I absolutely recommend using Dj Charlie as your Wedding MC/DJ. For Ceremony, Reception Lighting and special effects. He is so easy to work with and does a great job at getting people up and dancing at the reception. I think the Dj is so important to a Wedding and Charlie added so much to our special day. He was such a First Class Professional guy. When we first met Dj Charlie he was professional and organized which inmediately made me interested in using him as our Dj, he was exactly what we asked for at our Wedding. So when it came time to start the planning process of our Wedding we contacted him many times and he was able to respond promptly. From Begining to end He was so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better MC/DJ, so professional and yet seemed like a part of our family. Dj Charlie was fantastic. He was able to bring friends and family of all ages to the dancefloor He actually meets with you as a couple in advance to find out all about you and then ensures that everything in your Wedding on your Wedding day is just the way you want it. At the end of the night my guests were saying how great our dj was. We have referred all of our other friends to him who will be getting married in the near future. Megan was our dual florist & coordinator for our wedding yesterday & she was simply outstanding! The bouquets & floral arrangements were gorgeous & she realized my vision flawlessly. As far as coordinating went, she was on point! She definitely knows her stuff & was a huge help & resource for me, suggesting ideas & making sure we had all our bases covered. There were certainly things she brought up that we hadn't even thought of or considered & that was really helpful, especially when planning a wedding with a million little details to cover. On the night, everything ran so smoothly, we were on time, & the night just went off without a hitch. Megan definitely knows what she is doing & you will be in good hands with her. Jessica and Dustin are AMAZING, hands down the best wedding planners we could have hired for our wedding and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. These two truly, truly love what they do, and the fact that they both went through planning their own wedding together speaks millions to their work chemistry. All of my friends, family, and other vendors who interacted with Jessica and Dustin had the same experience - they are wise, quick on their feet, detail oriented, and kind while still keeping everyone in line when needed. By the end of the night, we felt like Jessica was a part of our family. My biggest regret of the wedding was not hiring Jessica and Dustin earlier on in the planning. We hired 3LB as day of coordinators, but it is sooo worth having Jessica and Dustin around to help make decisions throughout the process. They are SO skilled at what they do, will take on any challenge you throw at them, and from the moment I spoke to Jessica, I knew I could trust her with everything. After a caterer canceled ten days before my bride's wedding, the Mark Kearney Group reached out to me with their services. The menu they proposed reflected my client's palette perfectly: serving a light breakfast, BBQ lunch, wild caught raw bar for cocktail hour, and braised short rib for dinner - everything tasted impeccable. Prior to the day, Mark and his team were responsive to changes in the menu and food count. Likewise, the level of professionalism left me (the wedding planner) at ease - I felt very confident that Mark was going to produced great work, and my instincts were well-founded. On site, Mark went above and beyond to perform. The limited space and lack of air conditioning in the kitchen did not affect his care for each dish that was sent out. Furthermore, the team members he brought were kind and helpful. I can not imagine how the day would have gone without Mark's services. I only hope we work together soon!

We hired Marie and her team as day of coordinator for our wedding this past June in La Jolla, San Diego at the La Jolla Women's Club. Marie made our wedding day a complete breeze! You can tell she's been in the business a long time and had so many helpful suggestions and ideas. Her and her team were punctual, professional, and have all of the qualities to pull of a beautiful wedding. Our wedding was mostly DIY- we booked a venue, but brought in all of our own decor, linens, etc. Marie and her team arrived on time to set everything up beautifully, and they guided us from start to finish to make sure everything was exactly as we wished. Marie and her team went above and beyond "day of coordinator" as they attended our venue walkthrough with caterer and photographer, as well as our rehearsal to guide us! We are SO thankful we had Marie and her team with us on our wedding day.

Michelle was an absolute godsend. We were planning a wedding for about 150 people at a venue where we had to bring in absolutely everything - from the chairs and silverware, to the outdoor kitchen, dumpster, and trash bags. Needless to say, there were a lot of moving pieces that needed to be pulled off within pretty precise time frames. Michelle and her team were up to the challenge, and exceeded all expectations. Not only did she create and execute a meticulous timeline for the day of, but she went above and beyond in every way. She made herself available to our questions whenever we had them and shared with us so many invaluable pieces of wedding planning wisdom she's picked up during her extensive experience as an event planner/coordinator. She had ideas and insights that we never even considered, and even offered advice that helped us cut down on costs in several areas of our budget. She was also our lifesaver in the weeks leading up to the event, completely managing all vendor communication and double checking our work so that we could use he time we had left to shore up all the small details and complete last minute DIY projects. The day-of flowed so wonderfully, and during the few times there were hiccups, Michelle was already in problem-solving mode by the time I noticed them. She was also always composed and centered, and served as a calming presence for us during what could have been an otherwise very stressful day. BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.

