Jose is very responsive and has great service, along with him being a great chef of course! He traveled to my parents house for us to do a tasting for our wedding and we were blown away. It was amazing. We got so many compliments from our friends and family about how good the food was. With that being said I have a couple nitpicky complaints for constructive feedback: The plates and silverware were not what we had originally discussed at the tasting. They were supposed to be the nice plastic that looked real and we got clear which looked cheesy to us. It could have had to do with the fact that we did the tasting about a year in advance and things could have been forgotten or overlooked but the change was never communicated to us. Also, my husband requested to have a spicy BBQ sauce during our tasting and the BBQ sauce was on the side at that time. We discussed having spicy and mild options. I was very excited for the pulled pork at the wedding but it had spicy BBQ sauce all over it! I thought it was going to be on the side, like it was during the tasting. It was so spicy that I couldn't even eat it. :( One of our aunts was not able to eat any of the meat because it was "too peppery" but that was the only other complaint that we got. Other than that everyone loved it. Everything was great and I would still highly recommend Mr. WorldWide Catering, it just wasn't quite perfect for my event.
Chef William was incredibly professional from the first phone call until that last hand shake good bye. He made himself available by phone, email or text at all hours of the day to facilitate the event planning at a time that was convenient for me. He was upbeat and enthusiastic about the event- open to suggestions, offering solutions, and always service oriented. He went over and beyond what I would have expected a chef to do all in an effort to make the event run smoothly and take some of the pressure off of me. That kind of blew me away. And the food was exceptional. I mean, really, really good and that sentiment was shared among all my guests. And probably most surprising is that this first class service and exceptional food preparation came at an extremely reasonable price. HI all, My wife and I hired Jessica as our wedding coordinator for our 4 day wedding in February of 2017 in the La Quinta area. We live in Los Angeles, so we were looking for a pro who know the area well, and could help us with the planning, local vendor recommendations, supplies, etc. I can tell you this much, we were lucky to have found her. She is very proactive, straightforward, quick thinking, fast acting, and is moving a mile a minute. She hooked us up with her own professional bar, wait staff and chefs she has acquired relationships with over years of working events. She gave us recommendations on who to use for flowers, ice, booze, etc. She met us a few times on and off site to game plan for our multiple days of events, and made sure things ran smoothly throughout. We had negotiated fees, wages, timeframes all in advance, and by the time the weekend was over, everything was as it should have been and checked out. No funny business or discrepancies. Overall, she is just the sweetest lady, who wants to provide a great experience, so you don't have to worry about this and that. She's on it, is one sharp person, and very resourceful. I would highly recommend you give her a call for any size event, as she can handle both intimate and large scale. Thx so much for helping our wedding weekend to be so great and memorable!
Jeff is truly an amazing chef. He went above and beyond our expectations. Our children were so impressed with his pizza, the salmon and steak were prepared perfectly. Chef Julian prepared our anniversary dinner at a home we rented in Palm Springs. It was BEYOND AMAZING! He was so great in planning our special meal and easy to work with. We were able to stay by the pool and enjoy without worrying about a thing! Appetizers, salad, main course and dessert were just perfect. He was so organized, set our table, helped with wine pairing and cleaned up everything. Very professional and a great guy! Wish he lived in our state!!! We are still talking about our molten chocolate cake!!!!!
