I took an outdoor yoga class led by Shree and it was a refreshing, necessary experience that I will gladly have again. Shree is energetic and enthusiastic, with an innate ability to motivate, inspire, and teach.
Kristen is an excellent yoga instructor she's a tune to all body styles and conditions. She is very attentive and helpful making every class a wonderful experience.
Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.
Steph had such a natural and easy connection with me as instructor and friend, and very impressively is able to correct or supplement my positions and understanding of the yoga session. The language they use to guide the poses and direct my movement is easy to understand and incredibly helpful, as it's direct in what I am struggling with, and instructional in the best way. The sessions are so comfortable with Steph, always very aware of respect and consent, so it's always a safe space and interaction!
Chellee is an amazing masseuse. I have literally cried tears of joy with the release of pain in my mid back from her work. She has a great deep massage and I have even tried to foot massage on my back. Not sure what that is called, but that is amazing. I will definitely be back!
It was a pleasure receiving a session from Beth at Liquid Mind💜 During our Reiki session I could feel the energy moving throughout my entire body. I felt a sense of relaxation and balance. It was amazing! I felt safe and comforted. I also experienced her Yoga & meditation. It was a great class. I slept so well after and had much less anxiety! She is a natural healer and a wonderful to be around. I will definitely be back!
One on one yoga with Jean is such a relaxing, gentle, and calm way to take care of yourself! She is very knowledgable and adjusts the pace and structure of your practice to personally fit your style and needs. Jean is soothing, patient, flexible, and takes the time to build a practice that is just right for you. Sarah Meier
She’s a good and honest, loyal person
Samantha's yoga classes are thoughtful, appropriately challenging, and truly blissful. Whether you are looking to recover after an injury, rest and rejuvenate, or get your blood flowing, Samantha will put together creative and fun private or group classes. Her smile is contagious as is her laughter!
She's a very well educated yoga teacher. She'll guide you through a beautiful practice for whatever your goals are. The best yoga teacher in Colorado!
I adored taking Yoga with Eleanor, she was calm clear and visual. Her classes always suit her students, even if a mixed bunch of abilities! When she left the South Bay area to return home, I cancelled my membership at the club where she was teaching, as I didn't find the other teachers as good. If you're very lucky she might even play her flute at the end of class for the relaxation part :-)
Katrina Kopeck has an incredible ability of making people feel at ease. Her intelligent banter and sequencing always made for an enjoyable class- while her ability to connect with students and make the practice accessible for all is the reason I knew I had to have her teach in my studio, Amana Yoga.
I absolutely love all the yoga classes I've taken with Maggie so far. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but warm, friendly and professional as well. The classes are always challenging/different, and at the end I feel completely rejuvenated. Whether you are a beginner or veteran, she can push you to the next level - such a great experience!
A registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) dedicated to providing an experience of strength, healing, and empowerment that permeates into your daily life. My teaching styles include hatha, vinyasa flow (linking movement to breath), beginners, and restorative/gentle yoga with an emphasis on alignment, visualization, and mindfulness.
My name is Gabi G. I am a licensed, certified yoga instructor. I have my 200-Hour RYT certification through CorePower Yoga in Sherman Oaks, CA. I also carry CPR and first aid certification. I am a newer instructor who is looking to gain additional experience and hours. I am trained with prenatal, postnatal, kids, seniors, mommy and me, and heated yoga. I will work with groups, businesses, schools, parties and whatever you need. I will come to you, or I even have a space available, but additional fees may apply.
I am an RYT 200 certified instructor who specializes in creating yoga plans to help you get healthy and achieve your goals. You don't need to be flexible to start a new and healthy lifestyle.
I am a lifestyle coach. I offer several opportunities for my clients -- nutrition, yoga instruction, life coaching and energy healing.
Owners of yoga studios have hired me to run their teacher's training programs because I am a teacher who makes everyone feel safe, and at the same time, I encourage them to dig deep. My classes are always geared to all levels that nurture beginners and teach the fundamentals of yoga while at the same time still challenge a more advanced student. My flow class is a meditation in movement that focuses on breath awareness and physical alignment. This practice will help you build strength and agility (both mental and physical), increase stamina, focus, endurance and balance. My philosophy is that yoga is not about how it looks, but rather about taking what you learn on your mat into your world, including work, relationships, etc. You will learn coping skills like never before. You'll build a reservoir of patience and compassion and reignite a sense of self-worth and appreciation. I taught in Los Angeles before moving to Denver, and I have 12 years of teaching and more than 20 years of yoga practice under my belt. Both men and women find comfort and safety in my classes. I passed the point of tearing myself apart to look good. Instead, I want my life to feel good, which is what my yoga practice has provided, a sense of confidence and courage that I look forward to passing on to you!
I was trained through CorePower yoga. I offer a full vinyasa practice. My goal is to make yoga available to everyone and focus on certain areas of discomfort. Listen to your body and learn from the best. Everyone can practice yoga. Regardless of age, experience, or level of flexibility, all benefit from yoga. I look forward to guiding you along your path to your yoga practice.

People love my yoga privates. They say that my loving presence and yoga enthusiasm makes them feel at home and ignited.
