I have only done Yoga twice in my life, so I am definitely a beginner. I was unsure how this would go, but thankfully I found Amelia. She came to us on Valentine's day, and provided an absolutely amazing couples Yoga session. She brought the mats, blocks, music, and her uplifting personality. Amelia guided us through the whole session, making sure we were both comfortable and able to do all of the poses. I am extremely tight, and not flexible enough to do certain things, but she had different strategies for me and made the session perfect for both of us. I was never a big fan of Yoga, but Amelia has changed my mind and we will now be having her back for private sessions consistently. I would recommend her to anyone from beginner to advanced, couples or large groups. Thanks again for everything Amelia! You are amazing!!

I hired Allison for a work group yoga class. She responded quickly and was informative of her practice/certificates. We needed a strict 45 minute class. She was 10 minutes early arriving for the class, and ended right at the 45 minutes mark. Very professional and provided all the mats. She is a joy to work with and we always look forward to our sessions.
