Antonio has helped me twice. Once with a plumbing issue that collapsed my bathroom ceiling and again when my pipes were clogged. Both times he was a delight to work with. Zack is FANTASTIC! I had a clog in my bathroom sink and I needed help with this. I had this exact same issue in my other bathroom and I was able to fix it myself by removing the U-bend and cleaning years of gunk. Unfortunately I was out of town and needed help with this. I explained this to Zack’s coordinator and Zack was at the condo within 2-3 hours! He was extremely quick with the work and wrapped up in 30 minutes. Even more impressive, he quoted me an incredibly fair price (and I know this after calling multiple plumbers in the area and hearing absolutely insane prices for this job). If you want an honest, efficient plumber, Zack is your guy. I will definitely be reaching out to him more for my plumbing needs!

Valentino was professional and did a great job on some tricky projects. He was calm and methodical. He kept the job site clean, knew what he was doing, and was persistent until the job was done right. We had an Ikea bathroom vanity sink with its own unique plumbing and Valentino tackled it without a problem. We had a different plumber who came to give a bid and called the sink"Euro Trash" and told us to get rid of it. Valentino was polite and just got right to it and installed it beautifully. He also put in a kitchen faucet and fixed our toilet. His bid was also lower than the other plumber.

This is a long overdue review that I owed Ron - the owner of Bright Ideas Plumbing and Rooter. My initial contact with Ron was back to October 2020 - he had tons of good reviews already at that time. At that time, I was trying to do a DIY renovation of my bathroom in the city while I was living in the house. The one thing I don't know how to DIY is plumbing; I needed replacing all the drain lines and water line as well as rerouting the location of the sink and the toilet. The project was split into 2 parts since the house has only 1 bathroom (but have a tub and a shower in the same bathroom), I could not break everything at once and asked a plumber to come fixing everything in one shot. Got several quotes from 6 different places, Ron provided me the estimate quickly at a very reasonable price with good materials. After the initial estimate, Ron came back around 2 months later to start the project; 1st part took 4 days - redid the shower's drain line, redid the tub's water and drain line, rerouted the toilet's water line and changed the toilet flange into different direction, and rerouted the sink's water and drain line in a different location. 2nd part of the project took half a day after 2 months of the 1st part was completed, which was to do the water lines of the showers and reconnecting the new shower drain to drain line he did 2 months ago. During the whole project, Ron was very flexible, responsive, and patient - even though there was few changes happened during the project after he was done, he was glad to do all the modifications. After I moved out the city, I had him to help me out a few times in my other properties in the city when issue came up, he always responded and helped me resolving the issues quickly, and saved me from going to the city to check the issues. Today, Ron just helped me finish to do another plumbing project in my current place outside of the city, again I'm DIY another bathroom renovation. He helped me to relocate the water line of the toilet, did the water lines and connected the drain line of new tub and change the water lines + drain lines from single sink to double sink - again there was some modifications happened in the middle (my mistakes) and all completed in 2.5 days Ron helped me out so many times and saved my butt from many trips to the city. Ron is responsive, fast, friendly, reliable, trustworthy and honest; I love his work! For urgent issues, he always makes himself available all the times! You can't go wrong with Ron! RON is definitely my go-to plumber.

Partway through my extremely tight deadline to complete my bathroom project we needed a plumber to switch out the valves. Antonio was here to assess the project within an hour and had his team come in right away. They completed the project same day. They were tidy and professional. I appreciated Antonio's "do it nice, or do it twice" attitude. He made a suggestion that while the wall is open we raise the shower plumbing higher and kept the job at the same price. He's fair, reasonable, and communicative - I couldn't ask for anything more and he'll be my go-to plumber and recommendation to anyone who's willing to listen! Going to state the facts: The job got done well, everything is now working. Erik showed up 2 hours late after confirming multiple times over the course of the week. Job took 2.5 hours to complete. Erik is very nice, explained everything well. Erik went to plumbing supply store for us to pick up necessary parts. He was open to questions and our preferences. Erik got mud from his prior job all over our bathrooms (3 of them) that took us 2 hours to clean up after. Also got mud on my neighbors stairs (we needed access to get to the roof), so that was embarrassing. Pricing was very inexpensive relative to other quotes. He changed a toilet part that wasn't part of the initial job spending extra time with us. Erik went above and beyond by going up to the roof, snaking every vent, and standing in the POURING (I mean, rain the size of hail) RAIN for 30 mins.
