I was just recently involved in a wedding where I was responsible for finding a reliable bartender. I was stressed, worried and nervous that I wouldn't find a proper fit...and then I came across Michael. I had a good vibe from the get-go and I was so incredibly pleased with his knock-out performance!!! Michael is amazing, I sincerely cannot say enough nice things about him. Prompt, efficient, humorous, diligent and kind are all easy attributes to describe Michael, but this man goes above and beyond. Michael has an incredible work ethic, he aided in set up/tear down and EVERYTHING in between. He is courteous even if others are not, and I found him to be extremely professional. He has a great way about him and really relates to all kinds of folks which is so wonderful. Michael truly delivered 100% and he made the night memorable. This guy is a work horse, and his goal is to make things run smoothly. If you need someone who is a true professional, here is your man! I would hire him for any and every single upcoming event, you will not be disappointed!!
Tiffany was a lifesaver, before, during, and after my September 13th wedding. I wasn't anticipating needing a day-of coordinator, so I sent my thumbtack request out less than a month before my wedding, but Tiffany was able to hit the ground running. We met before the wedding and she was professional and organized and able to help me work out last-minute details I hadn't even considered. The day of my wedding, she set up all the reception decorations single-handedly, managed the vendors and timing, and made sure everything ended up where it was supposed to, post-wedding. Tiffany did an amazing job and was a joy to work with. I'm not exaggerating when I say that hiring her was the single most stress-relieving decision I made during my entire wedding-planning process - I only wish I had hired her months ago!
Alisa was hired to cater our wedding of 35 guests at a private residence. She went above and beyond call of duty with cocktails, appetizers, the dinner, and setting up, breaking down the event. She arrived early to set up for both the ceremony and the dinner, and provided the cocktails and beer which received reave reviews from the guests. For the appetizers, she provided polenta bites and bruschetta in keeping with our Italian menu and both were really tasty. The dinner menu consisted of a caesar salad with grilled salmon, tomato bisque, and a cappellacci di zucca; all were truly delicious. She cleaned up the same night, making it easy for us to enjoy the kitchen the next morning for breakfast. If I were to host another event, I would hire Alisa in a heartbeat.
She was very laid back and I mean this in a good way. I like to be in control when planning my wedding or events and she made sure to listen and make sure all my visions and choices were taken care of! At our wedding I didn't feel stressed at all and having her took a lot of potential stress off my shoulders. She was extremely helpful and good at communicating with me. Thanks !
AnnaMarie was AMAZING. She was so completely helpful and perfect as our day-of coordinator. Everyone that worked with her was impressed with her efficiency, precision and professionalism. She gently guided us through the day and I was able to fully relax and feel that things were being taken care of. My husband is a fairly exacting and organized German and he was so appreciative of the AR Weddings services. Honestly, I could not recommend more. If you're planning a wedding in the bay area, this is your event planner!!!
I want to give these guys a million stars. They catered our wedding back in August and they were the best vendor team anyone could have ever asked for. They were SO fun to work with throughout the whole process and made everything so easy and stress free. I cannot imagine working with anyone else. Everyone was raving about the food and the best cupcakes and cake they had EVER had (honestly we weren't even going to have a cake at all until we tasted there's). Thank you Nick and the whole Famous Creations team for making our wedding the best day of our lives and making the wedding planning fun!!
My husband and I were just married and Matt planned our wedding reception. He did a fantastic job - the event was perfect! Matt was knowledgeable and really easy to work with. His recommendations were spot on. My husband and I took forever with some decisions and Matt was good about following up with us as well as taking last minute requests. Definitely highly recommend!
When we met Khadija we were half way through the wedding planning, and we knew what we wanted in our party but we still needed plenty of guidance...Khadija and James provided that and then some! We found Limelight Productions to be all we could have hoped for and more. Not only is their team very organized and knowledgeable but they helped us to think of things we never would have otherwise considered and they truly went above and beyond. We never had one e-mail, text or call not promptly responded to and at the right times they even gave us some needed pushes on planning and execution as our big day drew nearer. The week of the wedding arrived and Khadija and James (and Ayesha for the bouquet production) showed why they deserve nothing less than 5 stars on their reviews. They were fantastic and very professional, and our party was amazing because they were an amazing team handling things for and with us. Our thank you very much to them, and best recommendations. There is no way we could have had our wedding without them!
We were extremely happy with Taneva Events. We wanted a simple but elegant wedding in Hawaii and Velina at Taneva Events provided that and more for us. She worked with us on everything from the smallest detail on the dinner napkins to working with vendors on logistical details, setup on the day of the wedding and ensuring our day was perfect. We did not have a clear idea of what we wanted to do for our wedding besides the fact that we wanted to keep it simple and take advantage of the natural beauty of the setting. Velina was really helpful from the start, brainstorming ideas with us, and making suggestions for the decor that we would have never thought of on our won. We did not want traditional flower centerpieces, and Velina was able to accommodate us by creating beautiful pineapple centerpieces, and tied them all together with the runner, candles, handmade napkins, and pedestals that she placed the pineapples on. Everybody complemented the decor and the bridal bouquet that she created from traditional Hawaiian flowers. We could not have had such a beautiful and smooth day without Velina's help. Planning for a wedding is always stressful, but Velina eased a lot of our stress and was always a pleasure to work with.

