    I have been training with Cheryl for 2 years, at the time I had just joined the gym and had not really had much physical activity, so I was really out of shape and needed to lose about 100 pounds. What I love about working out with Cheryl is that she really takes each persons needs and abilities into consideration. She pushes you just the right amount for you to attain your goals, but isn't a drill sergeant, which I really appreciate. I also feel really comfortable with her. Cheryl has helped me reach some huge goals of mine, I have lost 80 pounds since working out with her, and a crazy number many inches : ) She has helped me not to just lose weight but also to tone and to be physically fit. It's always amazing for me to do something that several months ago I was not able to complete and now I do it with ease. I have enjoyed each of my sessions, Cheryl is really fun to be around too. We are a non-profit looking to bring in a qualified yoga instructor for group employee lessons. I'm not sure about headcount or the best times for these lessons to take place.
