"Super helpful in finding my voice and finding ways to explain concepts in a way that was easy for me to understand since I had no prior voice lessons or experience. Also, he is flexible in his schedule so it was easy to find a time for thre lesson that would work for me. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to improve their singing ability."

"I have taken jazz piano lessons with Clifford for 3 years. He is knowledgeable regarding both jazz and classical music, with formal training and performance experience in both. He helped me with technique, theory and approaches to jazz material that I was playing in separate jazz combo classes. "

"I had studied piano as a child, and I began to play again after I retired. When I moved to Walnut Creek I transferred my piano lessons to Martin. I found that his lessons were much more comprehensive than my previous teacher's. In addition to helping with the basics, he teaches more subtle aspects of interpreting each piece that results in greater musicality than I had achieved before. Although this is more demanding, he is very supportive and encouraging, and I look forward to each lesson."

"I can't say enough about my experience with Ken. He is very intuitive. His lessons are balence between exercises and therory. I have alway found myself mentally stimulated, with plenty of work for my fingers. He is very energetic and reaches out between lessons to give you more music to play with. His warm and friendly personality make the lessons fly by. He also willing to work through tought topics without cutting the lesson short (schedule permitting ). I really appreciate his effort into his students. He has also been pretty flexible with my shedule. As an adult these are not the piano lessons I hated as a child. Lol"

"I absolutely LOVE working with Michael and learning guitar from him. I've tried many times to learn before, and it's never quite stuck. Michael has a way of making difficult concepts seem easy and I'm finally able to grasp music theory. It's always challenging learning something new because I (as I'm sure a lot of people do) feel silly when I mess up or a little dumb if I don't do something right, and Michael makes me feel comfortable and able to make mistakes and try new chords or scales, or whatever it may be. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Michael if you want to learn guitar or just improve your skills!"

"Mike is hands down the best piano teacher we have had for my son. He connects with the kids in the kindest and most accepting way. He maintains his sense of humor while not letting them get away with just sliding by. He works with the parents to ensure the best learning experience for the child. He uses his expertise in music methodology and various learning styles to help the children discover what drives their talent and then focuses on what they do best to help them learn what is most challenging to them. And he has the patience of a saint to boot! I’m so impressed with how far my son has come under his tutelage."

"Over the years I have received instruction from Donna through piano lessons and participation in various choirs she has conducted. I am impressed with her knowledge, expertise, kindness, and patience. I am especially thankful for the way I have been instructed to sing so that I do not harm my voice....and in the piano instruction that includes education in the instrument - its history and how it works - and arm and hand technique when playing."

"May, 7, 2018 To Whom It May Concern: Constance Taow taught my three children Piano Lessons for approximately three years from 2010-2013. Their ages ranged from Middle School to High School. We loved having Mrs. Taow as a piano teacher. She always promptly arrived and made good use of the time. She filled the entire half hour or 45 minutes with teaching. She never finished early or started late. She was conscientious of our time and finances. I really appreciated that of her. Mrs. Taow was cheerful and positive toward the children. She never criticized or demeaned them. She was encouraging and praising in their progression, of which I am very happy about. Mrs. Taow genuinely loved and cared about my children and still does. We keep in contact. She travels from Idaho to Utah to come to their events. She is a dear friend to our family. I highly recommend Mrs. Taow for a piano teacher. You will be happy with her work and the results of your children. Your children will enjoy taking lessons from her. She is wonderful!! Sincerely, Sue N."

"I have studied piano at De Paul University and I learned more about piano music, technique, physical approach, and overcoming visual handicaps, from Christina than I did from any of the teachers at the University. She is an outstanding teacher and a wonderful person who studies the individual to be able to develop the best technique to impart piano and musical knowledge."
