Before I give my glowing review of Tiffany, I have to preface the review with a few words so you know that I was in your shoes. Wedding planning sucks and having to stick to a limited budget doesn't it make it easier. As a bride, sometimes you have to cut corners in order to afford simple things (or let's be honest more desired things) for your wedding. Hiring a full service wedding planner, was one of those things that I really wanted, but I knew it would take a huge chunk out of my wedding budget. My wedding was in San Francisco, so it’s not the cheapest city to have your wedding. But after receiving price quotes from full service wedding planners, their prices depressed me (adding unnecessary stress to my wedding budget woes) and when I looked at their packages, I just didn't feel like it was right for me or my budget. I had to take a step back, breathe, and take ownership of wedding planning and face reality. I knew what I’d need to do, to stay on budget. I had big decisions to make as a bride, but I knew I could save a ton, if I planned my own wedding. So I thought “hey I plan many events for my friends, family, and clients all the time, we’ve got about 85-100 guests to invite, why not plan my own wedding, and hire a day of coordinator to save money?" I did just that and when I was in the process of looking for a day of coordinator, my next thought was, "shoot if I hire a day of coordinator, will I overlook something and regret not hiring a full service wedding planner?". With caution, I started to ask for quotes for day of coordinators and realized right away what I needed to do. I put a request up on Thumbtack and the email quotes came rolling in. I was astonished. But I was in a conundrum - every price was competitive, so how does one choose a vendor over the other. All of them had amazing reviews (which put my initial concerns more at ease). I spent a few days emailing back different vendors, asking them questions, reading their reviews, even looking them up on Linkedin! I did some my research and eventually decided on Tiffany Won. Choosing her as the day of coordinator was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process. 3 pieces of advice if you DIY: First off ladies, have more confidence in your planning abilities and use the resources the internet provides you (there are a ton of wedding checklists and schedules online to help you plan your own wedding, and for inspiration for décor or what not, pinterest was key for me). It might be intimating at first, and the time involved in planning your wedding might feel like an absolute time suck, but trust in yourself and plan your day. No one has a better vision of what you want for your wedding, more than you. Secondly, trust in a day of coordinator like Tiffany to execute on your vision. She's top notch and will be a valuable asset in your planning process. I hired her as my day of coordinator. I was a little anxious, but after I spoke with her on the phone and especially after I met her before my wedding for the 2 hour “pre-wedding meeting”, I could tell that she had plenty of experience in event planning and coordination. Not only does she have experience in wedding planning, but she has extensive experience planning corporate events and conferences, which as you know, could range from hundreds to thousands of attendees. My thought was, if this girl can plan corporate events that are large scale, she will definitely be able to coordinate my smaller scale event. She also asked the right questions before the wedding, which put my concerns at ease, since she is very sharp and it became clear to me, that event planning plays a very familiar story in her head, a story she knows word for word. Thirdly, stick to your budget. If you need to roll up them sleeves and plan your wedding, just do it. But call in some cavalry to take over on the day of your wedding day because you’ll need it. Make sure you go with a pro like Tiffany. I’m pretty detailed oriented. So is she. I thought I had every detail planned, all she has to do is follow the schedule. You know what, she was able to catch holes in my schedule and my planning. She worked with me to double check my wedding schedule and everything – the whole shebang…from pre-wedding day stuff like what time the florist will set up, when will the lighting company get to the venue, advice or a second opinion on wedding décor, suggestions for additional vendors….even ceremony logistics such as where people would stand, the flow of the event, gaps in the vendors schedules…and the wedding reception details like when the band would take their breaks so she can play an ipod or something so background music would play, helping with the mic transition from the emcee to other guest speakers, overseeing food service so there wasn't a huge gap between the appetizers and dinner, making sure I ate, making sure the groom and I did our table rounds to thank our guests for coming, making sure at the end of the evening someone could collect my wedding gifts, etc etc. Tiffany did a phenomenal job at overseeing every tiny detail the day of the wedding! My wedding went smoothly, the guests had a fantastic time, I now have memories that will last a lifetime, and this was all because I had help taking some wedding responsibilities off my shoulders, I'm so glad I hired Tiffany! Tiffany went over and beyond the call of duty and at a very fair price. Whether you hire her as a day of coordinator or hire her for full service wedding planning (or to plan any type of event), do yourself a favor and put her in your top consideration list. I would hire her again if I could. I will certainly be recommending her to my friends and family. And if you hire her, I’m sure you will eventually do the same. Kudos Tiffany for the excellent work! Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! We hired her two month before our wedding and are sooo glad we did. From the first day we met we knew she was a perfect fit for us. During our first meeting she asked us a whole list of questions, some of which we hadn't even thought of, just to get to get a feel for what we had done so far and what we would need help on, it was a really great first impression. Elizabeth was there with us when our venue tried to jack up the prices of everything a month before the wedding. She emailed a not so pleasant catering manager and made sure every single detail was taken care of, she even got them to throw in a complimentary hot chocolate at our beverage station. She brought so much wedding experience and it really helped guide and shape our wedding. She took care of the little details that someone who has never been married would surely miss. She set up all of our decor day of and was main contact person for any and all things. I got to sit back and enjoy getting ready with my bridesmaids instead of running around making sure everything was perfect. Elizabeth had it handled and she decorated exactly as we discussed if not better! She threw in some touches I didn't even think of! When we were missing something or a decoration wasn't working she knew how to troubleshoot and make it work, which took an enormous amount of pressure on my husband and family. All of our guest had nothing but good this to say about Elizabeth. She was great about directing and moving people where they needed to go with a smile on her face. Never being impolite or pushy, but firm enough so people actually listened. At the end of the night we got to say our good byes and ride off into the sunset. While she coordinated with our family and bridal party and made sure everything was packed, cleaned, and out of the venue right on time. The day after the wedding she called and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Elizabeth went above and beyond with us and we are so glad we hired her. I would recommend her to anyone as a day of coordinator or full service wedding planner, she was an absolute dream!

This review does not fully compare to the actual experience of having Mimi as our wedding planner. My husband and I fell in love with her! I was referred to her by a friend a month or so before my wedding. You can imagine the details that needed to be done before that time frame. Not only did she take on the challenge of helping us, but went out of her way so our day was perfect. I live in concord, and she drove out 1 1/2 away to come meet with us several times. She kept good track of the things that still needed to be done. Her organization was phenomenal! Constant communication and support were there more than 100% (even for my emotional days) Besides the planning, she took care of the table centerpieces herself! Which were beautifully made with natural flowers on all 15-18 tables including our head table. Our guests, including vendors we hired were so impressed with her work, and most importantly by my husband and I. She found the best deals possible and made everything perfect yet affordable for us. Not only would we consider going through her all over again, but know we will continue to use her for future events and highly recommend her. Monaique was my partial and day-of wedding coordinator for my SF wedding ~2 weeks ago. We only met in person 5 days before my wedding day and have just been talking on the phone for months before our event. So that already shows the trust I have on her! She has this innate characteristic that just relaxes, calms and reassures me that everything would be fine for the wedding. This is one of the most important things for me (and the one trait I love most about her) as I was planning the wedding from Texas and constantly in panic the last months before wedding! She helped me finalize and negotiate our contract for the flowers just a few months before the wedding, which was a very big deal. And I was not disappointed. She went beyond her duties by lending her beautiful dessert bar platters, AND also arranging our dessert buffet that completed the look of our reception and it was all so elegant and pretty! She helped coordinate all the vendor set ups and the final look and arrangements at the reception and also helped manage our timeline. And she was constantly looking out for me and asking me what I needed during the reception. It was such a personalized, genuine and caring service. I would work with her again and we highly recommend her for any event you may have.

