He bid $125 to clear the drain of a light well. Came within the half hour arranged arrival window. Swept clean the roof area. Found after the water initially drained that water backed up again. Determined that there was another clog underground near the sewer connection. Since there was no cleanout at the ground level and drain pipes were corroded (I had patched holes with plumbers putty and duct tape) He replaced the pipes for another $250 plus parts. This involved cutting away some cross beams to pull the pips out. Only minor complaint I noticed the next day that was that he didn't close tight the faucet to get water for testing the drain so there was a slow drip.

We had a slow draining sink that eventually got backed up. There was some stinky water and also some sand in the plugged up kitchen sink. Concern was that the sand in the sink might be from a broken pipe that was letting soil and sand surrounding the pipe back in. Come to find out it was just years of debris and what-not causing the backed up pipe, and the sand was more than likely just from the roof drainage. Marco came same day to unclog my shower drain. He cleaned what he could, but he also identified that a larger project of cleaning the pipes outside the building would unclog it more completely. Since this would require my landlord's approval, we did not move forward. Since he didn't feel like he was able to get the job done (even though his work was great and helpful for the interim), he didn't charge the full rate. I appreciated Marco's transparency and the information he gave me to share with my landlord to finish the job.

My first interactions with Don were pleasant I was out of town and he was willing to work with me on that. I arranged for an estimate which he provided after coming to see what I needed done. He got started right away which was great to see. About 4 hours later he informs me they finished and sends me some of the attached pictures. He tells me the roof gutter drain the pipe was attached to was corroded and fell off when they went to fix the plumbing. I was a bit frustrated as this was visible before they started the work and insight that this might be an issue would have been a good heads up. The did attempt to solve the issue and re-attach the drain with roofing cement. I asked if it was all working and they told me it was and they tested it. I had originally asked they provide me with documentation guaranteeing their worksmenship which they said they would provide. They said they could guarantee the plumbing but not the roofing as they are not roofers. I asked them to facilitate me getting in contact with a roofer as they hadn't informed me this would need to be done before starting. They took a few hours to look into it and eventually told me they would guarantee the roofing work for 6 months for a slight increase in price and come touch it up the day after. Upon returning I missed there call when they arrived and was 30 minutes late to responding to let them in which was my mistake. I apologized and asked if they could still do the work and they said they had decided to pass on the job. I felt terrible and sent them some of the original agreed upon fee because I didn't want them to lose money on materials and labor completely due to my error. The next Monday the roof section they attempted to repair flooded. They had completely clogged the drain they tried to reattach with roofing cement. The water flooded in the window and into my new kitchen. Luckily the contractors I had doing some other work were able to unclogg the drain to prevent major damage. To make matters worse after unclogging the drain the plumbing that fixed also still leaks! I reached out multiple times before writing this to try to make this right and go no responses at all. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON they do not do quality work and don't take ownership for their mistakes.
