Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.

Katie has been my Personal Trainer for about six months. Katie is very thoughtful in her approach to helping me strengthen my body - especially to help fight Osteopenia. I appreciate her asking at each session how my body is feeling and if I'm having pain any place. I feel Katie has good knowledge of physiology and muscle structure in the body - I can count on her to advise me of stretches and exercises which will benefit my individual needs. My classes are always geared to all levels that nurture beginners and teach the fundamentals of yoga while at the same time still challenge a more advanced student. My flow class is a meditation in movement that focuses on breath awareness and physical alignment. This practice will help you build strength and agility (both mental and physical), increase stamina, focus, endurance and balance. My philosophy is that yoga is not about how it looks, but rather about taking what you learn on your mat into your world, including work, relationships, etc. You will learn coping skills like never before. You'll build a reservoir of patience and compassion and reignite a sense of self-worth and appreciation. I taught in Los Angeles before moving to Denver, and I have 12 years of teaching and more than 20 years of yoga practice under my belt. Both men and women find comfort and safety in my classes. I passed the point of tearing myself apart to look good. Instead, I want my life to feel good, which is what my yoga practice has provided, a sense of confidence and courage that I look forward to passing on to you!
