    Our studio has a primary focus on core strength, functional fitness, and vegetable-forward eating advice. Each program design is unique, but all are rooted in science. The way our studio works is that we offer two intro sessions for $148. The first session will be a full consultation and we'll discuss your health, goals, injuries, etc., and we'll also conduct several movement tests to help determine any muscle imbalances. From there, we'll schedule a second session, which will be a real workout, with either myself or another trainer depending on availability, preferences, etc. Should you decide to continue after those two intro sessions, we'll take biometric measurements, help track your macronutrient levels, provide you with awesome recipes (and smoothies) and take home workouts to maximize your ability to eat healthy and consistently exercise. Coming to the studio to workout is the easy part; going home and continuing to focus on your diet is the hard part. It is our goal to make it as easy as possible for you to be healthy. The best part about the work that I do is that I'm literally helping people every single day. It's great to help people do things they've never done or thought they could do. People come on their own time, and leave feeling great. Fitness is my lifes' work as well as every trainer that works here and we hope to inspire you to live the healthiest life you can.

It goes beyond just changing the way you eat or visiting the gym on occasion; it is not only a physical but also a mental commitment. Health and fitness can be considered a science of its own. It takes a lot of time to find the right balance between how much or how often you should exercise to meet your specific goal, what types of foods you should eat to complement your training program, how to avoid injuries, etc. It took me over 2 years to find what worked best for me. I spent countless hours looking up what types of workouts are best for my body type, what time of day is best to workout, what supplements I should take, etc. The millions of opinions you find online more than often confuse you a lot more than they help you, and that is exactly what happened to me. It was a matter of trial and error, and looking back, I wish I would have had someone to guide me along the way and make suggestions as to what would worked best. After all, knowledge is power, and getting the proper knowledge from someone with experience can help put you on the right path to reaching your goals.
