I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
Allison is an exceptional yoga instructor! She is excellent at teaching any level student but especially great with beginners or people who think they are inflexible. She has a great understanding of the body and gives great alignment cues as well. I am also a yoga instructor and Allison is the first person I call to substitute my classes. She always does an excellent job!
I have had Amelia as a dharma coach as well as a yoga instructor and she is excellent at both. As a yoga teacher, she is patient and knowledgeable, and she strives to ensure that each yogi is having a great time in their practice. As a dharma coach, she excels at guiding dharma seekers on their individual path to self discovery by being a grounding force while encouraging seekers to dream big. She offers constant support and inspiration, and has so clearly been transformed by the dharma process herself. Her genuine passion for both yoga and dharma are evident and infectious, which I think is her strongest asset. I cannot recommend doing both dharma and yoga with Amelia enough!
Johanna has helped me throughout my weight loss journey. I've had the pleasure of doing one-on-one training sessions, group training sessions, zumba, and yoga with Johanna. She's been nothing but amazing in each experience. I've been working with Johanna since December, and what I absolutely love is that from the moment I met her, she has been nothing but passionate and determined to help me reach my weight loss goals. Her determination has kept me motivated to stay on track, and even push myself when I feel I can no longer continue. Like she says "I can't doesn't exist in my dictionary!" :) I'm not a morning person, but our early morning workouts are definitely something I look forward to! Since December i've lost about 50lbs, but the best change of all is that I feel healthier and happier with myself. Patricia is a really fabulous yoga teacher who knows her stuff. She gives very detailed and specific directions, knows how to challenge you, but keeps within your current and expanding abilities, inspires you to try harder by demonstrating the poses flawlessly and easily, and most of all, makes it peaceful but fun so you want to keep coming to class to learn more and do better. She is particularly skilled at challenging students, but catering to each individual's needs and / or limitations without making anyone feel centered out. I'm certain you will be extremely pleased with this wonderful lady.
Katie was an awesome yoga instructor. I hired her on thumbtack because she reached out again after I received my offers and followed up to see if she could assist me with my goals. She understood I was new to yoga and wanted to get down some basics that would help me with some back issues before I braved a group setting. I didn’t want to be doing the wrong moves in a large class where the attention (and results) would be limited. We met once at a park and a few times at her place and she walked me through it with tons of patience and professionalism. I’m not the most flexible or coordinated, so her ability to guide me into the proper positions while making me feel comfortable speaks volumes of her teaching skills and yoga moves. Katie gave me volumes of knowledge to fast forward me into a life-long activity and I’m super grateful for all of her help.
Matt Wood taught the first yoga class I ever took, and his welcoming personality and teaching style had me hooked instantly. He is well versed in the movement and postures of yoga, as well as the internal, more spiritual, side of yoga. I highly recommend taking lessons with Matt whether it's your first time, or you're looking to expand your practice. You won't regret it!
Christian Woelk is not only an amazing yoga instructor, he is a talented personal trainer and program manager. I love that Christian is a soccer player and that carries through to his sports specific training. Also, he has many years of managing and developing corp fitness under his belt.
I was brand new to Yoga. Before our first class, Emily sent me an assessment to be prepared for our class. Arriving on time and ready with mats, blocks and supplies, we began. I never had to ask questions as Emily walked me through every move. The hour flew by, I was given "homework" to practice for our next meeting. Emily followed up 2 times before we met again. I really think this will be great for me. Emily is great and so very patience. I hooked!
Being new to yoga myself, Rachel has been absolutely wonderful in introducing me to various yoga techniques and poses; ranging from relaxing stretches/easing localized muscle pain to more advanced muscle tone building poses. I've noticed my core strength and balance, particularly in the application of surfing and balance oriented activities, has been greatly improved. As each week progresses, each instruction has been tailored to my expanding abilities / improved balancing strength; all the while ensuring proper form/technique and most importantly from a place of encouragement and support. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for all the work you've done for me!

He's an interactive and engaged instructor who demonstrates positions and modifications, adjusts students to deepen the stretch (if you want that!), and provides support and encouragement if you're trying something new.
