Jessica was my day of coordinator and our wedding day was perfect!!! There wasn't any hiccups at all that day, well at least none that I knew about. Her and Dustin were fabulous and on top of it. I was a pretty organized bride and I didn't mind doing a lot of the planning so I didn't feel like I needed the partial planning services, but it was helpful knowing someone was double and triple checking all my contracts. She reminded me of the small important details. We met a week prior to the rehearsal and she made a precise timeline, she was able to put me at ease and I was able to trust her with everything. Jessica also handled our rehearsal, great. My bridal party loved her, and listened to anything she told them to do. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. Our memorable highlights include The Jewel's of France in Beverly Hills for Juvenile Arthritis hosted by Teri Hatcher , MKG Emmy suite for breast cancer hosted by Adrienne Malouff, Project Angel Food hosted by Lisa Vanderpump. I hired Chef Mark and his fabulous catering company for our wedding this April in Newport Coast California. We absolutely adore his five star Pacific Rim cuisine. The catering crew was professional, kind and captivating. It truly made our Wedding Day special.
I hired Chef Travis to help make my 39th wedding anniversary special. The food was expertly and creatively prepared. His personable demeanor made everything even more enjoyable. His ability to layer flavors was totally on the mark. My wife and I eat out often and I would be pressed to find another restaurant that could put together a meal like this. Highly recommend and will use him again.
There are not enough words to describe how helpful Ricki was as my wedding coordinator. Her experience is so valuable, and her passion unmatched. What I think was most helpful, was Ricki's willingness to be there with you physically, no matter how stressed/anxious/confused you are to make sure you know that everything is going to be okay. I also can't stress enough how helpful it is to have Ricki to connect you to the BEST vendors EVER. I would recommend hiring Ricki as both a planner and day of coordinator, and realize now (and recommend) the value is hiring her along with her assistant, because the reality is, a wedding is a performance that needs to be orchestrated, and you want a team in charge of this. Ricki is tough, but realistic. She is who you need to battle the Wedding Industrial Complex, where you will get taken advantage of left and right. Thanks Ricki!

