Laura is the best!! I would highly recommend her to anyone!! I workout with her twice a week and we have the best time!! She is always supportive and encouraging and never lets me think that I can't do something. She understands me like no one else can!! I like that she gives me my workouts after so that I can try and do some exercises on my own. I am so glad that I found Laura!!

After working with him for the last few months, I'm amazed at how much we are accomplishing. Clothing feels more comfortable and looser, I have a lot more energy throughout the week, but more importantly, I have become far more aware of what a strong body feels like. I guess, MOST importantly, I feel better about myself. I highly recommend Chris if you're not looking for someone who screams over you while you rip your arm sockets out with dumbbells. Chris develops a much deeper connection than that '80s kind of stereotype, and holds the space for you to do the same within yourself. He will have you walking away feeling stronger, happier, and better!
I really enjoy working out with Scott. His workouts are well thought out. I truly feel and see a difference from head to toe. I am losing weight with his workouts and feeling stronger every week. No matter if you haven't worked out in your life or looking to change it up, Kelly Scott has what you are looking for. Nothing like an early morning bootcamp workout to start your day! I have been going to EmpowerFit for about 7 years. I have 4 kids, work full-time, and go school so my 5:30am workout in the park gets my day going! Kelly is a great bootcamp coach. She motivates, pushes you and makes you want more. She is great about following up with us if she hasn't seen us in awhile. Oh don't think you get off the hook if it is your birthday. She remembers everyone's birthday and you get to do some FABULOUS birthday burpees ;). I do have to say, the way she promotes health and fitness it ends becoming a habit and a way of life! I couldn't imagine not having my morning workout... and I don't plan on giving it up anytime soon! Thanks Kelly for everything!
Nick is a super talented trainer who can motivate you and knows just how much to push.He's smart and very knowledgeable about kinesiology, and aware of age appropriate workouts. He is always on time and very reliable.He's patient and encouraging and has a good sense of humor to boot! I recommend him unequivocally!
Chris and Aaron at My Core Balance have helped me tremendously in understanding how I engage my muscles. It is not just about being able to do an exercise; it is about how you do it, by engaging the right muscles and with proper form. Being able to understand this about ones own body helps to progress in fitness level without compensating by using the wrong muscles thereby preventing injury and bad posture. Their programs are specifically tailored to your personal imbalances and requirements which are thoroughly assessed. With their help I have learnt to identify all my weak areas and am working on strengthening them. They are meticulous in their training with utmost attention to form. They are encouraging and friendly and have helped me get a lot closer to my goals. Following their workouts at home using their user friendly app is a breeze and keeps me accountable; although I much prefer working with them in the studio.
I live in Colorado and Dan has been "virtually" training me and assisting with my diet. His approach to diet is very easy to adopt and quite simple to keep up, especially with the "binge" weekends! His ability to get the most out of my muscles and cardio in the shortest amount of time is fantastic. I work out about 45 minutes total 3 times a week and I am already feeling and seeing results that I didnt get working out 6 times a week. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I know what he is teaching me will become more of a lifestyle and less a "diet and exercise" routine thats hard to keep up. I would recommend him to anyone looking to maximize their time and make a life change.
Joa was recommended to me by a friend in an effort to get me in shape having made a number of attempts on my own. I was apprehensive at first and thought I didn't need a trainer but was quickly blown away by our time together. The breadth of exercises and personable, motivation Joa provided made me realise how basic my efforts had been up until then. I now see Joa as often as I can in the build up to my first triathlon this summer and I have never felt more in shape, prepared or motivated 💪🏻😆👍🏻
I started training 1-on-1 with Dario about a year ago and he has done wonders for me. Dario's intuitive sense for the body combined with his training make him extremely effective at finding just the right exercises to push you in the right direction.
