This was our first time hiring a tech guy for our home and so glad we chose MacDaddy He helped us set up a new complicated router and suggested a new inexpensive modem as well to get the best speed from our service. We were able to quickly purchase the modem at Target during his visit. Besides setting that up and getting us better speeds than we dreamed he gave me great info on how to lower my Comcast bill and upgrade my operating system on my old 2009 MacBook. It's like a whole new internet day over here! This guy is smart, efficient, and super nice. Will be calling him again for any future tech needs.

I requested wifi to be delivered to the guest house I am renting. It is less than 300' with and 40' grade change. The first tech wanted to run a new Ethernet line to the guest house. Bill came out and before any estimate determined that there was already cat5e lines run in conduit to the guest house. He determined in a short period of time that he would be able to bring internet access to the guest house. The main house had a complicated and dated network and when the updated Comcast modem/router was refreshed the network went down. The Comcast tech had not provisioned the modem/router. Bill worked with level I & II tech support at Comcast to get the main house network up and running and then the guest house network. I am now connected with a hard wired Ethernet line to wifi router in the guest house. Bill's commitment, expertise and temperment were tested on this job. He was not done until he knew both networks were up and running. The main house has a more stable network and the guest house now has wifi. Both families are pleased with your work ethic and results. Eden was hands down the best IT experience I have ever had. For 3 years our small business had been using a below average router with connectivity that cut in and out intermittently. Chris did a OS install, installed an auto back up system to my 2nd hard drive, hardware check and a basic clean up on my very old XP system..... He did sell me an older Dell Tower which he tested as 'super fast' but I have found this is not the case. It is frustrating as he said he would clean up XP and get this thing running and it would be good for a few more years. It's definitely slower than my previous tower. I may be mistaken but I think for the work he had to do 8 days was stretching it.... That he was willing to come to my home was great -he also did a remote change on my system which was easy for us both. Also, if I encounter any problems or issues he is cool enough to let me contact him about anything and step up to any issue with no charge. It is somewhat of a challenge to contact and get a response from him in a timely manner. He is friendly and flexible. He seems super busy so slowing down a bit to focus would be good! Thanks Chris !
