I've been working out with Megan at Every Body’s Fit twice a week since November 2012 and highly recommend her. The workouts are fantastic and Megan really challenges you by making them progressively more difficult each session. Since starting with her, I am seeing significantly more definition in my legs, arms, chest, back, and torso, basically everywhere. Her rates are reasonable, about the same you'd pay somewhere like 24 hour fitness, and you get to work out in a nicer gym. Most importantly Megan is a great personal trainer and she gets RESULTS!!!!

Rich is the first personal trainer I've had and it's been an awesome experience. He's made me more knowledgeable in how my own muscles work and how to properly maintain the muscle I've gained. He's slowly ramped up the workouts so the difficulty is maintained and I've been able to notice myself getting stronger and having a higher output during exercises. I would highly recommend him! He's extremely supportive and helps you to feel confident in your abilities.

Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. I usually shy away from recommending people or businesses, but with Jobi and Fitness Comes First I say Go Now! You will NOT be disappointed!

Eric Cruz has been my personal trainer for over two years at Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology (DF-HPK). Eric listened to my goals and we set about meeting and exceeding them. Besides being overweight and having poor eating habits, I had ongoing low energy and back pain. My exercise routine at home was not getting the results I desired anymore. Eric was able to assist me in motivating myself to be a better person. I have lost over 40 pounds and now eat healthy foods that keep me full. Eric helped me in strength, balance, posture, and in achieving a lower BMI. What is impressive is that Eric is always on time and keeps the training interesting yet challenging. Eric works around my commuting schedule. I get a lot of complements at work now and fit better in my clothes. DK is located on Jefferson Avenue a few blocks north of Winchester Rd.

Mark is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer. He customized his approach depending on the goals that I wanted to achieve, and he always introduced new types of training so that I kept improving. To be honest I don't quite know where to begin. There are not enough adjectives to describe how amazing Lauren Allen is. I was first introduced to Lauren through a coworker who was sharing her experience and I just had to find out for myself. I have had personal trainers in the past however I never felt comfortable enough in my journey or happy enough with my progress to continue. When I first met with Lauren I let her know this and she assured me that she would do everything she could to make me feel comfortable and to this day she has only exceeded my expectations. My initial goal when meeting with Lauren was to get in shape for my wedding by working out and eating clean. Little did I know in a matter of 4 short weeks Lauren would make me fall in love with working out and find a new appreciation for my body through the changes I have already seen. She's also taught me how to eat in a way that is real, it does not feel like I am restricted like all other diets, I am eating real food and remaining cautious of portions and moderation. Lauren has made my journey one that I will never forget and I know I will continue far past just getting fit for my wedding. Thank you Lauren for giving me my life back. I have always struggled with accepting myself and the way I look but when we work together and train you make me feel as though I am capable of anything and that all my goals are within my reach. I've been doing personal training since 2010 through many different trainers, my all time favorite was with Brittany. I went through a phase where I wasn't conditioned to training, had gained weight and wasn't use to lifting weights. The first time we trained together, I thought it was really weird but she made it of importance about my breathing and posture and didn't just get right back into lifting like I use to. A couple sessions later, I really actually felt a difference because she made it important to recondition myself and make sure that I breathe properly while I train! She not only made me feel physically fit, she was a great person to talk to, and made me feel great while I worked out and constantly pushed me to be a better person. I wouldn't ever want another trainer, and when I'm done with my break from training, Brittany and I are going to be back out there hitting those new PR's!

I really appreciated your time and patience with me in every session. It takes time for me to write this review since English is not my first language, and it's difficult for me to describe my wonderful experience with Tom thru this messages. However, I will try my best. If you are looking for an expert, punctual, spectacular and fantastic personal trainer, don't hesitate to contact Tom. It might sounds exaggerate when you are keep reading this review, however; please allow me explain this clearly. I though I might have same experience with you guys, otherwise; you would not found this review. I never ever feel like I want to go workout...why? 1. I don't know how to start 2. I feel unconfident 3. I don't know how to use the machine 4. I don't want other people look at me 5. I don't have motivation....million reasons I could write down. I believe you might feel the same way as I did. I was a member of a huge fitness center and paid silly money for 20x private training session. I barely see how different when I first started and last session. First time, I met Tom, he absolutely changed the game. He listened to me, explained how I could achieve my goal and boost my confident. My sessions are never predictable. Tom always give me a challenge, fresh and fun workout. You will never get bored when you see him. He changed, adapted and tried new exercise positions to help me go through a tough session. He encourage and gave a technique which is very helpful. I always feel time flies fast when I workout with Tom. Soreness is a gift, but you will see a wonderful result. Unfortunately, I have to relocated, I don't know how could I find another him again. Finding a personal trainer is not difficult, but finding a personal trainer that be honest and give you a "friendship" might take a lifetime period. I'm lucky enough to found one. Sarah

