Gerard will work you and with time you will see results if you put your part in. I've only done a few sessions but I can already see my body changing. I'm excited to see what else he has for me. He has a great personality which makes these sessions that much more fun . I love the workouts he gives me. They aren't easy but who said working out was going to be easy. You will be sweating within minutes. He also has his own gym in San Rafael and also where he lives which makes meeting up easier if you can't make it to San Rafael. He also offers boot camp classes which I also like. It works your abdominals,glutes, legs arms and overall core which is exactly what I need for weight loss. Domingo is a great personal trainer and a boot camp instructor. I did some training with him and it was amazing. He makes sure that you are doing the exercises in the correct form and the workouts use/train the whole body. He is very motivating and it's obvious that he loves and knows what he is doing. Also, he is prepared with different and challenging workouts. In the end soreness will for sure be felt, but it will feel good because you will definitely know that you had a great time working out.
Coach Charlie has been my personal trainer for over two years now. He's fantastic - every training session has new elements to it - and is always challenging. My strength and endurance has improved dramatically. I've had to fight through some injuries (not from training with him!) and he still makes every minute count. I think my favorite thing is that his approach is very low key - I work out harder than I have in boot camps and other workout programs I've participated in, but without any of the cheerleader-y, or over-testosterone-y energy that go with group exercise. He's really knowledgeable, funny and down to earth. I recommend his personal training very highly!

Like a lot of folks, I’ve been trying to balance a busy schedule and spend a lot of hours during the day sitting in front of a computer. I came to Vince looking for help with conditioning and was curious about martial arts. I was also feeling rather nervous and shy about training. My observations so far: Vince listens carefully and knows how to ask questions that get right to the heart of the matter. He’s a rare combination of technical expertise and emotional intelligence, and more importantly a down-to-earth personable coach. He has the ability to drive the big picture (reminding me of goals) while at the same time paying attention to an amazing amount of detail (proper technique training). I absolutely love pad training with him (it caught me off guard how quickly it gets my heart rate going) and he mixes in TRX and Boot Camp elements into our training sessions to keep me engaged. When I first met Timur I couldn't run. Although I was athletic and SHOULD have been able to run, I couldn't. I had such anxiety around running - anxiety in general. Timur guided me through my fears in our 13 week session. Our first session we barely got 1/2 a mile in before I shut down. Without Timur I would have quit then and there because it was "too hard" but because of all of his background and his skills, he kept space for me at that time. I felt safe, I felt secure and I felt that he would see me, prepare me, hold me, coach me, push me, empower me in the next few weeks. Here's the good news, I didn't give up. I ended up running with EASE my first 5K about at the 10 week mark. Running became pleasurable! On top of the running, Timur and I would have therapy sessions. What made them magical was that he is able to integrate running into the sessions truly making this a whole body experience. Hands down, best investment of my money and time. And the icing on the cake - he does a camp for kids. The camp alone should be a requirement for all families.
