Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. An outstanding trainer! Training with Eric gave me really good results. Made a huge difference physically as well as mentally. Every time we trained I found that he was constantly striving to get me in better shape. He has a lot of knowledge on the workout side as well as the nutritional side. Eric is very professional and deifinately has a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals!

Aaron Valizan has been my brother, Shawn’s personal trainer and “life saver” for a couple years. Shawn was a NCAA two time Men's rings gymnastics champion, and was a personal trainer himself up until he had his 2 strokes. Shawn is only 55 years old. A few years ago, had two strokes which left him incompacitated and unable to: • Read • Remember anything • Walk on his own • Eat his meals without help • Make it to the bathroom • Remember where is living He has stayed at two Skilled Nursing Homes: San Marino Manor for 6 months Glendora Grand which is where Shawn has resided for two years. I decided that Shawn needed someone who could relate to his background and understand his illness and physical handicaps. It was very difficult for Shawn because he did have a vague memory of being a PT and thought he still had clients that he worked out with. I started researching Personal Trainers in his area and found Aaron Valizan. He was highly recommended, and I also found out he had 10 years of nursing experience in the hospital setting, so I set up a time for him to come out to Glendora Grand convalescent home to meet Shawn. They hit it off right away. Shawn was actually smiling for the first time in years. I started booking their appointments. Shawn showed progress after only a few weeks. Then, Shawn caught MRSA, which is a highly contagious disease. He was transported to Inter Community Hospital where he was put into an isolated department with a private room. Aaron visited Shawn (wearing scrubs, gloves and booties to protect him from contracting the disease). He immediately lifted Shawn’s morale which in turn got him to start to eat. The hospital staff was really impressed with how well he worked with Shawn. Aaron started organizing some training sessions for Shawn for when he returned to Glendora Grand. Within one month, he had Shawn out of the wheel chair and walking on his own (Shawn’s disease was gone). Every time Aaron walked into Shawn’s room, his fact lit up and he was ready to “go work out”. When Shawn was feeling better, Aaron decided to sign him up at a local gym, giving Shawn a lot more to look forward to do. His symptoms improved on a regular basis. He remembered that he had appointments at a gym and could not wait to go. I could not be more happy! Today, Shawn has improved on a regular basis. Aaron has kept up their appointments at the gym and coming by to work with him at Glendora Grand. Shawn looks forward to every appointment. Honestly, I have been so impressed with Aaron and thrilled with the amount of time and patience he takes to work with Shawn. I think we are beginning to see “The Light at The End of the Tunnel” and hope that Shawn will improve on a regular basis. I cannot thank Aaron enough for all that he has done for my brother. I have been training with Adrien for only a few weeks now and I can see definite results already. Adrien is a very inspiring and motivating trainer that goes out of his way to ensure that you get the best training experience possible . I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.

Hiking, running, strength training, and HIIT are just a few of the things she has trained me in. Very well rounded trainer, will easily adjust/ modify the regime to fit individuals with injuries or difficulties. Great with motivating you to increase your intensity.

Robert trained my daughter to prepare her for playing field hockey at UCBerkeley. She started summer workouts with the team and she is doing great, in fact, she is rocking the gym! Way to go Robert. He has also been training our 12 year old to help with his tennis game. Our son's strength and quick feet are helping out during tennis workouts and tournaments.

My experience with Emmett overall has been great and I got to say he has made fitness into a lifestyle for me. I reached out to Emmett when I knew I had fallen off my fitness routine. When I started training with Emmett I didn't have much muscle mass. I got to say after training with him the first month not only have I seen improvements on my legs and back strength but overall putting on some weight. From that month on, I got my cut and lean around my body and he helped me clean up my diet. I am very thankful for his help and highly recommend him!

I have had a few different trainers before finding Brittney, and I didn’t have a great experience with them. I felt as if the meal plans that I was recieving were pre-made and not really for me. Training with Brittney, she’s provided me a meal plan that works for me! There’s certain things I cannot eat and she makes the point to form the plan around my tolerance and still achieve results. I have lost 10 pounds in two months of training with her AND gained 5 pounds of muscle! I feel amazing. I am still training with her and plan to. With demanding job as photographer, I find it really easy to get the work done and it’s all explain for me in the app. Best trainer I have ever had! Thank you for all your hard work! 5 out of 5!

Josh has taught me so much since he started training me. I went from being super nervous and hardly able to lift the bar to someone who feels GOOD about myself and has actually competed in an official meet. I am a mom of 2 and I was really having a hard time finding time to work out. Vanessa has helped me by creating a workout plan I can do at home. She got me started on the online program which is so great! It shows me videos of the strength training exercises so I know exactly how to do them. She also meets with me once a week at the gym which has helped tremendously since I have never used weights before. The meal plan is also great, she is showing me what good foods to put into my diet to get the best results. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time with Vanessa she is always available and answers all of my crazy questions and her price is unbeatable. I really can't imagine training without her.

    I have been training with Maria for several years. She is knowledgeable about the anatomy of the human body, specifically muscle groups and as a result continually provides a variety of challenging workouts. She is responsive to your needs and abilities. I’ve had two knee replacements and Maria has tailored specific workouts that have been instrumental in my rehabilitation. She gives you her complete undivided attention, is pleasant, professional and provides motivation to help you reach your training goals. Lastly, she has a great sense of humor and makes working out fun!

    Marcos is amazing. If your looking to get fit and find your inner strength, both physically and mentally this is your guy. When I started to train with marcos i was about 5 years out of shape. In less than 1 year, I was able to complete my first ever 5k run. Marcos is professional and truly has a passion for fitness. You need to give him a try, his training is beyond excercise, it's a genuine mental and state of mind transformation!

      Working with Bethany has been a great experience for me. I was really leery about working with a trainer (biggest concerns were 1, them not understanding my needs or pace, 2 being fake /insincere, and 3 pushing me beyond my limits /making me not want to continue), but Bethany has been such a great partner in easing into training, helping me focus on the areas I want to, and pursuing my goals. She's always on time and has dealt with my schedule changes with grace. I enjoy that she pushes me enough to grow and develop, but not to the point of being over-exhausted. Also, I had so many questions (correct shoes, what's the point of a given exercise, how to target certain areas, eating, etc) that she is always ready to answer, in a way that I can actually apply to my life.
