I've worked out with trainers before, even one that I loved, and the experience with Anthony has still been on a different level entirely. For the last 5 weeks, I have had the pleasure of having Anthony as my trainer. I have found capacities in my body that I didn't know existed. Anthony is hardly summed up by a five star review. Anthony has one of the sunniest and positive personalities you'll never meet. The workouts are different every day and are fun and enjoyable and never boring. The gym environment is also great. From other trainers and other gym goers, everyone is kind, supportive, and encouraging. Expect to be greeted by everyone when you arrive. Since my first day, the atmosphere has been nothing but positive. I feel very welcomed and extremely comfortable. I've been very impressed with my experience thus far. I love the that God's cultivates a great mix of clientele. I see both men and women (regardless of age, level of fitness, or experience) working on their goals.

I've worked with a few personal trainers over the years and I have to say that hands down, Evan is the best trainer I have ever worked with. I started working out with Evan over a year ago. I have chronic low back pain, and had just had a procedure that was meant to reduce swelling and allow me to exercise more and strengthen my core. I had been doing physical therapy for awhile, but found that the workouts were too mellow, and I didn't really notice any improvement in my core strength. My wife had actually been working out with Evan for a few months and she recommended I try a few workouts with him. Evan has been amazing. The workouts are intense and challenging. He focuses on doing intervals of a quick series of strengthing exercises, with a burst of cardio in between sets that keeps your heart rate elevated for the entire workout. Given my back issues, he is very good about checking in to make sure he is not stressing or straining my lower back (or any other injury I might have picked up). I have noticed dramatic improvement in my core strength and overall fitness in my time with Evan. He also has been willing to email me personalized workouts I can do on my own for days when I'm not working out him. I agree with all the other posts here -- 5 stars. Evan is great.

Gerard is the trainer of trainers, he has stamina, strength, and balance in training me. I am older, and I need to be watched for my strengths and weaknesses. He knows nutrition as well, and combines the training with that skill, which makes him exceptional. He's tough and clear about body building.

I've worked with other personal trainers in the past. But my experience with John exceeded my expectations for several reasons. Upon meeting him I felt quickly at ease. He was able to quickly assess my physical ability and pushed me just enough past my comfort level. I had an amazing workout! He was very encouraging and positive towards me. It was very obvious he was extremely knowledgeable not only in training but he also came up with a detailed strategy to help me reach my fat loss goals especially with my nutrition. I feel very confidant in his ability to help me. I also know he will keep me free from injury. He exceeded my expectations. It was the best experience I've had with any personal trainer.

i am a physician/scientist with more than 45 years of clinical and research experience - including Past Director of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke and emeritus Dean of Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, Jackie Sizemore is the best physical trainer I have ever met and worked with. Her knowledge of muscle mechanics and joint movement is superb. she is gentle but firm, she is efficient and reliable and she is a joy to work with. She is mainly responsible for my avoidance of surgery these past ten years despite increasing spinal stenosis. She has my highest recommendation and my gratitude.

I have worked with John for almost a year now. Over the course of the year I’ve been more than pleased with the service, not only was the system very structured punctual and professional, but I’ve had more results than ever before. John/fast pace PT is the third personal training service I have used, after having two other personal trainers. Structured system compared to traditional personal training is much more effective and I have appreciated all of John’s, and his team is hard work . Xavier is an amazing trainer. He has incredible knowledge of the body and how to make it strong. I've been training with him for 6 months and all my friends get to hear about how great he is on my training days. Even more important than being a great physical trainer is his attitude. Xavier gives amazing pep talks, is incredibly positive and really retrains your mind to be patient and not get discouraged along the fitness journey, something I've always struggled with. He has so many positive slogans that now live in my head: "no quit, miss ann", "be like an oak tree", "you got this", "you are strong", "trust in the process", etc. He pushes me and encourages me every Tuesday and Thursday morning and I really look forward to our sessions. I went to Xavier feeling that despite all my efforts I never could gain any muscle. But thanks to him I've gotten so much stronger and I now have the "Tina Turner" arms he promised me in the beginning! I've also cut 2 minutes off my 1 mile time. It's the first time in my life I've made such steady progress. I think it comes down to two things: 1) he knows his stuff, and 2) I look forward to our workouts and so I've been super consistent. If he has an opening, you should definitely get on the schedule! Thanks for everything Xavier!

