Stacy made a great dinner for our dinner party. I haven't ever done this before, I always cook myself. It was a fun treat to enjoy with my guests vs. being in the kitchen cooking. Not something I can afford to do often, but definitely fun to try! Thank you!
I have had the pleasure of enjoying Francesco's cooking and must comment. Having lived in Italy for a year, I must state that his food was authentic, flavorful, and just as delicious as the food I ate in Italy, if not better. His lasagna and egglant parmigiana are truly to die for.
I hired Haute Productions for a private cooking class for a bachelor party event, and we had the best time. Keith was an awesome teacher and host, he made the experience wonderful. Everyone had a blast and it was the best part of the entire weekend. Not to mention the fact that the food was awesome! I would highly recommend using Haute Productions for any event you may have.
Dave the caterer really knows how to cook! During our first tasting we meet at a park and didn't really know what to expect but as he brought out our Mexican menu, he would make sure to give us our space and plenty of time to try the food! And seriously he makes the best refried beans ever!!! During the wedding he was on time and brought all of the tables, linens and supplies! He was professional and very helpful during cleanup! I would definitely recommend his services! :)
Kathy did a terrific job of cooking in our tiny kitchen. She was personable, prompt, and patient. We had a fabulous meal of macadamia nut crusted chicken, Caesar salad, sweet potato with caramelized onions and coconut milk, pork wettest wraps, flourless chocolate cak. We learned how to make these things contributed to the meal and enjoyed a delicious meal. Kathy's price was reasonable and extremely fair what she did., I can highly recommend her.
We had a phenomenal Thanksgiving Dinner prepared and delivered by BAPS catering. We were expecting about 20 people for our holiday dinner and BAPS catering delivered a wonderful meal that everyone loved. The turkey was moist, the vegetables, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and pumpkin cheesecake were delicious. Needless to say, we had enough food to satisfy everyone and still had some great Thanksgiving leftovers. We would definitely recommend BAPS catering for everyone who wants tasty food cooked just the way you like. Thanks for helping us make our holiday dinner such a success!
Chef Bai changed the way I think, feel and approach the food I eat. What I have learned from her is that I still can enjoy delicious food that I enjoy to cook while having it be really good for myself and my family as well. She even helped us with our special dietary needs including the fact that I must eat gluten free.
Linda came to our home and showed us how to cook several dishes in a healthy and delicious way. She made the process very fun. It felt like a party. We learned a lot about cooking and eating healthfully and will be able to use that information in our daily food prep. I highly recommend her and am sure you would be happy that you enlisted her services.
I hired Jeff to work with my son who is a high school student. We were vacationing in the San Diego area for a several days right before the boys' tennis season started, and Jeff's reviews and philosophy seemed outstanding. We were not disappointed! Jeff was both friendly and professional. My son has had coaching in the past, and Jeff was able to identify goals to help him improve his form. He worked on preparation, footwork, topspin, slice, and his slice and kick serve. Jeff was not a hitting partner and so organized the lesson to allow my son to hit with another student, coordinating their lesson times to get some extra match experience while providing continued instruction. I will definitely look up Jeff the next time we get back to San Diego! He was awesome.
My roommate and I are on a kick to just get healthier and we know a part of that is changing our eating habits because we eat out a lot. Not by choice but out of necessity because neither of us can really cook. In comes Chef Renee and Chef Jimmy we weren't sure what to expect because neither of us grew up in cooking families, hence the lack of know-how on our parts. We hired them hoping to just learn the basics but we got sooooo much more than that. We felt so empowered after just one lesson with Chef Renee that we decided to keep going and now we work with her or Chef Jimmy once a week. We feel so much healthier and happier knowing what is exactly going into our food as well as a great sense of accomplishment. My boyfriend also thanks you since I can finally cook him a meal. We still have a lot more we want to learn but they are so helpful and patient that we can't wait to continue the journey.
We hired Jory for a 20 person office party. Jory's cooking was immaculately presented and so flavorful. We wanted delicious food that was organic, sustainable and healthy—and he delivered. He made Lemon caper chicken, a chickpea tzatziki salad with olives, pesto vegetable medley, homemade granola with yogurt and honey, and charred tomato and kale salad with feta. All served in festive silver platters. On top of the food tasting superb, Jory was a great host and fit in seamlessly with our guests whose questions were answered professionally and in good spirits. Using him again. For sure.

I am just starting out, as far as going into others' homes to help them with cooking. I felt this was a way to make them feel at home, and make it much easier to teach them the basics of cooking. I do everything from desserts to some French food; and catering is a favourite. Here at Dee's, we know not everyone is a born cook/chef, but we all can learn the basics and have fun making many different types of food and drinks. We just have fun, as we learn together, you will get a great deal out of cooking with Dee (Donna). I love people and cooking, so here at my place, together we shall learn to cook and enjoy life.