I was hired as a server for a wedding in Healdsburg, Ca that Tracie catered! The event was flawless and amazingly beautiful! Tracie went above and beyond to ensure the wedding party , guests and staff were well taken care of! Her eye for detail is acute and she is an absolute treasure to work with and for!
DJ Danny J was the DJ at our wedding. He was excellent! He played a variety of different music that incorporated oldies, goodies, and current hits! Everyone of all ages ans stages were able to get up, dance, and enjoy the music. Danny made a point to subtly check in with us (bride & groom) at appropriate times to see what we wanted to hear or do next - we really appreciated that because it helped us keep the wedding day unique to US!! DJ Danny also brought the photo booth which was such a hit. Finally, not only was DJ Danny J's music amazing, but he was a fabulous MC. He has a way of getting people captivated and involved. We love DJ Danny J!!

Robyn was a delight . Very enthusiastic over the baby shower. She sent me pics to look at & adorable. However we found out before meeting my daughter in law could not make it. I will be calling Robyn for my next event . She has excellent taste & very elegant on other events too. She cares & walks you through it all.

Kendra was nothing short of AMAZING! Kendra helped keep my family from taking over and helped us realize our vision for the wedding day. She created a thorough timeline and helped us keep to it, photos went seamlessly, any rogue family members were handled with care and respect, all vendor issues were filtered through her and handled without me even knowing there were any, and I knew I could trust her to create a beautiful space for our ceremony and reception. I don't think my wedding would've been so stress-free without her!
I could not have imagined a better wedding day and it was in large part due to all the hard work Marissa put in. I had a few items figured out and thought I would be able to plan the entire wedding on my own, thank goodness Marissa was recommended by a friend! I was unsure on the "theme" direction I wanted to go and Marissa was able to quickly determine my actual wants and make them come to life. She had great suggestions on vendors and handled the details with all of them. She also did all of my flower arrangements, including the bouquets and boutonnieres, which were beautiful. My rehearsal and wedding day were absolutely perfect. I didn't once think about any detail or item I may had forgotten because Marissa had everything so put together and organized that I never felt the need to worry. I would refer her to any one of my family members or closest friends at any time! If stress free wedding planning is what you are looking for, Marissa is your lady!
Christina and her team at CRC Custom Events were amazing! We would 100% recommend her. We hired her for day-of coordination and venue decor. She did so much for us leading up to the wedding and making sure we were thinking through everything. She is easy to work with and we were able to trust her to use her own judgement with some of the decor arrangements. Seriously, our wedding looked so beautiful; above and beyond our expectations!
