I would highly recommend guitar lessons with Mike. I started lessons with no guitar experience, but a significant amount of piano experience. He is very patient, allowing me to set the pace and pick the music that is most appealing to me. He is also very encouraging, which makes me more comfortable with my progress.
Jeff is an excellent guitar teacher! My playing has improved greatly in the 2 months I have been taking lessons with him and have learned so much more about the guitar. He gives you actual songs you can practice the chords you learned with and it feels like you're playing along with the band. He always keeps the lessons interesting and I love going to my guitar lesson each week!
My daughter has been taking guitar lessons here for the past 2 years She switched here after her last teacher of 5 years moved. Jeff completed re energized her love for guitar and has pushed her to new heights. We also utilize this school for drums for another daughter with also great fun and results. No reservations about giving 5 stars
excellent teacher. after the first lesson I was already playing songs she has made learning guitar very fun and enjoyable
Jerimiah is a well prepared teacher that made my child feel very comfortable from day one and he is always very cheerful and my child is always looking forward to her next piano lesson.
Taking mandolin lessons..has lits if patience and excellent teaching methods..creative in his teaching and motivating..
My son was hesitant to start his guitar lessons, and if he didn’t like it, it would be a major ordeal to get him in the car to go. I work like everyone and have zero time left. The fact that Tess comes to the house to teach - while I prepare dinner - is freaking awesome. What a time saver. And shes made it a great experience by offering tons of encouragement and lots of laughter wrapped up in a neat 30 min session. Highly recommend.
I had been trying to teach myself guitar intermittently for the past few years through a variety of ways - instructional dvds, youtube videos, tablature sites, etc. While these resources are helpful, they haven’t taught me proper form or technique. I was really concerned that I’d be learning bad habits that would be hard to correct and slow my learning down. I’m fortunate to have a wonderful wife who, for my 45th birthday, bought me a month of free guitar lessons with Gene Crout. We started out with a few basic chords, a scale or two, and a few songs in the very first lesson. Taking lessons with Gene has been a really great experience. He’s friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgable about music. He’ll instruct me on whatever I’m interested in that week - it could be specific chords or techniques, guitar types, beginning music theory, how to change strings, etc. Nothing compares with having an instructor to give you real-time feedback on the fundamentals, to show you first hand what you're doing right or wrong, and when you're feeling stuck – to suggest the next step in the journey to become a better guitar player. I always look forward to lessons and I always leave feeling that I’ve made progress. I highly recommend Gene!
I saw David Brooks play at little bears and was amazed at how great he played. If only I had more free time to go hear him play. He is so comical and such a great singer as well as guitar player.. If he would teach guitar, I'd be the first person to sign up and learn.
He is great! I am getting weekly piano lessons and having a great time. Thank you!
I'm so pleased to be taking guitar lessons from Dave. I'm a (middle-aged!) beginner and he is very patient with me. He ensures I work on the fundamentals but always gives me something fun to tackle, too. I highly recommend Dave.
We are very happy with the piano lessons Genevieve provides to our 9 year old son and our 7 year old daughter. They enjoy learning from her and they're given lots of choices for what they want to play. She's also very flexible with rearranging lesson times if we have to miss. The recitals and sectionals have been fun and helpful too, and we are looking forward to the summer camp if it works with our schedule. :)
My daughter has enjoyed her piano lessons with Mrs. Frasier. She makes learning fun with practice, activities, colors and games and has great patience with my daughter on the days it is hard to sit at the piano.
I’ve been taking guitar lessons with Nicholas Keith for a few weeks now. He is such a great instructor, very nice, and is very patient with newbies like me! I highly recommend him for anyone looking to take guitar lessons in the Denver area!
Great school! Had been learning guitar on my own for a while and got stuck in a rut so I decided to try out lessons. Russ has been a great teacher and I've learned a ton of new techniques that I never would have tried on my own. Very laid back and flexible. Would recommend to anyone.
I've known Britt for several years, and she is awesome on the guitar. I know if you need help learning, she is patient and knowledgeable you will not go wrong.
Tracy Reinhard introduced me to the world of music, offering me my first formal musical training in middle school. The guitar lessons I took from her explored both contemporary and classical approaches to the instrument, included technical passages with and without a pick, and exposed me to introductory music theory. The love for music that began in my lessons with Tracy has since led me to pursue multiple degrees in music. The success and personal satisfaction I've found in the arts would not have been possible without Tracy's influence and I'm deeply grateful for the important role she played in my musical development.
We love working with Moises! After just two weeks of tutoring, my daughter said "Now I understand the mistakes I have been making in math and I also understand how to do it right next time. I am starting to like math." Moises knows how to teach so that the information goes from short term memory to long term memory. We also have my son taking guitar lessons with Moises. He loves it so much he has requested lessons twice a week. We feel fortunate to have found someone who can work effectively with a student with ADD and that is an overall great teacher and kind person.
Our son has been taking classical guitar lessons from Rick Pruitt for almost four years now. One of the things we most appreciate about Rick is the positive way in which he relates to his students. In both group and individual lessons, Rick really engages with the kids to encourage them in their love of the instrument. During the year, he provides multiple opportunities to perform at coffee shop recitals which are a wonderful and inviting way to both develop and improve performance skills. We would highly recommend Rick as a guitar instructor.
We love Jeremy and Modern Music Studio! Our boys have been taking guitar lessons from Jeremy for two years, and he makes it fun. They love going, and Jeremy goes out of his way to get them excited about music and customize their lessons. Highly recommend.
Eric has a great intuitive sense of children's personalities nad how to interact with them effectively. His quiet patience and positive encouraging helped my shy daughter feel comfortable and excited about learning piano.
