What do you love about your job?

I love helping people reach their goals in fitness and health. I love dealing with clients who have issues that are difficult to deal with. I love being able to customize the workouts so they can get results and improve any injuries. I love the results of the "changes that happen" after they become fit and how much happier they are and more active afterwards. They later on have 100% more confidence in themselves.

What or who inspired you to start your own business?

I worked in other corporate gyms and didn't like the way clients had to be treated like numbers. I wanted to make a more personal approach and have a one-on-one relationship with clients so they could feel better physically and emotionally. By establishing a friendship, not just a business deal, and making my gym private so the client could feel comfortable to work out and speak their minds to reduce the stress from the day, is a great feeling.