It's an exceptional experience to have someone be "team you" from the moment you meet them. Kenny is your number one supporter and your greatest challenger from the moment you commit to your journey. He definitely has the knowledge and the experience to get you to your fitness and health goals, but he has the heart too. You may not "like" him all the time but you will love your results if you trust this trainer and his process

I've been training with David for about 5 weeks now. I decided to train with David initially because I felt like he listened to my goals and he sounded like he had a lot of experience. He was the first person I interviewed but I remembered that he was the most humble and down to earth, and I had a feeling I'd be comfortable training with him. All the men trainers I interviewed talked to me like I had two brain cells, and I found David to be the most up front and honest. My goal is to lose weight, tone up and to strengthen my left shoulder for outrigger canoeing. So far, I am noticing a huge difference with my left shoulder. Its stronger and it no longer bothers me when I go paddling or perform certain exercises. Its still not 100% in strength but has gotten a lot stronger through training. All our sessions are pretty different and varied. I never know what to expect from David, which is good. I get bored at the gym because I love the outdoors, but David keeps it interesting. David pushes me when he thinks I'm slacking off, which often times, he is mostly right about.... I need someone to push me or I will slack off, which is probably a good reason to hire a trainer. David goes out of his way to make it work for his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. I can tell by the excellent service he provides for his clients. My personal belief is that its important to practice what you preach, and David is a trainer that is in great physical condition, and knows what he is doing. I personally did not want to hire a personal trainer at the local gym that looked like they needed training themselves... I highly recommend David as a personal trainer. Due to his diverse background, I believe he would be a great fit for many.

Mohamed is the best trainer I have ever trained with. I have trained with a number of other trainers before but no one as good as Mohamed. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants us to see results which is why he checks in daily to see how I am feeling. He is an all in one trainer, in the sense he not only helped me get fit physically but also helped me become positive/strong mentally. He saw that I was working out with him but was not happy mentally (job situation) but he helped me deal with it. He such a positive person with a lot to offer. His workouts are awesome, he challenges me every time I see him. I am doing workouts that I have never done before or even knew I could do. I definitely see a lot of results after I started working out with him. I would recommend him to everyone!

Cassie is an amazing personal trainer - she will help you reach goals that you never thought were possible. She also has a strong focus on nutrition which is always at least 80% of the goal. Cassie helped me lose 25+lbs and I've been able to maintain it. Train with her and listen to her, and follow everything she says down to every detail, and you'll get results - but remember you have to put in the actual work!

Marcos is excellent with his job . He's professional and always punctual with plenty of patience and best of all, he speaks spanish. Don't be afraid of contacting him. Whenever we hear the word 'personal trainer', we imagine something difficult to deal with, but he is the opposite. He explains and demonstrates how to perform the exercises with great detail.

Cindy's experience and professionalism really shows during our first consultation and workout. Cindy addressed my muscle imbalance with my hips and shoulders. After 3 sessions with Cindy, I've already started feeling some improvements with my movements. Her workouts are challenging. She knows when to push me when I needed and adjust to my needs. I like her coaching and positive encouragement and a good personality. I've sample 4 other trainers before meeting with Cindy. All 4 trainers put me through the same workout right away with benching & squats. Cindy was different and I was sold right away.

I've worked with some other trainers the past couple of years and Jason is the best I've worked with. He's incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and will push you to reach your goals. Jason has a great personality and is very professional. His gym, The Island Personal Training is a beautiful facility with all the best equipment and is located right outside the park and beach for some great outdoor workouts! Check him out!

Matt is working with me twice a week on strength training especially for my core. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with. He is patient yet on each machine or exercise he frequently asks me if I can go up on weight, stretch further, etc. He creates a varied routine for me & I enjoy the sessions. Matt is always looking out for my safety & guides me as to proper form. He always takes into account my specific weak areas. He is flexible w scheduling. I've worked with three very good trainers however, I feel I've made the most progress toward my goals with Matt. I look forward to my sessions with Matt & my mind/body feel good when I go home. I know I'm in good, professional, experienced hands.
