Camera was used first and confirmed the clog. He even went into the crawl space to inspect and understand the pipes under the house. He snaked to clear the clog, then used camera again. He showed me the camera the entire way and both he and Adon determined the root cause was a section of shifted pipe in the front of my property. I thought the cost of the work they both did was very reasonable considering the time spent to do the work, made sure I understood the root issue and long term actions I should take.I would highly recommend Ricardo and Adon to my friends and family if they had similar issues. He bid $125 to clear the drain of a light well. Came within the half hour arranged arrival window. Swept clean the roof area. Found after the water initially drained that water backed up again. Determined that there was another clog underground near the sewer connection. Since there was no cleanout at the ground level and drain pipes were corroded (I had patched holes with plumbers putty and duct tape) He replaced the pipes for another $250 plus parts. This involved cutting away some cross beams to pull the pips out. Only minor complaint I noticed the next day that was that he didn't close tight the faucet to get water for testing the drain so there was a slow drip.

Wow! I needed leaky faucets replaced. We are bombarded once we make the request. The first person had 4 stars and could come within an hour. His quote was reasonable. Max installed the plumbing for washer/dryer hookups in my condo; Hot & cold water hookups with drain pipes, and vents. Max is very courteous & punctual and does top notch work. I had two really great experiences with Ronny (Bright Ideas Plumbing and Rooter). He showed up on short notice. And he called in advance to fine tune the arrival time. He and his helper put in a gas line in the kitchen from the water heater in the basement. Another time he fixed a leaking bathroom drain pipe the same day I called him. He is reasonably priced compared to other plumbers. He stands by his quotes.
