Nathan Hurley says, "Had some ac trouble we ran into when trying to sell our home. Had all new equipment installed 4 years ago from another company who is no longer around. Peak has taken over clients with similar systems to ours that require specific training.They came out to look at the system and found a faulty thermostat, after replacing the thermostat other issues came up. Peak then made sure to get the most knowledgeable person out to check the system again as the thermostat did not correct the issue.The tech Blake and Jarrod came to my home and found a faulty control board. After installing the board we still had issues.The team was determined to fix the ac at this point due to it being down for over a week already. After some further testing they found wiring was also broken somewhere causing the system to lose communication.They now have successfully repaired our ac system! They honored the parts warranty from the manufacturer and stayed true to their quote. Even though more issues came up they kept working to ensure we were not without ac any longer.Sometimes patience can overcome frustration!Give peak a chance! They answered on the second ring and had a tech at my house before noon… I wanted same-day, on a weekend, and no emergency surcharge nonsense. Their tech (can’t remember his name, sorry) diagnosed the water heater in about 10 minutes, walked me through repair vs. replacement with actual pricing up front, and had the new 40-gallon unit installed that afternoon. Clean work, shoe covers, hauled the old tank away. They also took a look at my AC while they were here and flagged a capacitor that was on its way out. Honest, fast, and priced fairly. They came to look at the job and we agreed to do it. They came and dug up the concrete and installed plumbing in our new bath in the basement we were finishing. I scheduled to have inspection the next which passed with excellent colors. They came back the next day to pour and close up the concrete and install the shower pan. They came back after we put drywall to install fixtures. They also installed new faucet in our kitchen. They were very professional and cleaned up after working. I would strongly recommend them for any plumbing job. Their admin is also excellent. She communicated with me in a very prompt manner and very professionally as well. I love this team and would use them again!