I've worked with Johanna her as a trainer for over 6 mos. As a personal trainer Johanna is Very diverse and able to adapt to all your needs (nutrition, motivation, excercise regimen). Her classes are energetic and pumped up. She goes out of her way to accommodate you with scheduling. I've taken her classes for almost a year. I would always recommend her.

Diane and I worked for a couple of weeks and she had showed me how professional she can be. She absolutely helped me a lot in teaching me new exercises. In the beginning of our course she asked where I wanted to be when it came to how I wanted my body to be and she made my own personal fitness plan according to what I told her. The fitness plan was great! Although we had only worked for a couple of weeks, I did see some changes especially in the way I eat. To top all of that she was very sociable and understanding. She actually tries to get to know you which is great. I felt comfortable opening about myself with her. My few weeks with her were great! I totally recommend working with her!

I was a scared girl who wanted change but I didn't know where to start. I walked past the gym for 2 months until I finally found the bravery to walk in. I was matched up with Candon as my trainer & started going once a week. I have been working with Candon for 6 months straight & he has helped build confidence in me to workout & challenge myself, even on my non training days. It's about always improving myself for a happier & healthier life, starting from the inside out. Candon now works with me twice-three times a week to achieve my goals. It took a long time for me to realize that personal trainers honestly and genuinely want what you want. He will be your biggest fan. I have a spinal injury which creates a struggle when doing certain moves, but I ask Candon to push me harder and he does. If I need an easier day, he doesn't hold it against me or make me feel bad about it. He just asks for communication and honesty regarding what I'm struggling with so he knows how to help me. He praises that I've taken effort to still show up even on my low/hard days because he knows that with each day I show up...is another day closer to me reaching my goal. He is one of my #1 supporters on my overall health and fitness journey and I genuinely know that he wants to see me happy. To date I have dropped over 70 pounds with about 40 more to go. I am now transitioning away from weight loss & into muscle building/toning and I've never been more eager! I recommend Candon for ALL levels of fitness from the beginner/novice to the extreme/advanced weight lifter. He is well rounded with his education and understanding of the body & different muscle groups & has an amazing character. I've used personal trainer's off & on for over 30 years , and by far Lynda has made the biggest impact ! My goal was to increase my cardio stamina & tone my body overall . We've been training outdoors ( under cover when it rains ) which I really wanted , along with another girlfriend for approximately 3 month's . Reign Athletics & Self Made Training Facility have completely changed my expectations having a personal trainer. I have had trainers at Eos fitness & L.A. fitness and I will never go back to either places or any local gyms for that matter. As a MMA fighter I need to keep my body fat percentage down while keeping my muscle but most importantly staying around 185lbs so I don't die during weight cutts. Brittany has improved every aspect I need as a fighter inside and outside the gym. I never realized how much a science there is in fitness until I started training with her at Self Made. Self Made has top of the line equipment an amazing atmosphere of great people! It's is a Family I'm blessed to have the opportunity to train at and be apart of! When I first started with Brittany I was around 22-24% body fat and in so much need for conditioning and Muscle endurance! My first fight I was completely gased out by the first round that was before starting with Reign Athletics @SelfMadetrainingfacility within a month I had my second fight and I was day and night better!! It was crazy. I can't wait to get back in the ring with the confidence these great people have instilled in me! Thank you Brittany & Self Made!!

I am so happy to have found a personal trainer who is extremely knowledgeable about the field and very patient with someone who is just getting into fitness. I have been training with Stacey for almost 2 months now and love that our workouts are challenging yet fun. Aside from the workouts, she has created a diet plan specific to me and my needs.