Chef Ace was amazing! I hired Amanda to cook for my party of 5 friends in Palm Springs for a night. I had never done this type of thing before and was a little nervous, but I felt very comfortable with Amanda immediately. Within 5 minutes of my request she was the very first person to respond. She made it very clear that she was open to cook anything we liked, and we were able to create a menu together. Amanda created a wonderful 4 course meal for us that was made with all fresh ingredients. She was right on time and treated us as if we were at a restaurant. Although we tried to help with clearing dishes, Amanda insisted that we relax and she would take care of everything. The food was out of this world delicious and left us bursting at the seems. Any food left over was wrapped for us and left in our fridge. Not only was the food outstanding, Amanda was warm and professional. I could not not think of one thing I would change about the evening. I wish I lived in California so that I could use Chef Ace's services again. Anyone looking for an amazing personal chef, Chef Ace is the way to go. I didn't want to go through a company that would just send a chef I didn't know. Each time we spoke via text or call, Amanda is the person I got. No computers or secretaries, just Chef Ace. I hired Chef Jacob to cook a birthday dinner at my rental house in Rancho Mirage for about 8 people. I loved the menu options he provided - it was exactly what my group was looking for. We ordered lamb as our entree, and it was phenomenal! The dessert was also made with local dates (loved that!) and was delicious. Chef Jacob is professional and I would hire him again if I were looking for a private chef in the area.

We hired Garlic Girls Catering to provide a post-wedding lunch for 40 people. I could go on forever about how great Amy was in every way--responsive to our needs, creative menu suggestion that fit our event perfectly, fabulous food in presentation and taste, reasonable cost. We had exactly the amount of food we needed. Everyone--from grandparents to kids, guys, gals--everyone loved the food. I got lots of compliments, I wish Amy could have heard them, but she kept quietly behind the scenes for the entire event. We had an uncertain schedule because of post-wedding photos and didn't actually eat until a couple of hours after I had asked Amy to have the food ready. She had planned a perfect menu that was delicious nonetheless. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending her catering services for any event. Thanks Amy!!
Martha at Drem Events hired my catering company, Top Cat Caterers, to work a special event, a 20-guest, plated dinner. When we showed up to prepare the food, everything was perfectly organized and ready to go. The table scape and backyard looked absolutely gorgeous! I was so impressed! Martha and her staff are professional, personable, and really do go above and beyond to be sure every detail is taken care of. I can't recommend this company highly enough!
Thea teaches cooking classes to the local youth in our shelter. She is an EXTRAORDINARY chef and instructor but what brings her to shine is her ability to relate with our youth. We are extremely grateful to have Thea and her keen cooking talents with us. She has been able to introduce new cultures to the youth and their taste buds, but has most importantly fostered their talents, built on their creativity and tested their strengths/weaknesses. Billie has prepared meals for us several times. Her menus are creative and within budget if required. The food has always been fresh, as well as very tasty. We would recommend Billie as a chef for any occasion.
Chef Mark is an amazing chef! He was very professional. I had a small dinner party with friends. I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Since I am on a low carb diet. After speaking with him he created a Menu to fit my diet restrict but also carter to my friends non restricted diet. Appetizer was fried calamari with sweet and sour sauce. The salad was a fresh Ahi Tuna salad. The entree was mouth watering pan seared Scallops with lemongrass carrot ginger purée. Lastly was dessert which I could only have a taste of my friends apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and homemade salted caramel. It was to hard to resist. Chef Mark made fresh berries with he’s own whipping cream!

My culinary background is over 10 years of experience including being a banquet chef at The Ritz Carlton in Laguna Beach, CA. Even though my background does come from higher-end cooking, I do not shy away from simple causal cooking. I love to cook and cater to all different events such as, birthdays, weddings, special events, graduations, cocktail parties, pool parties and many more. My goal is to not only deliver you with an ultra-flavorful taste from the food but also to give you a memorable experience that you may look back throughout the years. There is no such thing as too big of an event nor there is too small of one either. I do also have professional helpers if needed to assist me. The way it works is I will draft a menu up for you based on the dishes or theme you may want. Then on the event day, I will come on over to the location either with the food prepped and ready to go or start prepping there to give you more of the authentic surrounding whatever you may choose. Then, I will plate the dishes and serve or if buffet style set up individual dishes to be eaten at will. Then, after that I will clean the location and leave it cleaner than when I arrived to make sure on your end your job is to only enjoy your time with your guests and the experience.
