Markshane ran a series of evaluations on my diet, muscle strength, flexibility etc to see my current position and help me set goals. The facility is clean with updated equipment. (No out of order signs here). The fitness studio feels more personal with trainers on hand to assist you on using the equipment. No long wait to use equipment either as there tend to be only small groups at a time. I love the diversity of the clientele. Christian's style is very supportive. He pushes me, but never beyond my capabilities. He corrects my form if necessary, but is never a boot camp instructor. He is always upbeat, which has a big influence on how I feel about my workouts. In fact, I look forward to workouts with Christian because I know I always feel better afterwards, both mentally and physically. Over the years, I have had four personal trainers, and Christian is still my favorite.
