!!"See more
