He has been supportive and encouraging, while pushing me to do the best I can in all my workouts. My nutrition needed a complete overhaul. Berto is very knowledgeable about nutrition and has given me a lot of direction and advice regarding my eating habits. I am know learning how to eat and live a more healthful lifestyle. I am beginning to see the results and I am encouraged to keep going. I would definitely recommend For Them Gainz Fitness. They offer the support and guidance you need for changing your life.

Latest Review: Completed numerous training sessions supervised by Karisa. She was very confident and knowledgeable and kept the training moving along for maximum effect. On my own I wouldn't have maintained the pace or the variety of specific workouts to meet my goals. It was money well spent.

Latest Review: 3D Fitcamp with Luan has changed my life. I started taking bootcamp classes with Luan in June 2016. This literally was my very first experience doing anything resembling training. Let me back the story up to September 2015. I was fat. Huge even. I weighed 298 and exercise was not a part of my life. I decided to dump that shitty existence and lost a hundred pounds on my own- walking and not eating any crap food. That was hard but really only the beginning. I knew that to fully realize the potential of not only my body but my health I needed a trainer who understood how the body works and how to manifest the transformation from never having been in any way athletic to at least mastering the basic mechanics of movement. I was all personality and next to zero in coordination. In the beginning I tripped jumping rope. Grunted doing a squat. Was appalled attempting a burpee. UNABLE to jump onto a box. I would stare at that boxstep. Pace towards and around it. Mumble oaths. Try not to weep. Luan believed in me. He encouraged me. He cajoled me to trust myself. I imagined broken teeth, humiliation, judgement, scorn, any number of ridiculous scenarios - but not Luan. He knew somewhere beyond my ingrained fat girl self-loathing was an athlete of sorts. I mean yeah not Olympian (yet!) but definitely Varsity! So six weeks into my boot camp sessions I nailed the leap from fear to belief from floor to box. Luan got me there- by not babying me, by not bullying me, by not yelling at me- but by coaching me and encouraging me and by expecting me to believe in myself enough to trust my body and forgive myself for those years I lived in a body that was a stranger to me. I really can't stress enough how transformative 3D Fitcamp and Luan have been for me personally as well as the others who train and sweat alongside of me. It's great fit for everyone- the class is a team really- every level- we encourage one another to go beyond what we thought we could do within the challenges Luan has for us each day. Every session is different from the day prior so we never get bored or exhausted from overstressed muscle groups. Luan works with us on our nutrition, has mini challenges and insists we be accountable to ourselves nutritionally and physically. He understands that he is not only a coach but an educator and a friend. I have never once doubted that meeting Luan and trusting this process was just as revolutionary for my health as losing a hundred pounds. This has saved my life- ask my Doctor and let me show you my biceps...

Latest Review: I have been working out with Michael at Peak Condition for six years. Initially my goal was to lose some unwanted weight. Longer term I wanted to achieve and maintain a higher level of fitness and conditioning. With Michael's guidance I have achieved both goals. I have been most impressed with Michael's approach to personal training. The workouts are never "one size fits all", rather they are geared for my individual needs and the results I am trying to achieve. He modifies workouts based on my abilities, pushing me to my limit yet backing off when appropriate. Workouts are constantly varied to keep them from becoming mundane. In addition to providing excellent training services, Michael has also helped me rehabilitate a back injury; altering workouts to both protect and strengthen my back. He has taught me to identify the root cause of the injury and ways to avoid its re-occurrence. I am pleased with the results I have achieved at Peak Condition and would recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for a positive experience with a personal trainer.

Latest Review: Joe is very knowledgeable about a uniquely effective strength and fitness training concept. Simply having a personal trainer must count for something but the improvement I've enjoyed has far exceeded my expectations. The specific exercises and techniques employed on his specialized equipment, coupled with Joe's expertise in diet and health counseling is without question the reason I'm in the best shape of my life, surpassing even my peak condition when I was in the army in my early twenties. Highly recommended!
