Kandis is a top-notch yoga instructor--and I am VERY particular about yoga instructors. She is the only personal yoga instructor I have ever had who thoughtfully explains what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how it impacts the muscles and structure of your body as you do it, too, which I love. Because of this I find myself easily integrating yoga into my day on days I don't see her just because I know what to do and how to do it. She also has a fun personality and you can easily see she actually enjoys teaching yoga which makes the process of doing yoga 10x's more enjoyable. I leave our sessions together feeling so much better energetically and physically than I typically do from yoga. If you are looking for an excellent yoga teacher who is thoughtful, thorough, highly intelligent, fun to work with, who will foster and help you grow your own love of yoga beyond your sessions together, you need Kandis in your life!
I am a middle aged guy, (54) and wanted to make radical changes in my life. I started by addressing my up-tight over weight body! This is where I found Veronique. Veronique is not your average Yoga, fitness swim instructor, much more. For me she is guiding me through a new way of life, addressing all of what I think are my short comings. In our first few weeks I have gained much more flexibility, strength and confidence than I have had in a very long time. Veronica is a truly gifted and professional teacher. What ever your concerns, Veronique is so nonjudgmental, you will become comfortable in a very short time no matter what level you are at. When leaving our two hour session i am already looking forward to our next. I give 5 stars!
I've taken multiple yoga classes here and they are fantastic instructors. The partner yoga workshops they put on are so unlike any classes I've ever taken. You should try it out, with friends or your significant other. Also their meal prep service saves me a ton of time and the food is delicious!
I have taken private Yoga lessons with Jessa and she has been a superb instructor! Her extensive background in yoga training has helped me expand and strengthen my yoga practice and I always learn something new when working with her. I look forward to her classes every time!
I have been one of Sarah's students for three years. Among several Pilates instructors whom I have observed, she stands out as truly exceptional. She is a keen observer of the exercises that her students perform, correcting errors gently in a respectful manner. Sarah has spotted weaknesses in my body and proceeded to introduce special exercises to strengthen those weaknesses. Both my wife and daughter have counted on improvements in my posture and body tone during the time that she has worked with me. She has a huge repertoire of Pilates exercises. Even after three years, she continues to introduce new exercises! I wish that I might have encountered her many years earlier. Sarah is a gifted teacher.
Taking private yoga classes with Sonya has been a truly wonderful experience. Sonya is an excellent teacher, very intuitive, knowledgeable, caring and even after a only few sessions with her, I already can feel a positive change in my overall well being. She is always on time and brings the equipment I don't have. I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor.
Sierra is an excellent Yoga Instructor!! I have been with her for more than 3 years and she is a extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring Instructor. She ask questions about your health and include poses in the sessions to accommodate each persons particular needs. She also provides options during the class based on an individuals needs, i.e. using a chair for those who have difficulty getting to the floor. She is amazing in her craft!
I had a private yoga session with Claire and as someone new to yoga, I felt that Claire's instruction was clear and helpful. I've gone through a few yoga techniques on my own following the instruction of youtube videos, but I found Claire's session to help take me to the next level. She corrected my form and technique to help me get the most out of my yoga and I could really feel the difference in what I was doing before versus what I learned from the private session. Claire helped me loosen up my hips and introduced a few new poses that I've added to my routine and helped fine tune the ones I was already familiar with. Overall, I enjoyed my session with Ferox Yoga and would definitely try more classes in the future.
Blair is a great pilates instructor. She's super knowledgeable and fun to work with. She pays careful attention to her students and is acutely aware of subtle details that make a real difference. Personally, she's helped me recover from a knee injury, and I really appreciated how she tailored workouts for to make them challenging and safe.
My partner and I hired Natalia for private yoga classes and would definitely recommend her. We hired her initially for a trial of two weeks but have since booked weekly classes for the last six months. Her attention to detail when explaining a pose along with her patience and kind way make for an excellent experience. Natalia has proved to be a very devoted professional. Our practice and understanding of yoga has increased immensely under her tutelage. Her sweet demeanor makes even the hardest poses more easy to achieve and tolerable. We feel lucky we found her!
I am an avid workout guy. Been in the gym regularly since highschool. In the past I have gone to a handful of yoga classes and felt a bit better and stretched out. Then a friend recommended me trying a one on one session with Jaime. Wow!! I must have said it a dozen times that hour. Wow, I can move better, control my body better, and feel amazing after! Jaime made the whole hour around me making every movement count. It worked me, stretched me, made me shake at times, and I felt taller walking away. I am now seeing Jaime a few times a month, as I can definitely see massive benefits. I plan on upping my sessions to twice a week when my schedule opens up a bit. Having regular guided yoga has helped my muscular range of motion, joint stability, allowing my strength to increase while lifting in the gym. I also find my posture tremendously improved while sitting, standing, and walking. It would be a mistake to not try a session with Jaime. It has been a true godsend. John
I recommend Heather/Sevika for yoga practice instructor. She is very observant and knowledgable. I have taken yoga with her and co-taught many classes with her. She is very easy to work, companionate and a great communicator.
I had a private Therapeutic Yoga session with Nichol. She has a kind and calming presence and has a strong knowledge of yoga. I felt safe and at ease through the whole session. I am also a yoga teacher and can be critical of the yoga experience. I left my session with Nichol feeling like relaxed and revitalized. I slept better that evening than I had in months. I would recommend Nichol to anyone looking for a truly wonderful yoga experience.
Regina adapts the practice to your level, skill and energy. She pushes each person to their max when they want it or not when they don't. She actively corrects form which helps me learn and helps prevent injuries. Her skill as a yogi and as an instructor are fantastic.
Rebecca is an excellent yoga instructor! When she arrives, she does not bring with her any preconceptions. She listens to me, and delivers a high quality yoga class customized for my strengths as well as for the ways in which I'd like to improve.
Stephanie is an excellent yoga teacher. She works well with beginners, as well as more advanced students. She is wonderful at sequencing her classes, moving you from one pose to another. Her feedback is invaluable. Sometimes, just a slight adjustment, can make all the difference. I highly recommend Stephanie!
For me, Ericka is one of those people that you feel fortunate when you cross paths with them in life. I met Ericka when she started teaching yoga at my company twice a week more than two years ago. She is easily relatable, down to earth and doesn't take her self too seriously - but she definitely knows her yoga. Our class is a great combo of folks who take yoga seriously and folks who are there for work yoga. I appreciate how she tries to tailor each class based on what types of ailments each of us have that day. But more than that, Ericka has been a friend and an awesome teacher for me personally, so if you have the chance to meet her and work with her - I would highly recommend it. Gabe
