We were looking for a "day of" coordinator for our wedding...so I started looking on Thumbtack for help. After reading reviews on Michael and his profile, we met up at a local coffee shop to talk about what our needs were and if he could do it. I had a great feeling about him right then...I even showed him our card table ideas and wedding favors, and he gave me better ideas of how to set them up (talk about "thinking outside the box!"). Up until the BIG day, he kept in touch, asked how things were going and if I needed any help....I so much appreciated these messages being the nervous bride! The day of, he was punctual, was able to get through a "check list" I made him regarding set up and timing...and, most importantly, he kept me calm! If any "hiccup" came up, he fixed it in an instant! I truly believe our wedding ran smoothly and on time, thanks to Michael! I would definitely hire him again for any party planning/coordinating needs...or even floral needs (he is a great florist, too!) Thank you so much, Michael! I don't know what I would have done without you!
Tiffany was amazing in her direct, kind communication, timeliness and organization. I have a full time job at a startup so, not a ton of time for wedding organization stuff, so I was incredibly grateful that Tiffany stepped in and handled all of the month before details, from day of coordination, to dealing with vendors, to last minute surprise rain and figuring out what to do with our partially outside wedding. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Elizabeth was wonderful, and I'm very happy that we were able to find her. We had a fairly simple wedding, and didn't need a huge amount of coordination help, but I wanted to have somebody in charge of the day of so my family and I could enjoy the day stress-free. Many other wedding coordinators don't offer a more basic, affordable package, so I was thrilled when we found Elizabeth. She went above and beyond in providing email and phone support before the wedding to make sure everything was on track, and then did all of the set up on the big day. She didn't blink an eye about some of the elements of a traditional wedding that we decided to skip (like a DJ), and even helped with some basic emcee duties. I also appreciated that she was laid back and nonjudgmental, while still being very detail oriented. I've recommended Elizabeth to a few of my friends.
AnnaMarie did a fantastic job coordinating my wedding. I did most of the prep work, and then she made sure the day went off without a hitch! She made sure follow my wishes for the overall feel of the day and there was no detail left out. We definitely couldn't have done it without her! Matt did a great job with the bouquets for my wedding, they turned out beautifully! He was willing to work with me on my budget and preferences. He was able to create the bouquets based off inspo-photos I gave him and my color preferences. He also offers a lot of great options for rentals and lighting. It's a big plus when you can get everything you need from one person instead of having a bunch of different vendors! I had a couple last minute changes to my lighting and ceremony deco, and he was very flexible and offered me alternatives to accommodate. One suggestion is that I would have liked more communication and responsiveness. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with and he does wonderful work!
Roddy was an amazing wedding day of coordinator. Very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that everything went smoothly so I can enjoy my wedding day! He would go around and make sure that all of my guests had everything they needed and he even had the kitchen pack up left over wedding cake for me. He thought of every big and little detail. I recommend him very highly!

Beth is a wonderful, understanding, patient and caring florist. She truly loves her job and has a passion for floral design. She is also great about coordinating day of events. I hired Beth to do flowers for my Mexican themed wedding, as well as assist me in day of coordination. She went as far as traveling with me to a pick-your-own dahlias farm where we decided on which flowers would be the best for my bouquets and arrangements the day before the wedding. Beth is also timely, responds to emails very quickly and is very well organized. I have recommended her to other friends for their weddings and they also had very positive experiences with her. When I consulted her for advice on my wedding coordination, Beth had wonderful insights and opinions due to her years of experience. In short, Beth has a great eye for design and is very patient with her clients. I know I was always changing my mind and on the fence, and Beth did a great job keeping me on track and helping me make important decisions regarding my floral arrangements and wedding coordination.

We planned a memorial service reception and a Kristine was very helpful, taking in my mother-in-laws wishes and creating the perfect menu. Then we had to increase our guest numbers, and she adjusted everything gracefully. The food was delivered on time and it was all delicious. It was a pleasure to work with In This Moment!
Judi made our wedding reception so adorable and unforgettable! Her team took care of our cocktail hour, reception and flowers! Our venue is a Japanese garden, and her asian fusion style of food amuses everyone's mouth! Her team helps with ceremony coordination and rental too! We love how our reception is set up! All these little beautiful details, nice food, welcoming service impressed every guest of us. We would definitely share our wedding pictures when they come out :)
Ive worked with Lynn on fundraising events and she is always on top of her game. She is very detail-oriented and always has answers to every question, including my financial ones. My husband and I had the privilege of being invited to a private family event that she and Nicole coordinated, and it was beautiful! Heidi and Ashton were the perfect day-of wedding coordinators. When we arrived at the site on our wedding day, everything was beautifully set up as if by magic. Gracefully and unobtrusively, they made everything happen. They arranged flowers, set up the wedding altar, wrangled vendors, and guided guests through the day’s various phases (ceremony, reception, toasts). They even served us cake and champagne. Our guests remarked on how “effortless” the wedding seemed; this is largely due to Birminkeley’s hard work! Birminkeley also helped plan our wedding. They visited the venue with us and talked us through everything from where to seat the guests to how many tablecloths to order. Later, they helped us search for wedding vendors. Despite our tight timeline (~2 months), they found us a wonderful photographer, rental company, and makeup artist. They were persistent and tenacious in making sure the vendors would adhere to our venue’s strict requirements. In addition to being very capable, flexible, and affordable, Heidi and Ashton are very pleasant to work with. Their calmness and perseverance helped us get through a very stressful time!
My husband and I hired Courtney to coordinate /set-up our wedding reception. Courtney went above and beyond our expectations. Very detail oriented, response time to emails and text is amazingly quick, which puts you at ease. The venue decor set-up was to perfect. The coordination of vendors- All vendors were where they suppose to be. We had no trouble with the vendors or any decor falling apart. I would 100% hire Courtney if I were to have an anniversary party. I highly recommend Courtney to anyone that is having a party and needs help with coordination/ set-up. My husband and I were very pleased with Courtney's service.

Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). Day of Coordination Jill and her team was great. From the pre-date meetings to the day of the wedding she was constantly asking me how she could help and had great ideas in problem solving some last minute changes. The whole thing came together better then we could have imagined! Highly recommend!
Julianne was amazing! We hired her for our day-of wedding coordination and she seriously jumped in and started helping where we needed help and collecting people/family members when we needed photos. Julianne got all the vendors paid, and even made sure we had all the paperwork in order for the license signing. She even helped create the boutteniers we forgot to make the night before and they turned out perfect! She helped make our wedding stress-free and it was amazing! I highly recommend her and her amazing organization!!
