I absolutely recommend using Dj Charlie as your Wedding MC/DJ. For Ceremony, Reception Lighting and special effects. He is so easy to work with and does a great job at getting people up and dancing at the reception. I think the Dj is so important to a Wedding and Charlie added so much to our special day. He was such a First Class Professional guy. When we first met Dj Charlie he was professional and organized which inmediately made me interested in using him as our Dj, he was exactly what we asked for at our Wedding. So when it came time to start the planning process of our Wedding we contacted him many times and he was able to respond promptly. From Begining to end He was so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better MC/DJ, so professional and yet seemed like a part of our family. Dj Charlie was fantastic. He was able to bring friends and family of all ages to the dancefloor He actually meets with you as a couple in advance to find out all about you and then ensures that everything in your Wedding on your Wedding day is just the way you want it. At the end of the night my guests were saying how great our dj was. We have referred all of our other friends to him who will be getting married in the near future. We can't say enough great things about our experience with Charlie Dj and Lighting. I highly recommend Dj Charlie to Anyone and Everyone looking for a GREAT MC and GREAT DJ. Thank You DJ Charlie!!! We had the pleasure of working with Chef Mike for our wedding reception and we're beyond satisfied with the experience he provided us. He was responsive and professional, and was able to accommodate us on such short notice (little under 2 months) and work with our venue host. You will not find a better experience, quality, and quantity for his price. From the food tasting, to last minute details. The food was amazing all of our guests were delighted with the meals and presentation, with the bartender Chef Mike provided, he even came himself to meet and greet the guests and ourselves. My wedding was just yesterday and my wedding was absolutely gorgeous thanks to Magan. From the isle flowers, my head table cake flowers and my gorgeous center pieces. Megan was so patient and helpful every step of the way. Megan made everything so easy. I am so grateful. I'm writing this review because I was planning a wedding and I did not know where to start but having someone like Megan by my side made getting ready for this day much easier. Marie was AMAZING as my day-of-coordinator at my wedding. I planned my wedding myself so I had been the point person for everything but she took the reins seamlessly on the day of so I could step back and enjoy the day. She's extremely knowledgeable regarding wedding etiquette and procedures and was indispensable to us.
It was a great pleasure planning our wedding with Rolanda. She kept us on track and helped us look like expert wedding planners to our family and friends. Several people commented on how seamlessly everything seemed to flow throughout the wedding and reception, and her planning and flexibility played a big role in making that happen. Rolanda shared some of her own supplies, bought lights to decorate the boathouse railing, and met, talked, and texted with us multiple times before our wedding day. - Flexible-- We really appreciated being able to go "off script" to take extra time to connect with our guests during the reception. Joanne and her team were amazing to work with. They're a newer company and ready to go above and beyond to make your day happen. She was responsive and thorough, which made wedding planning less stressful and fun! She gave my husband and I a lot of options and were able to work with our budget without compromising the things we wanted. She connected me with a local florist and videographer. Their services exceeded my expectations and were great to work with as well. Joanne also arrived early on the day of my wedding to make sure the vendors were on track. It was a pleasure working with her team and I'd highly recommend their services.
At first I didn't think I needed a wedding planner, but when I hired Ester (Sister), I found out how many things where missing in my plans. I couldn't have done it without her. Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! There aren’t enough good things to say about Ishita. We hired Ishita as a “day-of-coordinator” for two of my wedding events and I could not be more glad. She is outstanding an exceeded her “day-of” duties exponentially. She participated in most of my vendor consultations, provided suggestions and advice that I would have never considered, and was an all-star on both the days. Her timeline was on spot- Not only did she create a timeline for both of my events, she even created a timeline for my third event as well, which we didn’t hire her for (I wish we had). She even created a ‘Guest Timeline’ for our guests who were visiting from out of state/country which put in the welcome gift basket. She stayed in constant communication via phone, text, and email. Best of all, on the wedding day everything was flawless and ran smoothly. I can't keep track of all the compliments we got about the wedding flowing so well. Ishita is very easy and great to work with, so friendly, so sweet and calm and very professional. She always stepped in during my bridezilla moments to calm me down. Here are a few examples of what Ishita accomplished for me: 1. She took all of our favors, gifts, table numbers, table name cards, etc. and ensured they were all setup before the event started. 2. She collected all of our gifts and other belongings and gave them to a family member. 3. She made sure our families ate and had a good time. 4. On the reception day, my husband and I didn’t get a chance to eat, she made sure she packed us some food to go. Who does that?? 5. She made sure we took pictures with all our families who were visiting from out state/county 6. She helped our decorator to insure everything was setup before the event were to start. 7. She and her husband (who is great as well) helped my sister with a skit/dance. I cannot recommend her enough! I feel so blessed to have met her. Not only is she a great event planner, she has become a great friend!
