Yesterday was the first day of training and all I can say is I got really lucky finding Mark. He's a very nice guy, he works with you perfectly, he's personable and genuinely cares. The really cool thing about working with Mark is that I'm walking away from our meetings feeling super motivated, even more than I expected. I'm looking forward to working with him through my journey of getting back to where I want to be weight and health-wise. I highly recommend Mark!
I have worked with Aaron over the last couple of months and he's great! I saught professional help after I found out I have a hormonal imbalance called PCOS. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome occurs in 1 in 20 women, developing from puberty, it stole my life. I was overweight, with an insulin resistance, mood disorder, sleep apnea, hair loss, high testosterone level, and a high risk of heart disease and ovarian cancer. Since working with Aaron I feel like he taught me to gain back control of my life. I'm 40lbs lighter, with more energy and good health than I ever thought was destined for me. A big part of Aaron's program is paleo eating, which helped my insulin levels because I wasn't eating processed foods, carbs, or sugar. I also can't induce too much stress on my body because of the delicate hormone balance, my workouts with Aaron are helpful and stress free. We figured out what I can do physically and than slowly pushed me to higher levels. We do a lot of strength training, cardio intervals, and balance work. I never knew how weak my back was until I started working it out. Now, I have less back pain, more confidence in my bodies abilities, balanced moods, less acne and inflammation. In December I had blood work done and my insulin and testosterone levels have made a 180' change to normal. Working with Aaron was literally a life changing decision for me! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a healthy change back to basics!
As a physician working very long hours and a new dad, I was suffering from worsening fatigue, stiffness, and discomfort. I no longer have discomfort, and have significantly improved my posture, strength, and mobility by working with Kathleen. I feel improvements with each training session, which specifically address my issues of concern. I look forward to my work outs, and I actually enjoy them. I met with Roger for a training session and interview to determine if we would be a good match. He was great..very attentive....he asked questions and was genuinely interested in learning about my goals. The workout was challenging..he pushed but not sonjard that O felt uncomfortable. His prices were fair! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we are just getting started. I will review again once I have more sessions under my belt.
Great motivator. Very knowledgeable about fitness including yoga, strength training, agility, etc. highly recommend for all people. Even when you are not in her presence she can be a motivator and she gets you excited about the process.

I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! Jacob used a variety of different workouts that I've never tried out. I will be going back to workout with him again and see what level he can take me to. Thanks again Jacob!

I have been training with Mario for about 7 months, and he has really pushed me to better myself throughout this whole experience. I worked with Anthony from my sophomore year of high school to my senior year, and his training truly prepared me to be a Division 1 athlete and helped to keep my body healthy. When I first started training with Anthony I had a shoulder injury that prevented me from performing on the volleyball court and left me with constant shoulder pain, after a few months my injury was not only healed but I was actually playing better than I ever had. Throughout my time training with Anthony I gained 6-8 inches on my vertical jump and became much more powerful and explosive on the court allowing me to play on high level teams and be recruited by top schools throughout the nation. All of the training was very specific to my sport and it definitely showed. The focus on not only pushing my strength, but doing the lifts with the right technique kept my body healthy while still growing much stronger. Coming in to division 1 volleyball after working with him I was not only prepared, but ahead of the curve for our demanding strength and conditioning workouts. All in all, working with Anthony not only saved my shoulder and therefore my volleyball future, but helped make my entire body stronger and ready for the high impact of a division 1 sport!

I have been training with Marcos for a few months now. I love that he has had all the patience in the world for me but also pushes me when I need it. Before hiring him I had a very low self esteem and wasn't feeling good about myself. I train with him 4x per week and I absolutely love it! Now that I have improved my body by toning up I feel great about myself and I have a lot less stress. The one thing I enjoy the most is that he comes to me and I don't have to make another drive once I've gotten home from work. He is very professional and I recommend him to all of my friends that need to lose weights.
I am a mom of 2 and I was really having a hard time finding time to work out. Vanessa has helped me by creating a workout plan I can do at home. She got me started on the online program which is so great! It shows me videos of the strength training exercises so I know exactly how to do them. She also meets with me once a week at the gym which has helped tremendously since I have never used weights before. The meal plan is also great, she is showing me what good foods to put into my diet to get the best results. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time with Vanessa she is always available and answers all of my crazy questions and her price is unbeatable. I really can't imagine training without her.
