Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.
I highly recommend Adriana, you will not find a yoga and reddinkin instructor who cares more about you. The meditation and yoga following the group section were wonderful and really rounded off the whole experience. We can not wait to schedule another team building day with Adriana.
Makaan helped me immensely for my upper cervical issues as he brought to light my poor posture being the major culprit. The Pranayama yoga plus the Gokehale posture method was a huge help in reducing my discomfort. I continue to do my posture exercised daily. I would strongly recommend Makaan.
I took a yoga class for age 50 and older with Nava. Mostly beginners. She did a fantastic job of introducing us to yoga at a gradual comfortable pace. I loved this class because she was attentive to our needs. Another positive for me was the variety of techniques Nava is familiar with which made the classes interesting. For example, she might throw in an acroyoga session or Feldenkrais. She can tweak a class as needed for your interests! Plus, she helped fix a back ache I had which, both the physical therapist and the chiropractor had not successfully done. Thank you so much Nava!
I absolutely love all the yoga classes I've taken with Maggie so far. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but warm, friendly and professional as well. The classes are always challenging/different, and at the end I feel completely rejuvenated. Whether you are a beginner or veteran, she can push you to the next level - such a great experience!
