    Tiffany was an incredible day-of-coordinator, who I was lucky enough find! There were about a million last minute requests from our various vendors and our officiant even needed some random items. She took care of it all. You need someone like her. She is on top of everything and makes you feel like she has everything covered (and she does!) I didn't have to worry about one thing during my wedding. She has a lot of energy but also does not panic when you ask for some random thing 5 minutes before you need it for the ceremony (which I did). The days before the wedding, she made sure to check in and was quick to respond with any last minute questions. My wedding was one of the best days of my life. Hire Tiffany now! You need her. Trust.

I am so glad I was able to be so relaxed the day of the wedding! I really enjoyed myself and I know a lot of that is owed to her and her hard work.     To quote a guest from our wedding: "Your wedding was amazing, but gosh darn it, I got there 3 minutes before 10am and it was the only wedding in the history of weddings that started on time!!!!" Amazing experience from start to finish. Let's break it down into cost, value, and intangibles: Cost: Linda and Leslie were very affordable, in line with what others charge on thumbtack. When you look up "best wedding coordinators" on yelp, most of those people's "day-of" coordination packages are $$$$$$$$$ (literally double or more of L+L), and honestly, I don't understand the cost. Linda and Leslie did an amazing job and I don't know what more I could have asked from them. So definitely, they are a great bang for the buck. Value: The services they provided were month of coordination, which included multiple meetings, running a rehearsal, getting vendor discounts (off of chair and linen rentals), creating a timeline, some vendor referrals, some "design" ideas, and OF COURSE, running the big day and making sure everything went smoothly (AKA what really matters). All of these things, to me, were more than worth what we paid. To evaluate linearly: meetings: were very enjoyable and gave me confidence that they were going to do a great job on our wedding day running rehearsal: everybody knew what they were supposed to do, thanks to L+L, and the rehearsal was very thorough. vendor discounts: we used one or two of these... not much else to say. timeline: very clear and thorough vendor referrals: Their vendor recommendations were great. Their flower recommendations were affordable and the flowers were stunning. It was literally the only flower vendor in our budget and she was a rockstar... People commented on how fabulous the flowers were, and we had a genuinely small budget. We also looked into their cake vendor who referred us to someone else that we ultimately decided to go with. We ended up using their linen rentals for napkins only, as we had table runners custom made to save money and get exactly what we wanted. design ideas: super helpful in figuring out the "flow" of the wedding/reception. If I had an idea for how I wanted something to be, they would frequently step in and offer recommendations on ways to make things smoother. For example, if I didn't know how a wedding element traditionally "worked", like when people give toasts, they'd step in and give me some options for how that might be organized. The big day: L + L were utterly magical. I micromanaged and designed almost every aspect of our wedding, and I'm sure they were worried I was going to be a real bridezilla. :D When the big day came, they did a fantastic job making sure EVERYTHING was on time. Even when some groomsmen were late: 1) I didn't know about it 2) they figured out a contingency plan and made things work. I began to worry when a groomsman was late and didn't have a boutonniere (as the florist had returned to setup the reception), but sure enough, I was told very politely that I could calm down and "it was covered," and he somehow ended up with a boutonniere before the ceremony started! :) The entire day went off smoothly and without a hitch. As I said earlier, since I had a hand in literally everything that was happening, I appreciate just how many small moving parts there are to a formal wedding, and would suggest having a day of coordinator. Intangibles: They were lovely to work with, and we had great chemistry with them, which was the main reason we chose them over other, similarly priced vendors. Right from the start they made us feel like family, and struck a great balance of letting me be a control freak while asserting themselves when necessary. I felt that they were extremely competent throughout the process, and had no problems "letting go" when the big day finally arrived. Another great thing is that they are sisters. This is important for a couple reasons: 1) they work well together 2) other vendors would have to hire helping hands if you needed a second point of contact. We had the ceremony and reception in two different places, and since there were two of them, it worked out perfectly. Overall, Linda and Leslie were warm, deliberate, creative, communicated very clearly, and timely. We were thrilled with their services and give them 5 stars on all counts.

    We had initially interviewed several wedding planners, but Josh won us over with his enthusiasm and artistic background. We are not artsy people, so we relied heavily on Josh for his creative vision. And boy did he deliver. We had thought our wedding venue would "wow" our guests based on location and scenery alone (we had our wedding at a golf club perched on a hill overlooking the entire bay area). However, Josh somehow utilized the architecture of the clubhouse to create an outdoor ceremony that took everyone's breath away. I have a feeling the venue will be copying Josh's fabric canopy idea for years to come (emphasis on "Josh's idea"). People took note of every little detail, from our carved-out initials on the base of each lantern stand adorning the aisle, to the menus printed on mirrors with table numbers (e.g., seat assignments) on the background. Some guests even noticed the connection between the 3D butterflies on the escort cards to the butterfly motif of our wedding website (now that's some serious attention to detail)! All of this comes at a cost... which we were not prepared to spend, at first. But in hindsight, it was worth every penny. Josh gave us a dream wedding. Our only regret is that we did not have more time to bask in that dream.

    Janice is super experienced and has seen everything. Our wedding day went off without a hitch! She kept us organized and offered lots of ideas whenever we needed them. She was a terrific advocate for us with the staff at our venue when we had questions or concerns, and she worked really well with our other vendors (photographers, DJ, etc.). Throughout the planning of our wedding, she was always offering to do more for us. If you want a professional, experienced, and super sweet coordinator/planner, Janice is the way to go!