I hired a Golden Affair (GA) for my wedding earlier this year and they did a phenomenal job! They were very considerate of my wants and needs and made sure that my day turned out the way I wanted. GA provide excellent services and options that fit within my budgets and their enthusiast for the industry truly shows in their work. I highly recommend them for any events! and will definitely be spreading the word to my family and friends!
Where to begin! Ruby was a savior during my wedding events and was able to offload so much of my stress and attend to all last minute details I was unable to do myself due to time constraints. I was able to trust and rely on her 100% and she did not let me down she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Ruby made detailed timelines and checklists for all my events. She helped me plan and execute my wedding ceremony and it was perfect. She was able to offer me affordable vendors for photography, wedding dessert table that had a beautiful fruit and fondu, icecream popsicles/kulfi with customized labels passed out during our wedding that my guest raved about how delicious they were till today, decor for my wedding ceremony, and she was able to offer me multiple options for makeup and hair vendors for my wedding party. Overall ruby was amazing her attention to detail and her genuine kindness and sincerity was what made her so great at what she does. She went above and beyond for me and my events. She was my go to person for all my questions and was able to keep me calm and organized winding down to the events. I definitely recommend to booking her asap for all of your upcoming events. She does it all!
I can not say enough great things about Jessica. If you are planning to get a wedding coordinator get Jessica, my only regret was not having her plan the whole thing and not getting her sooner. My fiancé (now husband) initially refused to even consider getting a coordinator. He reluctantly went with me to interview Jessica and even gave me a pep talk about how we were "just going to talk to her" and not commit to anything. Truthfully I think he was humoring me but had not intention of getting someone because he saw it as paying for someone who wouldn't know us and do things we could do ourselves. (Which trust me you can't ... well you can but you will drive yourself nuts.) So of course we met her and loved her and it was him (not me) who decided to hire her on the spot. We had lots of changes (up until the last minute) and we did a lot of untraditional things so we know we drove her nuts but she always made it happen for us. She recommended our cinematographer who was awesome. She is bright and bubbly but is all business when it comes getting things don't right. We love Jessica and we consider her a friend were so happy we got her and appreciate all the hard work she put into making our day memorable. She took great care of us. It's only sad that Im only planning to have this one wedding or I would definite hire her again and again. Hopefully one day we can be rich enough to throw great big parties and have Jessica coordinate them all. :) Thank you Jessica! We'll be sending you a postcard from our honeymoon.
Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. She's an expert about event set-up, timelines and catering so I immediately felt at ease and knew that if I hired her I could relax and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about the details. Laura and her assistant Jody were essential at our wedding - they gracefully handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was a perfect day for my husband and I and our guests. My friends and family commented on how great Laura was at pushing everything along throughout the day, and troubleshooting when necessary. Laura's day-of coordination service might just be the most important service that I purchase for my wedding day!

I let Samantha know from the start, I have no dance tallent. 6 lessons later, I was able to dance with my wife at our wedding and looked like I had been doing it for years. She is very patient and full of creative ideas. We first met and she gave us an outline of options and fees. She did not stray from her fees and showed a true ability to teach. Her professionalism at our wedding as coordinator was unmatched. She was very tactful in her approach and kept the entire evening right on time. We would highly recommend her, she is a very talented, professional lady with a great group of vendors to work hand in hand to create your perfect event.
