It was a pleasure working with Anthony. He was on point from his emails to the diet and the workout regiment. It was wonderful waking up knowing that it wasn't like boot camp, but rather an exercise session that kicked your butt and made you feel good. He never pushed us too hard, but gave us enough motivation to drive us through each set. It was a great monetary deal we worked out for our "honeymoon body", but wished the price was more reasonable so we could continue as something that was a part of our lives. It was a real treat seeing familiar faces and waking up to the morning routine! We highly recommend Anthony and God's Gym.
Gerard will work you and with time you will see results if you put your part in. I've only done a few sessions but I can already see my body changing. I'm excited to see what else he has for me. He has a great personality which makes these sessions that much more fun . I love the workouts he gives me. They aren't easy but who said working out was going to be easy. You will be sweating within minutes. He also has his own gym in San Rafael and also where he lives which makes meeting up easier if you can't make it to San Rafael. He also offers boot camp classes which I also like. It works your abdominals,glutes, legs arms and overall core which is exactly what I need for weight loss. I recommend Gerard P at Evolutionary Fitness if you want to get into shape,achieve weight loss and create a whole new healthy lifestyle.
I was looking for a trainer to work with me occasionally to create workouts I could do on my own at my gym. My goal was to do those workouts for 3-4 weeks and then circle back with the trainer to learn more exercises. And Aaron delivered! He listened to what I wanted, and during our first session, he took time to learn my workout habits and assess my fitness level. The workout he created was perfect for me. I'm so excited to continue working with him! (And his gym space is great!)
Kendall has changed my life. Last November I was getting exercising advice, meal planning. She started me slow to not overwhelm me, and helped me modify certain stretches. She knew I was deathly afraid of Gyms. In her boot camps, she helped me also Modify the exercises for a lady over 50. Since then I have lost over 30 lbs. and feel great. The Boot camps are fun and exciting. Always changing and trying new things. Thanks again Kendall.

I've been training with Domingo over this past year and it really changed my life. I've struggled with weight loss my whole life and have never really been an active person. Domingo really helped me feel comfortable working out in a gym atmosphere. The workouts are always new and different. I never get bored or dread an upcoming session. The better I do the more challenging it gets, and he's always encouraging me to meet that challenge. I've lost 55 lbs and am on my way to reach my goal of 70 lbs.
Coach Charlie has been my personal trainer for over two years now. He's fantastic - every training session has new elements to it - and is always challenging. My strength and endurance has improved dramatically. I've had to fight through some injuries (not from training with him!) and he still makes every minute count. I think my favorite thing is that his approach is very low key - I work out harder than I have in boot camps and other workout programs I've participated in, but without any of the cheerleader-y, or over-testosterone-y energy that go with group exercise. He's really knowledgeable, funny and down to earth. I recommend his personal training very highly!
Working out with Joe has changed my life. I am down nearly 40 pounds in 4 months but, more importantly, I am stronger and more fit person today thanks to Joes workouts. I am on my second 20-session plan with him and plan to sign up for at least one more to get me through the end of the year and closer to my long-term goal. Coach Michael is awesome - ESPECIALLY if you are not that standard athlete. When I walked into my first CrossFit Box I was an unhealthy diabetic and was in the 280 lb. range. I did not think I could do CrossFit at all. But why did I sign-up for the 6 week boot-camp challenge, it was because of Michael, hands down. It was because he didn't give me that sideways look, that look of judgement you get from some gyms, coaches or trainers. I was concerned about sciatic pain, about mobility. Michael told me don't worry I will show you how to modify everything and showed me special stretched to help with that sciatica pain (which over time went completely away). Well 8.5 months later and I progressed so much and no longer needed modifications for a lot of things. Michael was always there for his scheduled coaching sessions, always happy, positive and if he felt the challenge class was lacking umpf and motivation especially on test days, he'd join us in the workouts. He demos everything for you and is always there to give you that high-five and the end of every workout. His workouts are always tough, every day is leg day...and arm day, and core day... He's gonna work you hard but I guarantee you you'll be coming back for more because you will see results and you'll feel amazing!