There aren't enough positive things to say about Sanaz. She is like that fairy godmother that you just want to have around to perfect and make pretty everything in your life, especially your wedding. She goes above and beyond for the all the details she manages. She literally keeps you on task from the minute you start working with her to the end of the wedding, and even post-wedding. She has an inclusive network of vendors and artists and she has a great taste in arts. She helped up to go through the whole process and gave us advice on choosing the right vendors. She also knows local artists. She introduces us to a ceramic artist for our favors and she made cute ornaments as our favors. I strongly recommend Sanaz for wedding planning.

We had EventSpell decorate and manage everything for my bridal shower and they did a phenomenal job! I was blown away at how great the tables and centerpieces looked. The wall that was decorated was truly spectacular. It takes someone with a great sense of imagination and design to have transformed the area from an empty dull clubhouse into a Great Gatsby themed shower. I was awestruck by everything because it felt like I was stepping back into time. I could not have asked for a better shower and Ishita did a great job with everything! I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a party, wedding, shower, etc!

Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! Where to begin! Ruby was a savior during my wedding events and was able to offload so much of my stress and attend to all last minute details I was unable to do myself due to time constraints. I was able to trust and rely on her 100% and she did not let me down she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Ruby made detailed timelines and checklists for all my events. She helped me plan and execute my wedding ceremony and it was perfect. She was able to offer me affordable vendors for photography, wedding dessert table that had a beautiful fruit and fondu, icecream popsicles/kulfi with customized labels passed out during our wedding that my guest raved about how delicious they were till today, decor for my wedding ceremony, and she was able to offer me multiple options for makeup and hair vendors for my wedding party. Overall ruby was amazing her attention to detail and her genuine kindness and sincerity was what made her so great at what she does. She went above and beyond for me and my events. Tawny was my wedding coordinator 8/11/2015, and being that it was my wedding, I just assumed that i would be completely stressed out even with a planner, but because of Tawny I did not stress at all and did not even once go "bridezilla"!!! Tawny is the epitome of professional, while at the same time being so personable that she will quickly become your friend. She strives to make sure everything is absolutely perfect, and in my case even better than i imagined. She really goes above and beyond to make sure not only you get exactly what you ask for, but she also tries her hardest to get you the best price and quality on everything purchased. I really can't say any more other than she is the best, and i will definitely be using her services again for my 30th birthday party this year! I absolutely recommend All Dolled Up for any party or event you ever do!

We booked Alex with his photo booth through our wedding planner. They came an hour in advance and we're ready to open it soon after. They had awesome props. The photo booth it self is amazing. I want to start off by saying that planning a wedding is no easy endeavor and despite how much I wanted to organize and execute every detail out between my fiancé and I, we both knew that we couldn't tackle a project like this without the help of someone. To give you some background, we were both living and working in South Korea while trying to plan a wedding in Los Angeles, Ca.     Gina Garrett is an event planning genius!! After working with Gina on my own events and attending others she has planned for friends and associates, I cannot imagine working with anyone else. I refuse to work with anyone else. She can handle small parties for 25 people or formal events for 800. I have seen Gina convert an empty warehouse into a dreamy and sparkling evening gala for 500 people that somehow was beautiful and grand, but also provided nooks and lounges for more intimate conversation. The wedding that she planned for a friend was equally impressive. Gina translated the bride’s Pinterest ideas and limited budget into a stunning outdoor wedding - the bride was in joyful tears because every detail of her wedding day exceeded her wildest dreams. That’s what Gina does – she takes the ideas and dreams of the client, and turns them into reality.     We hired Ginger as our Wedding Coordinator and were thrilled with the vast amount of experience, creativity and professionalism she brought to our whole wedding experience. Her many years of experience doing Visual Display & Merchandising at high-end department stores and event planning prepared her to produce an impressive yet affordable wedding. After our first discussion of my hopes for my wedding day, she came back with some of the same pictures of décor that I had-this showed me how effectively she had listened to my desires and was ready to implement them. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Another option is to hire a coordinator to manage the last-minute details leading up to the event; for example, 25 hours of month-of coordination costs an average of $1,200. Several factors affect the cost of day-of coordination, including the region, the planner’s experience, and the specifics of the wedding. If the ceremony and reception are in two different locations, expect to pay more than if they’re in the same place.     When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

    • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
    • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
    • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Make sure your wedding coordinator provides the type of services that will most help you create the event you have in mind, such as selecting vendors and handling their contracts, or managing the guest list and invitations.

    Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

    Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. Most wedding coordinators also handle:
