"Working with For them Gainz Fitness has been an amazing experience. Since starting with Berto my fitness, nutrition and physical abilities have dramatically improved. I started personal training to try an improve my explosive abilities and train for basketball and tennis and in less than 2 months I already notice visible improvements. Berto’s unique and challenging training routines push me in a way that has really started to transform my body. I highly recommend training with For Them Gainz Fitness to anybody who is tired of the same old gym routine and is ready to be pushed and improve their athletic lifestyle!"

"Joe is very knowledgeable about a uniquely effective strength and fitness training concept. Simply having a personal trainer must count for something but the improvement I've enjoyed has far exceeded my expectations. The specific exercises and techniques employed on his specialized equipment, coupled with Joe's expertise in diet and health counseling is without question the reason I'm in the best shape of my life, surpassing even my peak condition when I was in the army in my early twenties. Highly recommended! "

"Willpower Fitness is my favorite workout studio in Denver featuring the latest strength and cardio equipment including TRX bands, bosu balls, kettlebells, machines, stairmasters, and my favorite, the sled. They incorporate everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises. One on one or group training, the workouts vary every day and you definitely feel a burn. Diet and nutrition planning is also available. The staff takes pride in what they do and make it a supportive environment. Will and Don have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years and are extremely experienced in their field. Also have a great vibe working together, are joksters, and make everyone laugh. They focus on each individual person and are in tune with their body. Stretching and proper form play a key role in everyone's program. Willpower Fitness is a brand new studio, clean, with plenty of showers, hot water, hairdryers, curling irons, hairspray, lotion, etc. The locker room is a relaxing environment to say the least. They also offer childcare with lots of toys! I highly suggest Willpower Fitness. I don't doubt it will become your gym and sanctuary as well."

"Alec is a personal trainer out of respect I call him coach. At 69 as retired military officer of 40 years over a nine year period I have blimped out over 120 pounds with an attitude of being comfortable with blimping and not exercising. My adult daughter out of concern for my disregard for my health birthday present of purchasing two months of 16 sessions.. After a month of sessions I have changed my eating patters, the food I eat and activity level. As a result I have lost 20 good pounds and back on the path toward better self care. My plan after this month is to have a monthly tune up session. Alec works well with the elders of our community such as myself . He is young but wise beyond his years. He is patient with decernment pushing to achieve but not to hurt or humiliate. His physical training program is unique that is a combination of yoga and building muscular agility with counter body stress points without the need for weight programs or visits to the gym. While I am sure he would be an effective training coach for those under 40 I highly recommend him for the geriatric grump such as myself who is wanting to live better...beba "

"Versell is a highly experienced and devoted trainer. He adapts his style to the goals of his clients but with an emphasis on strength training and athletic conditioning. I was personally surprised at how much I was able to do beyond my comfort zone- and all because Versell is able to successfully motivate me to push beyond my fears and reservations. He focuses on form, incremental improvement, and supporting his clients in all aspects of their health goals (including nutrition advice outside of our sessions). Not to mention his sense of humor and positive outlook on life makes you WANT to come back and work out with him day in and day out. HIGHLY recommend!"

"I've been learning Pilates from Tara for a year now, and without compare she is the best wellness coach I've ever had. As a 55 year-old woman working hard to increase, improve and maintain my health Tara has been a partner who is endlessly competent at employing her experience and intuition with skill and ability to identify and address gaps like muscle weakness with massage and training to immediately relieve pain and suffering while building capability. It's not a miracle, but rather the steady commitment to showing up and seeing the improvement. Pilates is a tool, Tara is the conductor."

"I’ve been training with Victoria for a couple years now. For some background I’m almost 50, been athletic my whole life and was in CrossFit for a few years and consider myself a strong mountain biker. But at some point I realized that old injuries were catching up with me and CrossFit was not a sustainable place to be. Victoria has provided the best work outs with the most important element for me being the attention to form to keep me injury free for the last 2 years. Even after 2 years she has new workouts planned and I’m never bored. I know a lot of guys that “know how to work out” I was one of them and incorrect form only lasts so long before an injury happens and at this age it sucks to be injured. I would highly recommend her for any age and any workout stage from beginner to advanced. Dan R"
