They answered on the second ring and had a tech at my house before noon… I wanted same-day, on a weekend, and no emergency surcharge nonsense. Their tech (can’t remember his name, sorry) diagnosed the water heater in about 10 minutes, walked me through repair vs. replacement with actual pricing up front, and had the new 40-gallon unit installed that afternoon. Clean work, shoe covers, hauled the old tank away. They also took a look at my AC while they were here and flagged a capacitor that was on its way out. Honest, fast, and priced fairly. If you need a plumber call these guys first."See more

Rachel D. says, "Pricey, but so is anyone who’s going to do your crawl space I suppose. We did the bare minimum we could for encapsulating our space, and are very happy. Even though the sales pitch is fairly typical, it wasn’t overly pushy, just long, but Kyle was able to answer all our questions for us. They did a great job with the install, site was clean and the guys were friendly. Payment options were easy. Deducting a star (wish I could do a half 🤷🏼‍♀️) because they did take a board out that looked to hold up our washer, dryer, water heater, and boiler, and didn’t tell us. While they did say that board was doing nothing, just wish we would have known. Replacing that board with supports is almost 10k. And look, I know that board isn’t is strong or functional as the supports, but I wanted to take the bandaid off when we were ready. I’m sure we’ll get over it in another week 🤣 Also a little bummed they don’t do exterior vent covers, but we can do that ourselves. I know the system they installed covers the air and water issue with the vents and “seals” them, but I don’t want the bunnies and squirrels trying to eat their way in."See more

Less was great. I had a flooded basement, discovered it at 10pm on a Friday night (of course). Reached out to Les and got a prompt reply Saturday morning. He was out within an hour and wrote me up a proposal to install a sump pump with plans to start the work in a couple days. Unfortunately, as soon as he left, I discovered it was a broken sprinkler pipe and needed to refocus my repair efforts. Les was understanding, cancelled the paperwork for the sump pump, and sent me an invoice just for the service fee (reasonable). Very professional and respectful, would have enjoyed working with him!

Our technician, Zabih, was fabulous! He gets five stars. I appreciated his attentiveness to our problem and willingness to come back the next day to provide the replacement sump pump we needed. My overall experience was four stars, though, because there were a number of breakdowns in communication with dispatch and around approval of the work. I was able to work through it and everyone was cooperative. There were definitely more calls and emails than necessary for a straightforward project that was completed in just over a 24-hour window.
