Latest Review: Baron is an exceptional personal trainer whose passion for health and fitness is inspiring. I've been training with him for the past 5 months and each session is so much more than just a killer workout. He challenges my mental limits by pushing me beyond the edge of my (perceived) physical limits. He thoughtfully fine tunes his extensive knowledge of fitness / body mechanics in order to meet specific individual needs. He is very patient with me - and if a new technique seems intimidating, he will take the time to explain and answer any of my questions. One of his many skills is knowing how to push without being "pushy" - to motivate without being demanding. And he always knows exactly what I need to hear to get me through the "I can't" moments. Baron is professional, engaging and genuinely cares about his clients' success. I highly recommend him.

Latest Review: I had been toying with the idea of getting a trainer to help me get to the next level of my athletic ability. My wife set me up with Jay Queen of New Vision Fitness. My 1st, 2nd and current impression is that he is a true believer in the power of fitness and good diet to transform your ability to live life to the fullest. He is eager to help you get to that next level no matter your current fitness level. He can adapt quickly and effectively. Jay has been punctual and able to work around an adjustable schedule. His prices are quite fair and honest. (He gave me a refund when he felt that he did not need to monitor my diet! He had the money and just gave it back with no prompting. He is that honest. ) Jay is not doing this job for money. He is a trainer because he truly feels it is his mission to get people more active and healthy. If you are serious about getting more fit and active, look no further. You have found your trainer.

Latest Review: Dima is very knowledgeable and professional. He is always positive and very attentive during the workout to help me use the correct form to make each exercise effective and to prevent injuries. He doesn’t give me more than I can handle but he also knows how to challenge me to go to the next level. In the past I have worked out in all different ways, from exercise videos on my own to fitness classes and gym memberships. This is the first time I have had my own personal trainer and I have to say that it’s the most effective workout method of all! I have only been training with Dima for two months and I’ve learned so much and can already notice a huge improvement in my strength, endurance, and energy level. I highly recommend Dima!

Latest Review: Kula Wellness is an awesome group to work with. Justin has so much knowledge of how the body works as a whole and how to work all the small pieces to support the larger goals. In addition, he provides great nutritional advice to support your fitness goals, over and above the training aspect. I loved working with him to lose weight and tone areas that I've always struggled with. He is extremely patient, caring, and understanding, and there is never any doubt that he absorbs everything you ever say to him and takes the time to get to know you.

Latest Review: Man, where do I begin. Since day one Dante has always followed through on his promises. His words were, "in two weeks you will feel it, it four weeks you will see it, and in six weeks you will hear it!" When I heard someone tell me that I'd lost weight, that's when u knew I had invested in myself! I've been working out for years on my own, since I played football in high school actually. I know a lot, but Dante showed me a new world of fitness, and a whole new way of life in the gym. His workouts never repeat, and his exercises are his own. He's definitely a coach and a motivator. He pushes you! That's exactly what I needed. A push! I would never push myself the way he pushes me. I highly recommend him as you're coach.

Latest Review: I highly recommend Natalie Nuno with Zion Health as your personal trainer. I have used her since July 2017 for twice a week of personal training sessions. By December 2017I had lost 30 lbs from 165 down to 135 from working out with her twice a week and on a strict diet. My clothing size changed from a very tight size 14 down to a size 8. My A1C also dropped from 6.4 and being on diabetes medication (6.5 if full blown diabetes) down to 5.5 and my doctor taking me off the diabetes medications. My activity level increased from walking a quarter of a mile and being out of breath to now being able to jog and walk every other minute for a full mile. Natalie keeps changing up the training sessions so they are never boring. She is very adaptable in using the equipment available in my apt gym or the outside environment. She is also able to train you in your own home and brings the training equipment with her to your home. Natalie has a very nice way of encouraging you to push yourself further. I feel good about myself after my work outs in that I got my money’s worth in hiring Natalie Nuno and that I improved in my strength, flexibility, and stamina. I plan on continuing to hire Natalie for all my personal training needs.

Latest Review: I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough. If you need to improve your health and fitness Ron is your guy.

Latest Review: I first met Ryan when I joined Weight Warriors, a program that’s offered at Sacramento State’s gym, it’s similar to the Biggest Loser completion. Ryan was the coach for our team. At the time, I was in graduate school and had recently gotten engaged. After looking through our engagement photos, feelings of shame and frustration set in. I was HUGE and I knew there was no way I was walking down the aisle when I looked like that. I was the absolute worst client, I complained all the time, I was a pack a day smoker, and my eating habits were out of control but Ryan never gave up on me. No matter how difficult I was, he continued to push me and was always encouraging. Witnessing his dedication to fitness and commitment to help others meet their goals, made me quickly realize how lucky I was to land a coach like him. Once Weight Warriors ended, I continued taking the classes he taught at the gym. I not only quit smoking, but I lost more than 40 lbs. I was a follower of his functional fitness program until recently when he moved. This spring, I ran my first ever half marathon and Ryan was there to cheer me on the whole way. Ryan is punctual, accommodating, dedicated. He is very knowledgeable about the most beneficial exercises and nutrition for his clients. My life has transformed in so many ways, I feel like I hit the lottery getting Ryan as a coach! If you are looking for great results and want a personalized health plan, Ryan is the trainer for you!