Before I began attending Vince's martial arts classes I was extremely shy and ashamed to go in because I was so over-weight. I would walk by his class and watch him and his experienced students and I so badly wanted to be there too. I finally decided to go in one day, despite of my hesitation, and that was the best decision I ever made. Since day one Vince has been extremely welcoming and tremendously patient and helpful. This last year I finally decided to take private training sessions with Vince and they are worth every penny. He's helped increased my cardiovascular and muscle fitness. The side effect of which has been weight loss. When I first started training in martial arts with Vince I was a complete newbie. I had no prior experience. After 2.5 years of training and an increase in private sessions I finally competed in my first fight. He has helped me every step of they way and has supported my growth as a fighter. Today we continue to train and are looking forward to new opportunities to compete. Will Christian is one of the best personal trainers I have had and I have had quite a few in 20 years of weight training. He taught me skills in strength training that maximized my muscle mass and the true value of a clean cardio routine that reduced my body fat. A really great experience. I can't wait to go back for more!

I love and are overly excited about Adventure Fitness Boot Camp!!! I have been part of their program for, I think, about 2 to 3 years. They have helped me so much in my life, workouts and being healthy. They always provide me with challenges in their classes. In that, I have notice that change in myself. I have improved greatly in my strength and endurance. Thank you to the owners and instructors who are so kind and outstanding. They are my inspirations!!! I have worked with Geoff in three different areas. 1. My grandson took Jui Jitsu with Geoff and his team for a year. He excelled and did tournaments and placed. The professional and personal style of training for children is excellent. 2. I took kickboxing for about nine months with three different ladies in which Geoff was our instructor. I gained strength and endurance through these classes. Enough to where I am now in the third phase of our relationship in training. 3. I now train with Geoff twice a week. We work on kickboxing, endurance and Boot Camp training. Switching off each training session because I need to switch it up. That is to say that Geoff will personalize your training if that is what you need. Pro-Fraction is what I needed for fitness.
Kelly Scott has been my boot camp coach for 7 years. In that time she has brought her A game to class every single morning with a brand new, challenging workout. Max is awesome! I came to Max pretty far along with my weight loss journey, I had already lost about 150 lb and had quite a bit of muscle loss as well as loose skin. After three weeks my body fat % has gone down and I am in the best shape I have ever been! I only wish I had started sooner! Max is super easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and funny! He got me on supplements and helped me tinker with my diet until it was were it needed to be. He also got me signed up with various fitness apps that track food, fitness, progress etc. He keeps the workouts exciting and changes it up every time which is awesome because that's exactly why the gym can get boring on your own. Not to mention he helps you stretch out at the end which is very much needed for sore muscles! Hands down one of the best investments I have ever made.
Steve leads our office boot camp class 3 days a week and is amazing! No matter what level you are at Steve has something for you. I love how Steve is able to provide a challenging workout while being very focused on injury prevention at the same time!
I have been working out with Pete for over 2 years now and I love him!! First of all... He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have had shoulder and knee issues for many years and he has structured my workouts around my injuries and has helped me get better. Second, he is very flexible with his time and always accommodates my hectic schedule. And lastly, he is just a super nice guy and exudes great energy where everyone wants to be around him. He also does boot camp classes on Sundays at Lyon street steps. If you are looking for a fitness trainer look no further.

Working with Chris has been a great experience. He is totally professional and prepared to work hard every session. He brings really positive energy to our sessions. Chris is creative in the workouts that he develops for me, and the entire program has been personalized based on my fitness level and body type. I have been going to Dana for nearly two years now. After breaking my leg in 2008, I was left with terrible balance, diminished strength, and excessive weight. I have seen great improvement in my balance, my over all strength, and her class has taken a great part in my weight loss progress. She is extremely motivating, safely pushes your limits, and genuinely cares about your progress. I love going to her class!! I can't forget to mention, her playlists are awesome and numerous!!! I know when I go to Dana's class that I will have a good time, have a great workout and will feel my hard work for the next couple of days after. If you have wanted to try boot camp, but fear the name or injuring yourself with some of those extreme and crazy exercises, I urge you to give Dana a try.
