We chose the BBQ and the brisket was the absolute best I have ever had, chicken was yummy and so moist, ribs were soooo good! All the sides were delicious and everyone fought over the Mac n cheese! Well, we had that about Matthew and his wife, and that feeling was correct! The menu options were amazing, the ease of everything was surprising, and most of all the food was terrific!!! We had a German Smorgasbord as our theme, and the following responses were from my German Mother in law, "I've never had spetzle like that, oh my gosh, it's better than any I've ever cooked!" And, "The red cabbage?? It's almost as good as mine!!" (She's been perfecting it for 40 years.) Hire them!"See more