Our daughter just had the wedding weekend of her dreams!!! From the rehearsal dinner at the Firehouse at Ft Mason to the wedding ceremony and reception, it was all so gorgeous, graciously presented and enormous fun for everyone attending, and we truly owe a huge amount of the marvelous experience to Linda's creativity and tireless efforts to pull it all off as our wedding coordinator. After having seen her in action, taking meticulous care over every detail, putting out numerous fires due to the inevitable 'unexpected' actually happening, I have no idea how we ever thought we could have in any way managed to do any of it without her! Our entire family is truly overwhelmed with gratitude to Linda for gifting us with the incomparable gift of a lifetime-- to actually let go and entrust all the myriad logistics and details to Linda's über capable hands as our wedding coordinator, knowing she would be covering all the bases for us, leaving us free to fully enjoy a wonderful celebration! She took a few decorations and ideas we gave her and made magic happen at the rehearsal dinner! That Firehouse could not have looked more festive and fun! She made pennants and adorable paper rosettes for every napkin, arranged everything to look fantastic- all very fun and festive! She not only got the vibe we were hoping for, but she ran with it, making the whole look and ambiance go beyond our biggest hopes! She also juggled at least six vendors to pull off the rehearsal dinner for 80 people and then the after party attended by 200. She handled all the vendors' quirks and missteps beautifully, and bottom line, she got them to do the job they promised-- not a small task indeed! Her amazing talents, incredible organizational skills, her seemingly unending energy and patience all made the ceremony go smoothly at the church, and she wasn't even supposed to be 'helping' during that part- -she just sized up the obvious (and definitely most unexpected) need for someone to be tracking and in charge, and she capably and beautifully filled that gap for us. I will forever be grateful to her for that especially. Because of her level headedness, our daughter got to walk down the aisle to the organ music she wanted, not the string quartet that kept playing too long! I am an artist and my daughter and I had had loads of fun working of lots of little details that all had to be arranged just so at the reception- and not only did Linda do things like cover the tablecloth folds with the table runners, she made sure every single menu card was perfectly centered on the napkins, the place cards placed perfectly with the favors, etc etc. I was astounded by her respect for and attention to our every imagined detail! Honesty, I didn't think anyone would be as particular about the tiny details as I would be, but Linda is!!! She really cares about your vision becoming reality, and that is a huge gift!! I know this is getting long but I haven't even mentioned her gift to us cleaning up- ginormous! Our venue needed us- and everything we had brought- out ASAP and we never could have accomplished that without Linda. She tracked everyone, had it all organized, and constantly said to me, "Don't worry, I will take that and put it in my car" and "You go ahead, I will take care of all of this for you!", and she did! I will forever sing her praises, recommend her to anyone planning a wedding and never stop thanking her for the huge gift she was to us during a most special moment in our lives! She was never without a smile on her face and always had a calm spirit approach, in spite of having to deal with some rather challenging situations. You cannot do be in any better hands than hers!

I had the pleasure of working with Renee at Layne G's wedding earlier this year, and she has been the best wedding planner/coordinator that I've dealt with (I'm a wedding vendor). She kept us in the loop prior to the wedding, but didn't send an overabundance of emails. Her emails/timeline/documents were extremely organized which made my job much easier. The day of the wedding, her team was also on point. They immediately helped with any request I had, which was for an extra table and linen. As a wedding vendor, I've worked a TON of weddings with a ton of planners, and you know Renee is great at her job when the wedding looks beautiful, everything is on time, and the bride and groom are stress-free and are having the best time of their life.

We had initially interviewed several wedding planners, but Josh won us over with his enthusiasm and artistic background. We are not artsy people, so we relied heavily on Josh for his creative vision. And boy did he deliver. We had thought our wedding venue would "wow" our guests based on location and scenery alone (we had our wedding at a golf club perched on a hill overlooking the entire bay area). However, Josh somehow utilized the architecture of the clubhouse to create an outdoor ceremony that took everyone's breath away. I have a feeling the venue will be copying Josh's fabric canopy idea for years to come (emphasis on "Josh's idea"). People took note of every little detail, from our carved-out initials on the base of each lantern stand adorning the aisle, to the menus printed on mirrors with table numbers (e.g., seat assignments) on the background. Some guests even noticed the connection between the 3D butterflies on the escort cards to the butterfly motif of our wedding website (now that's some serious attention to detail)! All of this comes at a cost... which we were not prepared to spend, at first. But in hindsight, it was worth every penny. Josh gave us a dream wedding. Our only regret is that we did not have more time to bask in that dream.
