Boris, the tech was great about explaining the process and Mike was very patient and gave us a great quote. They even worked with us on the pricing and helped us with financing options. On the install day everything went perfectly. The techs were on time and didn't even take a lunch break. As far as I can tell the install was flawless and we would definitely use them again. We also used them for a gas fireplace repair and that was a hard thing to find someone to properly repair. Boris did an excellent job and it's working better than ever!"See more

i had Frank come to install my nest thermostat. He was very friendly and took off his shoes upon entering my house. He double checked all my wires to make it's properly set up. His service rates are very reasonable. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Well, unfortunately this is my updated review. The nest was installed. But now, the issue is that the cooling doesn’t come on. And with my old thermostat. My cooling worked fine. So I’m extremely disappointed. Could be something simple as the cooling wire needs to be connected properly. Who knows, but it’s making me miss the old thermostat. I thought this would be a great upgrade. But now it’s turned into a nightmare. Now I could possibly get charged for something that could have been fixed in the first visit. I wish it was the opposite. Because I could do without the heat!! I wouldn’t mind if that never came on! But the cooling system is a MUST Have! So I’m extremely irritated now. My Apartments came to check your work! They said your guys hooked the wires up INCORRECTLY! So it would have FRIED my Nest!! So thanks for SCREWING ME OVER!

What a waste of time! I had an appointment for Monday to install 2 nest thermostats. When the technician comes, he realizes it's a more complicated project. No problem, needs more expertise, let's set a meeting for Thursday. It's a Crestron system, so maybe that's the reason. Thursday comes around, and I'm waiting around from 9-11am. I get a cancellation at 11am saying that they can't do the job. Obviously nobody looked or cared about Monday's report or the issues that the tech had. I complain, and another appointment was scheduled for the same day from 12-2. I warned the Fixtman team many times whether the new technician has seen the pictures from monday because obviously it's not as straightforward as they though. Again, the appointment was confirmed and I wait around and suddenly a cancellation text shows up again. They won't be able to do it... I have wasted the entire day waiting for a person to show up. Terrible, a waste of time, and disappointing communication.
