The stress I was feeling about moving out of my Hollywood home was overwhelming. I needed someone that was going to hold my hand through the process. After shopping around for the best deal, this was it for me. Having people come into my home is very personal and I also needed confidentiality. Kay and her team were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Everything ran smoothly and they earned my trust. All my personal belongings were in good hands and it was not stressful at all. The job was to paint the interior-color selection, adding furniture pieces, decorating, and replacing kitchen counters including a new sink and back splash. Toni was always on time, pleasant to work with, and she went above and beyond. The quality of the work, the products selected and the vendors she recommended were all excellent. Although she didn't know my budget, the whole project was done within my budget. Toni listened well to what we wanted to accomplish. I learned a lot from her. She used our existing items and made them look better. When the job was done the whole house still reflected "us". We still love it and get lots of compliments on it.

I highly recommend Fredy for any of your handyman needs. I hired him for a small drywall project but i could see he had many skills so I had him to numerous projects: wood floor sanding and staining, crown moulding and baseboard install, framing, wallpaper, plumbing, welding, tile repair, painting, furniture building, building a fence, and finish carpentry. I am probably missing some things! I worked with numerous other tradesman before I found Fredy on Thumbtack, and I found the quality and reliability of others slipped over time, but not Fredy! He continued to maintain a high level of customer service throughout the numerous projects. He always asks if I'm happy, and replies by saying "I'm not happy if you're not happy!" And I could tell he meant it. I also found his level of ethics to be very high and his pricing very fair. He is an upbeat personality which is also a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use Fredy for all my handyman needs in my home and business.

Paul was great! He came by for an estimate on adding a door to our pool house (original plan) and he ended up giving us an estimate, not only for the door addition, to get rid of the bad insulation and sheet rock, put new insulation and sheet rock in it's place, replacing the old door with a new one and texture the whole inside. We're very pleased with the outcome and so happy that we changed our minds on more work that definitely needed to be done. Thank you Paul!

Although the first staging looked beautiful, and I received lots of great comments from people coming through on an open house, our first sale fell through and we had to put house back on the market. Marina was able to get home restaged the next day! Both times we received multiple offers above asking price and house was pending within a couple of days! Highly recommend!!

My experience with Decorating Den Interiors By Roynita was transforming. My home furnishings went from two items of the same kind packed into a very small condo example; two chaise lounges, two coffee tables, and just too clustered for comfort. Roynita help me by designing the areas where I spent the majority of my time, the living room and my bedroom. For eight days Roynita labor until the job was done.I was most impressed with Roynita's steady persistence that kept me cluster-free.During those eight days. Roynita's work performance at my home was outstanding. When I moved to the SF Bay for a tech job out of college, I was tempted to go the route of IKEA and fill my house with flimsy, boxy, and sterile furnishings in the interest of just having a space to live. James taught me how to parse out my own personal taste (I prioritize functionality, but I also want pieces that will age well, and convey a history and emotion) and guided me toward new and old pieces that made my apartment a reflection of myself, all within my budget. Most importantly, he left me with the tools to make my own judgments on how to outfit my living space going forward. The owner Nick have me a great price on cleaning my home and getting it ready to put on the market for sale. He cleaned my gutters, all windows inside and out, shampoo the carpets, pressure washed the outside of my house and got all the stains off. He had me check his work and made sure I was happy before he left. I will use him to move my things to my new place and any repairs I have, I will be calling him. He can clean and do almost any project I can think of, he is clean and very nice. I tried to tip him and he wouldn't take it. He wouldn't sell me anything or service we didn't need. He's a honest, hardworking person which is hard to find but I'm glad I did. They travel within a two hour radius of Modesto,CA which was great for our move. You won't be disappointed in going with Keeping It Clean.