I had the best experience with the girls of One Last Frog! I had a wedding, they coordinated and it was phenomenal! We were able to sit down and I gave a clear and concise idea of how I NEEDED my wedding day to go and they were on top of it the whole day and it took so much stress off my back which allowed me to enjoy my day. Not to mention the complementary mimosa bar that was set up in the bridal room, such a thoughtful and appreciate touch! If I could do it over again I would for sure choose these ladies of One Last Frog!
I was looking for a "day of wedding coordinator" but not your typical one. Since the wedding was going to be small (22 guests) and in a public place followed by a celebratory wedding dinner in a restaurant, I did not need a full-service coordinator. All I needed was someone who could save the spot we wanted in Palisades Park, set up a champagne table and be there to accept the flower delivery. From the moment I spoke with Michelle of Flyte 44 I knew she was the person with whom we wanted to work! Very responsive and flexible, she agreed to our plan. While we did not need full-service, that's what Michelle gave us in every way. Knowing that we were working within a budget, she gave us helpful tips, advice and resources. As my daughter said, she kept things real. On the day of the wedding she arrived at our spot early and handled everything beautifully - organizing the champagne table and providing an arrangement, decorating the spot with petals, helping wrangle the ring bearer dog and people as well. She filled our champagne glasses after the ceremony and looked after everyone. Michelle is a professional and I'm sure handles the big gigs well. I'm just glad that she agreed to help us with ours as her genuine manner and her warm and caring personality helped make my daughter's wedding magical. And at the end, she sent us pictures she took of the celebration too. I would definitely call on Michelle again!!
Ingrid was able to put together a candy table in two days for my wedding! She was very attentive, asked a lot of questions to ensure she was able to meet expectation and overall made me feel like she genuinely cared. The candy table matched the colors of my wedding perfectly and my guest enjoyed the candy and Rice Krispie treats.
My husband (fiance at the time), and I hired Dyana originally only as our officiant. She was very flexible towards what we wanted our ceremony to be. She is very willing to work with you on incorporating your ideas into the ceremony. She has a beautifully written prayer and the sweetest vows pre-written for you to choose. My husband and I considered writing our own vows, but after reading hers, we decided that was a perfect fit for us. After several more months of planning, my husband and I decided we would need somebody there at the wedding venue to help set things up and tear down. Dyana had mentioned to us at our first meeting that she was also a wedding coordinator. We already really liked working with her, so we hired her for day-of coordination. Now, having Dyana as our officiant was great, but having her as our coordinator made everything FANTASTIC! She knows so much about the in's and out's of weddings, and especially how it works in Orange County. She is extremely pro, and helped us out with so much. We had one final meeting before the wedding/rehearsal. She brought a very detailed questionnaire for us to answer and we came up with some great plans at that meeting. Honestly, if she had not asked us some of those questions, we probably would have never have considered certain scenarios happening or not happening. It felt great to get things ironed out beforehand, and made me feel way more at ease. Additionally, she made sure to contact all of our vendors, and make sure everyone knew the plan and were on the same page. On the actual day of the wedding, Dyana was at the venue bright and early to direct our vendors and distribute remaining checks. We had also given her drawings of how we wanted things decorated and where certain things were supposed to go. I was getting ready elsewhere, but when I finally saw everything set up, it was exactly how I imagined. Additionally, she also did a fantastic job of controlling the flow of the event. We had created a timeline/schedule of how we wanted to move the reception along, and she did it perfectly, hitting every beat on time. Overall, hiring Dyana was a huge lifesaver. I couldn't recommend her enough to newly engaged couples! Awesome, awesome job!
I hired Michelle an Eimee from Elegant and Modern Events for my small wedding. I was on a tight budget and they gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. During the wedding planning Michelle and Eimee were very professional, answering tons of my emails and questions. They were always fast to answer and very polite and understanding. We met at the reception venue to go through the details and I couldn't help, but notice how nice, friendly and easy to talk they are! During the meeting Michelle and Eimee gave me some valid suggestions and also offered to help with rentals, which saved me a lot of headache. They sent me the options of possible flowers and allowed me to pick what designs I like the most. I wanted something simple, but cute, and their design matched my expectations very well! We met one more time to go over the details and they brought me some samples that I absolutely loved! While being busy at work and being unable to do as many DIY projects as I originally intended, I kept adjusting the order and add more and more stuff, but Michelle and Eimee were very understanding and had everything ready by the day of the wedding. What I loved the most about working with them is that they were able to set up 2 different wedding sites at the same time, since they were 2 of them! They also promptly transferred some of the decoration from the ceremony to the reception site and quickly set it up before the guests showed up! Honestly, when I saw all the decorations and flowers set up, I was shocked how nice it looked. I also got a lot of compliments on the bouquets and centerpieces. By the end of the wedding they were all taken by the guests! I can't thank them enough for making my wedding so relaxing and feel very well taken care of! I would highly recommend Michelle and Eimee to anyone who needs any flower arrangements or rental services!

I am an la based chef who was recently hired by Joelle. She is the first event coordinator who I worked with since launching the la branch of my business. I had the best experience with Victoria. She had amazing ideas for my wedding day. The touch of blues in a silver and white tone theme added elegance and grace, just as I was imagining it. All flowers were really fresh and guests were all eager to take it home after. Despite the great work, I had no issues communicating and from the start of our consultation, I noticed how quickly I was understood with my requests. My bouquet was so full and heavy, so I know I got my money’s worth. Definitely a to-go-to florist with any wants and needs that will be fulfilled beyond expected.
The Perfectly Event Planning Team was wonderful - I'm a highly organized woman, and didn't think I would need any help for the day of my wedding. However, Jessell offered her services and I'm so happy we hired her. I was able to enjoy our wedding and the entire day and just let Jessell worry about the nitty gritty and the payments and the time-line and getting my husband to where he needed to be! We couldn't have done it without her and don't know that we would have wanted to! I highly recommend Perfectly Event Planning to anyone who needs a little order to their event.

I hired Golden State Events for my wedding, they had a million things thrown at them. There were issues with the band, power for the microphone at the ceremony, hotel dropping the ball on meals for my guests, and I never heard a peep. Everything was taken care of and everyone had such an amazing time. Every detail was thoughtful and beautiful. Really grateful we were able to work with Golden State Events.
