I had never been to a gym before. I found my best Fitness Instructor - George , thanks to Thumbtack. He helped me envision and attain my short term goals over a significantly short period of time. I had my wedding 60 days ahead from the day i started.I started my training the beginning of October and my the time I had finished i felt i had attained muscle and shape. George has innovative progressive build methods encouraging good habits and techniques. I will continue to work with George upon my return.

I've worked out with trainers before, even one that I loved, and the experience with Anthony has still been on a different level entirely. For the last 5 weeks, I have had the pleasure of having Anthony as my trainer. I have found capacities in my body that I didn't know existed. Anthony is hardly summed up by a five star review. Anthony has one of the sunniest and positive personalities you'll never meet. The workouts are different every day and are fun and enjoyable and never boring. The gym environment is also great. From other trainers and other gym goers, everyone is kind, supportive, and encouraging. Expect to be greeted by everyone when you arrive. Since my first day, the atmosphere has been nothing but positive. I feel very welcomed and extremely comfortable. I've been very impressed with my experience thus far. I love the that God's cultivates a great mix of clientele. I see both men and women (regardless of age, level of fitness, or experience) working on their goals.

I was looking for a trainer to work with me occasionally to create workouts I could do on my own at my gym. My goal was to do those workouts for 3-4 weeks and then circle back with the trainer to learn more exercises. And Aaron delivered! He listened to what I wanted, and during our first session, he took time to learn my workout habits and assess my fitness level. The workout he created was perfect for me. I'm so excited to continue working with him! (And his gym space is great!)
This is the perfect place to come to get fit. My usual MO is sign up for fitness classes or trainers, get pushed really hard and give up in a week or two. Youniquely has a different style from other trainers, bootcamps and fitness classes I have taken. The training is truly uniquely fitted to your needs and accelerated or decelerated based on how you are doing and whether you want to or not. This is the difference between buying a dress that is mass-produced vs getting a custom fitted gown!!
John is doing a great job training my 12 year old son who competes in travel baseball. My son really enjoys his sessions and his fitness is improving everyday.

First let me say that body of work total fitness is appropriately named as all aspects of fitness are covered. As a fourth year member I must my association with this organization has phenomenal, made tremendous growth during this period from stamina to overall strength. Kenny is someone who is dedicated to his clients and develops them based on their individual needs. I am 60 plus and he has me feeling forty. If you're looking for a great workout with and easy access location please give body of work total fitness a try you won't be disappointed.

I had been looking for a personal trainer for months, and I'm very glad that I had the chance of working with David! He is so passionate, so professional and the most importantly very well-informed. I was really enjoying his training sessions, because they were so focused and very motivating to develop more and to make progress. The training's pressure was just enough and I could easily see the difference after each session! I learned a lot from him! Highly recommended!
This man is really amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and really challenges you. He definitely knows his stuff. And on top of that, he's hilarious! Neal is a great resource for personal training. He customizes a workout based on individual needs, or group needs. The exercises can be easily modified based on your abilities. The workout regimen evolves over time so that you are continuously building strength and progressing toward your goals. Neal has a very logical approach to working out and has a wealth of knowledge around fitness. You work hard, but you have a lot of fun with it!
Before I began attending Vince's martial arts classes I was extremely shy and ashamed to go in because I was so over-weight. I would walk by his class and watch him and his experienced students and I so badly wanted to be there too. I finally decided to go in one day, despite of my hesitation, and that was the best decision I ever made. Since day one Vince has been extremely welcoming and tremendously patient and helpful. This last year I finally decided to take private training sessions with Vince and they are worth every penny. He's helped increased my cardiovascular and muscle fitness. The side effect of which has been weight loss. When I first started training in martial arts with Vince I was a complete newbie. I had no prior experience. After 2.5 years of training and an increase in private sessions I finally competed in my first fight. He has helped me every step of they way and has supported my growth as a fighter. Today we continue to train and are looking forward to new opportunities to compete. It takes a certain caliber of trainer to be able to deal with my resistance. Jason is one of those few individuals that has been able to get me to preform even admits An exorbitant amount of bitching. He has and amazing personality and his sessions Will save you a tone of money on therapy. Not only am I more physically fit my mental well-being has vastly improved as well. Offers a ton of fitness knowledge and makes totally Achievable accommodations for more difficult exercises in the beginning. For instance my wrist gives me some pain and he works out a routine that very minimally affects it. I originally signed up for 24 session and have since continued to his group sessions because I recognize the value in his service. Each session brings me closer to where I’ve set my goals. If your looking for someone to help you reach your goals I highly recommend Jason. Amazing gym it is kept very clean which is key to keep me coming. I watch trainer wipe down every machine at the end of our sessions. Top of the line equipment and very functionally placed. They have towels and complementary water which is also a plus because I always forget mine. I totally recommend training There!
Man, where do I begin. Since day one Dante has always followed through on his promises. His words were, "in two weeks you will feel it, it four weeks you will see it, and in six weeks you will hear it!" When I heard someone tell me that I'd lost weight, that's when u knew I had invested in myself! I've been working out for years on my own, since I played football in high school actually. I know a lot, but Dante showed me a new world of fitness, and a whole new way of life in the gym. His workouts never repeat, and his exercises are his own. He's definitely a coach and a motivator. He pushes you! That's exactly what I needed. A push! I would never push myself the way he pushes me. I highly recommend him as you're coach.
