My son Max has been taking drum lessons from Blake for almost a year. He hit the ground running from day one, teaching the basics including reading music which I believe every musician should know. Blake's methods and personality have made drum lessons enjoyable and Max looks forwarded to his weekly sessions. I would absolutely recommend Blake to anyone interested in learning to play the drums.
An exciting learning experience! I have had lessons for a month with my instructor Bill, and will continue to study with him in the future. He is an excellent teacher. Nothing to nit-pick, everything is just amazing. He taught every single detail of what I should know about drumming, recommended a really helpful textbook to me, and even helped to make my practice a great fun other than a dull work for a beginner. I really appreciate that. If someone is expecting to have an effective and pleasing learning experience, just go ahead try to work with Bill. It is absolutely worth the time and effort.
My son has been taking drum lessons from Damien for the past 8 years now. Damien plays many instruments including drums, guitar, and bass. He is always a professional. He walks the students out after each lesson to say a quick hello to the parent. He is always well dressed and treats each lesson as important. He is an extremely talented musician and I'm so happy we found him. My son still looks forward to seeing him each week after all these years, and really has become a great drummer under Damien's instruction.
I started taking drum lessons later in life as I've always wanted to learn. After a great birthday present from a friend I started lessons with Mike. He is great at listening to what I wanted to learn and was very, very patient with me. I've always had trouble reading music but he taught me in no time and made the lessons very fun and interesting. He let me pick the songs I wanted to learn and he would even play along to help me get it right! Mike is a very talented drummer, musician and teacher. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in learning the drums, he'll have you playing in no time!!
Chris is an amazong teacher. I have been playing drums for about 5-7 years and I felt that I had hit a wall. Chris was able to identify my mistakes and errors in playing and after just a few lessons I felt that my strokes got easier. He is also very attentive during the lesson. He will keep an eye on so that you are doing it right. Furthermore, he explains all the things that he wants you to learn. Did I mention that he is a super nice and cool guy? If you are interested in really improving he is the best teacher to get.

Bill is an awesome instructor! Totally took me from the basics and taught me several styles, techniques, and feels. He listened to my goals and got me there. Professional and friendly. I looked forward to every lesson! I definitely recommend him to everyone looking for a great drum teacher.
From even before the lessons began, Charlie showed to be a great listener. Having a lot of experience in music, he's both understanding and informative, in the drumming craft itself and the world of music. The lesson content is geared towards what you want to achieve, and in my experience it's been both fun and challenging. Above all, Charlie is very easy to learn from, being a teacher who is always ready to go, positive, and yet is genuinely intent on seeing you progress as a musician. Whether you're just picking up the sticks for the first time and are wanting to get that important foundation on the drums, or you're wanting to advance in rock drum styles of all difficulties to whatever else is on the menu--I think you should be taking lessons with Charlie!
