Joe Grasso and his team are absolutely amazing !!! I have trained with many personal trainers, most of them good ones, but none got closer to getting me fit the way Joe and his trainers have. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind and very in tune with what you need to do to get the results you want. I am only halfway through my workout plan with Joe and my results are unbelievable.

I have had personal trainers before but only at a gym. When i trained with Armando Ramirez it was in the comfort of his home. He trained me in his garage and it was for a month. I told him I wanted a work out plan that would target a total body work out crunched into an hour. He first weighed me and tuck measurements. So I can see my progress. That was very helpful and I like that I felt comfortable with him. I liked how it was one on one without the crowded gym environment. Armando showed me how to enjoy working out instead of counting down the minutes. I liked how it was quick and do able on a weekly basis. He always made sure my form was correct. In the past other trainers didn't give me as much attention due to other clients in the gym. Armando also pushed me when he seen I wanted to give up. But it was not aggressive it was very motivational. He showed me that I was capable of exceeding in my work outs. One thing, Armando did not have to many work out machines but his work out consisted more of stability and balance. I liked that better because I can do those work outs anywhere. No GYM needed. I really recommend training with Armando!!
Justin is a professional and knowledgeable personal trainer. He understands what I need from our initial discussion and makes customized plan for me. During the sessions, he is very helpful and motivating, demonstrating and correcting the motions and helping out with stretches. Recommended.
Monique is very knowledgable about nutrition and exercise. She has helped me with a personalized exercise plan for my needs and healthful tips to incorporate into my eating habits. Monique put me at ease as I was feeling insecure about my poor physical condition. She is an excellent personal trainer.

Mohamed is the best trainer I have ever trained with. I have trained with a number of other trainers before but no one as good as Mohamed. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants us to see results which is why he checks in daily to see how I am feeling. He is an all in one trainer, in the sense he not only helped me get fit physically but also helped me become positive/strong mentally. He saw that I was working out with him but was not happy mentally (job situation) but he helped me deal with it. He such a positive person with a lot to offer. His workouts are awesome, he challenges me every time I see him. I am doing workouts that I have never done before or even knew I could do. I definitely see a lot of results after I started working out with him. I would recommend him to everyone!
Roger has been my trainer for around 6 years. He has proven to be very knowledgeable and totally competent as a health and fitness professional. Many of my physical problems have gone away after working with him.
I absolutely recommend Caterina Ilich for Personal Training! I've only been working out with her for a couple of months and can already see such a huge difference. I've been steadily dropping weight and putting on some muscle! I went from not being able to do a single plank to actually doing them in perfect form for several minutes! That's a huge accomplishment for a weakling like me! She never makes you feel intimidated and will work with you at your own pace, while still pushing you! Caterina is also a very sweet and down to earth person. I can honestly consider her a friend and feel so comfortable working out with her! Love her!!!
Will is a phenominial trainer who does an excellent job of connecting with his clients and developing a program based on his clients level and goals. My workouts are so enjoyable things get rescheduled around them. I've been training with Will for 6 months now and have found him not just knowledgeable in strength and conditioning but nutrition and "real world" suggestions to help with weight loss as well. He is a great mtotivator, very accommodating and extremely creative in workout programs. In my first 10 weeks, I don't think there was a repeat of any exercise. My body is changing for the better and I have lost 40+ pounds thus far using Will's training 3 times a week as the staple in driving a better quality of life. I strongly recommend him and would suggest that one would be hard pressed to find a better trainer that can help achieve whatever your personal fitness goals may be. Will is a life changer.

I am a mother of 3, when I first started with David I was about 15-20 lbs away from my total weight loss goal. I only had a few months to get to where I wanted before my wedding. My first appointment with David we went over my goals, I was educated on nutrition and what I could expect from my particular body type. I left feeling very confident that with effort from both parts I would indeed meet my goal! I train 5 days a week for 30 min and am down almost 10 lbs body fat and gained a total of 3 or more lbs of muscle In 4 weeks. I feel great and my confidence level is through the roof! Working with Leah has been a really great experience so far. She is so passionate about exercise and also about helping me reach my personal fitness goals. She is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining why we do certain movements, what we can expect to gain from doing them, and how to do them with proper form, which is extremely helpful and very important to me. Recovering post achilles tendon surgery I was in dire need of a personal trainer. I met Ana Barroga. Recovering from such a massive surgery I was so limited with my range of motion and stability. Even though I had so many limitations, She knew exactly how my body worked (weaknesses & strength) mechanically in one session. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and what they really would like to achieve with working out. She takes her clients goals, but makes them 10X bigger & better. Her personality & technique is very structured but she is also extremely supportive and ethusatic about each and every one of her clients stories, goals, & milestones. Working out has always been a challenge for me growing up with Cerebal Palsy in my left leg. Post surgery, I thought I would never be able to bear weight on my left leg, never be able to jump, never be able to run without a limp. Training with Ana over the past couple of months, I have reached all those goals. I can now jump, I can now run and put full weight on my leg. If you want a trainer that is super attentive, and will go above and beyond to make sure you achieve your goals and dreams. You have found the right one! I would highly recommend Ana and Barroga Fit!
Ben is, by far, one of the most professional and dedicated personal trainers I’ve ever met. For starter, he is always punctual and responsive. (Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a personal trainer cancelled on me last minute.) More importantly, Ben is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He actually dedicates his time and energy to tailor personalized workout programs that are not only specifically aim to reach my goals, but also accommodating to my body condition. Throughout each training session, Ben always pays extra attention to my techniques for potential improvements. Furthermore, he always manages to come up with different variations of movements to ensure that I can train in the safest and most effective way possible. I noticed substantially amount of muscle and strength gains after a month of training sessions with him. You honestly cannot go wrong with training with Ben!
Omar was my fitness trainer twice a week for approximately 4 months. He was always prepared, professional and extremely knowledgable. He encouraged me to work harder as well as teaching me good body form and nutrition information. We set goals and Omar helped me achieve them. He kept a close eye on my progress and always made sure I was progressing. He is a positive and energenic trainer and I would highly recommend him.

I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough.
